Cedar Woods Care Management Reviews

I have been with cedarwoods for 16 months now. Since then I have moved up and been promoted to a service coordinator supervisor. With that being said there is soooo much room for improvement with this company. Cedarwoods will always put the consumer first and will make sure that if we even have to go out of our way or come out of pocket for somthing, we do and we have. I have never worked with an agency that is so caring to not only their consumers but employee staff as well. I am so pleased to be apart of the team, and i would recommend them to my own family members.

My dr requested an increase in my hours since the beginning of the year. I have yet to get them. Cedar woods staff continue to not return my phone calls to my case manager, a supervisor and on 5/29/18 I spoke with the Operations Manager who was to call me back by day's end. That didn't happen either. I had my case person say to me that I don't need additional hours cause I will be sleep. Since when is Cedar Woods clients like myself doctors to tell me I dont need the additional hours my dr feels I should have because I will be sleep? Doesn't sound legal to me

These people don't deserve any stars. Rachel is a liar and she is taking advantage of senior citizens. I reported them to the state. Please people if you care about seniors, and the disabled do not use them. They lie on the paper work and all. Stop them .

I have NEVER in my life experienced such Negligence from a place of business. This company needs a while New makeover of staff and healthcare professionals. I feel completely sad for,the patients.

Treated my wife horribly in this place!! They are very unprofessional, shady and yes definitely corrupted!! Do not be deceived by all the fake 5 star reviews on here, all done by the workers. U guys are a joke n deserve -0 stars!

Best Customer service! I have called multiple times and every time was pleasantly surprised by the care and attentiveness of the representatives. Unfortunately i do not remember the names of the folks who helped, but still wanted to say thank you all!

This company is the absolute worst. They never call to check up on my dad and see if his needs have changed. I've had to reach out to them multiple times in order to get their attention. I did all the work for my dad while they collected the paycheck.

STAY FAR AWAY from this company. Very into politics and unprofessional. I quit my job there today due to the corruption and lies regarding my future at the company. They do not know how to treat employees and are too desperate to hire. I've only been there for a little over a month and I couldn't take the blatant and degrading disrespect ny longer. I'm way over qualified to work for $10 and constantly have issues with management and the staff they hire. It's all family and friend connections there and shady business. Number 1. Reading reviews of employees about their own employer...how f@$%ing pathetic is that. I love my job...my company is great...blah, blah, blah. LOSERS!!!!!!
Number 2. The worst service I've ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. They check in... if I'm lucky every few months by PHONE! to check in on my mother. All while they bill her insurance for monthly home visits. They never answer the phone for questions or problems. Never follow through with what they are suppose to do. My mother has been confined to her bedroom for over six months and she was promised when we went with them that her home would be adjusted to fit her disabilities. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. We have had several visits from contractors to measure and prepare. Kind of funny that we get more correspondence from the guys who want to install her chairlift then cedar woods themselves. We are stuck with them for another 4 months. I'm exhausted and can't wait for some real help. As usual some company abusing the system for paychecks....SHAME!!!!!!

They will tell you that they are waiting on the state to approve your hours even if it has already been approve. The staff and their lieing ass
bosses need as well as that whole entire company needs to be investigated. People with needs deserve better.

Wonderful care Management company. With their help, I have a new bathroom that is I can use easily. I have a falling problem and there are bars installed for my safety.

I have worked for Cedar Woods Care Management for over 5 years and love working for the company and our community. The company goes above and begins to assist our clients who have physical disabilities so they can maintain independence in their homes. It takes patience and compassion to do this job and not everyone has a heart for it. It's truly sad to have read these negative reviews. At the end of the day some people need to evaluate themselves and why they are no longer employed with this company before they write negative words about this wonderful company.

I have attempted to switch support agencies for 4/5 months now. This company has failed to help me with this request. The people at the front desk are of no assistance, the supervisors and managers fail to return your call and I don t understand what s the purpose of having a support counselor, you can never get in contact with them. This is by far the worse company I ve ever dealt with. They treat their customers horrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Never sign your love one up if she/he is severely disabled or ill. This company do send case mangers out to your home. Why? The Can't keep hired help!
