It s a wonderful place to visit and shop especially during the holidays.

Loves me some Macy's. Especially being so big. Warning: you will absolutely get lost here and spend wayy too much time. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Went to the store and is a beautiful landmark. Is great to walk around and see the sales. Good prices and the employees are very nice. The wooden stairs are safe. The area outside is nice and comforting. Would love to be there for a parade!

The staff was hard to find at first and some weren't so helpful. Other then that it's a nice place to get all your shopping done. I went on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy, which made the experience nicer. There is a lot of History with the building and it was nice to see they kept that with the wooden escalators.

Went There To Return An Item I Purchased Online. I Passed About 5 or 6 Empty Register Stand and Finally When The Person Came To Take Care Of The Customer (Me) The Attitude Was Incredible. If she doesn't want her job she should leave and have someone that wants to work take her spot. The Attitude was incredibly disgusting

This is a multi-level and huge store. The thing that I really liked about this store is that it well organized, the staff especially at the entrance is well trained to guide customers. The store is well equipped with restrooms, places to sit and also a small food court in basement. Overall, I enjoyed it a lot.

Sell clothes for almost evereyone.can get very crowded at times.

I am really disappointed. Bought online lipstick from Macy,s and they sent me expired and even the replacement is expired ,and the customer service just said sorry .Not recommend to buy online Makeup from Macy,s

Same old Macy's. Nothing has changed except the checkout time is a little bit longer now due to the cashier having to wipe down the area after every customer. And the hours are a lot shorter but that's to be expected.

Best Macy's ever! My wife and I bought two perfumes, (Hers and Him) and got some extra goodies and samples for free! I've been to many other Macy's before and never been treated better! Excellent inventory!

I shopped in Macys today and was dissatisfied with two of the salesman the first one was in Mens belts on lower level he felt too comfortable using lots of profanity as though we were on the streets. The second one was a salesman on level 2 in Mens clothing. I explained to him exactly the shirt and pants i was shopping for and the occasion it was for. He was very arrogant and presumptuous as though he knew me. I did get a belt, shirt, pants and socks. I got really good discounts but left feeling very uncomfortable. I love this Macy's but may think twice before shopping there again.

Waited online after being sent to that specific register, just for the associate to send me back to the register I was originally at. I ended up leaving. Great sales.

I am disappointed in Macy's with not using UNION workers, for the construction they are moving forward with.
Also when you call their Customer Service # they out source all calls to cheaper workers in countries outside of the USA. They don't even speak ENGLISH so they can pay them on the CHEAP at your expense cause we can't get the correct answers, how can you, can't even understand them!!!! Shame on macy's

This is a pretty cool Macy's. I expected the "wood" escalator to be cooler though. I think they have had to do a lot of replacements in the last few years.

Crowded and messy. You should go there late at night when it s less crowded.

The Starbucks here is good and can take a load off when other shop.

Best Macys for order and pick up. Always crowded. Tourist area

I was visiting New Hampshire from Georgia last week and wanting a place to take my grandmother in-law to lunch while meeting family from Ohio. I had been wanting to try Harold Square as that is the place to get Gourmet Cupcake Creations by Susie at the same time! We were not disappointed! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu and the food was great! We had sandwiches (roast beef, fish, and the nitro and Serrano chicken) and the salmon salad, they even cooked up a bowl of penne for the visiting 3 year old! The portions were huge, the food delighted our taste buds and the prices were extremely reasonable for the quality and potion! The cupcakes were the perfect compliment to the great food! I would not hesitate to recommend Harold Square to anyone! I will be returning on my next visit and can see this becoming a must go place every time I return to my home state!

Absolutely not one of my favorite places to go. Always full of people, can't find someone to help you. The renovation that they did on the first floor has made the store a little more welcoming but I can't say that for the rest of the floors. Go if you have to skip if you don't really need from there.

It is a huge store, one block store with varieties of shopping goods

Good shop not the worlds biggest or best go to london and visit harold's and selfridges.

Went here to buy a suitcase. Great selection, nice salespeople, and really great sales and discounts. I got a suitcase for about 60% off. I don't shop at Macy's often, but sometimes they have really great sales.

World famous department store in the heart of New York City, extremely well presented and excellent quality service with no pressure from sales personnel.

You go here if you can afford to waste money on a larger selection. There aren't real sales. It's a tourist trap around holidays, and the store is usually crowded when it matters. Its a nice looking place and iconic, but those attributes don't do it for me.

It s kind of like a small mall, with lots of nice little shops. There are just lots of people depending the time you go.

Almost everyday, I spent hours at Macy on my visit to US. Loved to see muktiple brands under one roof, hoping for more brands to come. One of the best department store, I would say.

If you want alot of high market clothing shops in place, it's perfect for you. If you're on a budget, don't waste your time

Macy s is one of my favorite stores and this one is just ask good as all of the others. I can always find what I need and the sales people are always very friendly.

This is a fairly good spot if you have an idea of what you want to purchase and know what floor and wing it is located (ha ha). Otherwise, you can just maze around the iconic flagship store, have fun, take selfies etc. The McDonald's in the kids department is always busy !

Simply the go to place when in NYC especially at Christmas! It can be a tad crazy inside but it s well worth a visit. Don t miss the Christmas shop it s the magic of Christmas all on one floor...
