This is my favorite Macy's location, charming, with an exquisite and beautiful building, and even though you are not planning to buy anything, it is worth walking around the different floors. There is a a nice food court on the first floor.

I've been here for a number of work-related events and it's always been a pleasure. The staff are very accommodating and can help you navigate the sometimes confusing layout. The 7th floor restaurants cover a variety of cuisines. And you need to make sure to visit the well-known Walnut Room. I hear it's great to see during the winter holidays when the tree is up.

The Christmas display was very mediocre. They used to take scenes from Christmas stories and have it wrap around 3 different sides with moving parts and extravagant decor. This year, the display was only on one side of the building, each window had nothing to do with the last one, and seemed very low-effort. It used to be a family tradition to come see the window displays at Christmas and we were very let down.

The people are always happy and Nice. If you go to the women shoe section ask for Jessica she's awesome. And if you go to women's perfume section ask for Barbara she is really awesome too.

This is one of my least favorite locations because it is unorganized and customer service agents have no idea about the brands that are sold here. I asked one chick did they carry juicy couture since the Old Orchard Macy's does and she told me, "No we only carry juicy."

Randi in the women's shoe dept was very nice & helpful. Even offered to call me about some shoes I was interested in. Store escalator was out of order & the smell of the perfume dept is a tad much, but good selection of clothing.

I love this building. I miss Marshall Fields, but even though Macys took over, they kept the things that it special. Really well stocked, lots of staff, still have Frango mints, and always have great sales.

The wife and I went there, like we do every year, to eat next to the Christmas tree in the Walnut Room and look at the window displays. The place is clean and has friendly personnel. The merchandise prices are rather steep, though.

We recently moved to Chicago and went furniture shopping at Macys. We fell in love with a dining room set that matched a living room set. We moved forward with ordering these and the following day we learned that the items were unavailable for 6 weeks! For us this was unacceptable, but thought we still wanted to buy a small table. However, they wanted to charge us $70 for delivery with no pickup option. Very disappointed.

While there are so many big box stores closing, I certainly hope this never ever closes. There is no other in store place like this one, that strives to improve each and every day. The former Marshal Fields store, now Macys has been around for over 100 years. Whatever you need is here... A book store, wine department, a few fancy restaurants, everything for the entire family and even the Frango chocolate shop.. Which originates from Fredrick and Nelson's from Washington.

This is my favorite Macys location because of its size, product availability and massiveness! The building is great and the holiday themed decorations are a sight to see for kids and adults!

This Macys also has a wide range of furniture on the 7th floor!

An employee by the name Keyonna in fine China was exceptionally kind hearted when she saw my 7 year old grand daughter crying because she had forgotten her note to Santa in the car. Keyonna took her hand and led my grand daughter to her work station, gave her paper and a pen and later put our Shannon s list in an envelope addressed to Santa and then let Shannon keep her pen! Keyonna showed the true meaning of Christmas . This woman should be celebrated!

This Macy's is a mess. Clothes are never in order especially for the men's section. Good luck finding sizes or finding a person to help. Fitting rooms are hidden and dirty. Macy's has a truly become a traditional outdated shopping experience.
