MacArthur OB/Gyn Review

If I could give DR. Forney no stars or even negative star I would (if there even is such a thing!) Currently changing OBGYN because no patient especially expecting mother with first baby should ever be treated like dirt with little to no regard, then retaliated in same medical room by leaving no information about pregnancy to mother just because she is asking for medical notes to also check out other doctors. Also, do not need nurse practitioner bashing other OBGYNs in the room because you asked for these documentations to be sent there.

Dr. Forney did not let me know what was going on. I had to probe about how the baby was and how my own health was. Basically only stated baby is okay. Never gives out information unless I have specific questions and even then vague. Was very unprofessional when found out I had asked for my medical notes to check out other OBGYN in the areas. Also once notes were received noted that hospital registration was discussed with me. This is a blatant lie! I don t know anything/ nor was I asked or had a discussion about this. If anything my whole experience has been me googling things and monitoring my own health as she says nothing. Basically treated like shit . It s very unfortunate this is the type of physician working here. Also, stating on the notes I denied if I had any questions. Also a warped statement as she just came in said the baby was ok after accusing me by first saying when coming in the room weren t you changing doctors? After I let her know I was looking for other doctors there was a silence, and she just abruptly said baby was okay and stared. I had to look at her incredulous waiting for her to explain what had been done, what the sonogram said, any suggestions on the following weeks, anything really but she said nothing. Finally, I said is that it? She said well yes unless you have a question. That s when I said of course I do. If she could tell me more about what was going on for example was my placenta ok or what position was it. She said it was fine. It was the most uncomfortable and frustrating experience of my life. Seriously not even doctor worthy. And just now seeing that she wrote things that did not happen like the hospital registration is absolutely crazy. I do not know how doctors treating patients like this are working!

Have used this office for all of my kids. Currently pregnant and going to Dr. Gray and Love her she is a great Dr. and is very informative and answers any questions we have.

Staff and Doctors are great always nice and welcoming!

I absolutely love this clinic! It doesnt take long to be seen and the girls in the front are always nice and have upbeat personalities! Currently seeing Dr.Domonique and she's such a good Dr. She answers all my questions and concerns. She keeps me well informed on me and my babys health. I recommend this clinic to any woman who needs OB/Gyn services!

Dr. Andrea Arguello is an awesome doctor! Very detailed during office visits and always making sure I am comfortable. Staff is very friendly and welcoming as well.

Took me a while to find a good OB and now I have found one! Going to get a 4d ultrasound and I can't wait. I heard its best to get one from a medical professional and I am so glad they offer it

I am super happy with this OB, Dr. Enggano is the best! Great place and friendly staff. Waiting time is always good. I'm always in and out at all times.

I have been going to MacOBGYN for years now and I admire everyone there! Front Desk and check out ladies are always so nice! If you are looking for good doctors in DFW, MacOBGYN has one of the best doctors in town!

This is our first pregnancy and I see Dr Jeff Livingston. For sonography, we visit MacArthur OB/GYN Sonography which is in the same facility. The wait time is minimal and we never spend more than 5min waiting. The staff is very helpful and they explain what we are looking at in the scan every single time. I highly recommend this facility.

Currently pregnant with twins and scared but Dr. Livingston has done a great job of keeping me reassured. Definitely recommend MacArthur OB/GYN.

I've been coming here for the past two years and the staff is wonderful. Dr. O'Neil is a amazing doctor. He been very helpful. The front office is very helpful and friendly. I recommend everyone to come here.

I absolutely love Macarthur OB/GYN. Every time I come in, I am greeted with nice faces. It takes no time for me to get back to the waiting area. Dr. Sakovich is AMAZING! He tells it like it is, and cares deeply for your well being. He will go above and beyond to make sure that you're okay. His nurses are just as great! They do whatever it takes to get the job done no matter what it is and I am very satisfied!!!!!!

I like this clinic.. Never a long wait at appointments and staff is very friendly .Currently seeing Dr.Patel.she is good and answers all my concerns with patience.

Always professional, friendly, educated staff. They were able to determine my gender way before week 17!

This is my second pregnancy here. Appointments don't really mean anything here, I've waited anywhere from 40 minutes to 1.5 hr just to get my vitals checked. That's not counting the amount of time I actually wait for the doctor and then getting to spend 5-10 minutes with her. Getting in touch with staff is always a game of phone tag. There have been times when I don't even get to see my doctor and not know it until I show up to the appointment or someone else shows up in my room. I think they practice double booking here or something, at least that's what my doctor told me. I'm sure it's great for the bottom line but terrible for patients who have to work. There have been Administrative issues with my blood work which caused undue stress. Overall, if I have a 3rd, I'll find another practice. The communication is terrible, the admin side could use a lot of improvements, the front desk can be extremely rude, and the care only ok due to the doctor having to see so many patients. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. However, I have heard their care of difficult pregnancies to be quite good so perhaps it's worth a try if you're having a difficult pregnancy.

July 2018 Update: So 7 months ago, I was left a response to this review that someone from the office would contact me. No one has contacted me. I'm not surprised but wanted to close the loop for people who's looking at this review.

I love this clinic and the wonderfurl staff. They real make you feel welcome.

I was a bit nervous having to change doctors in my 2nd trimester but Dr. Fanous and the staff made the change an easy transition! Dr. Fanous is an amazing doctor and always answers any questions or concerns I have. The staff and his nurses are very kind and I love that in the case I need something or have a question they are quick to respond to my messages online in the portal!

Currently attending this clinic and I love it, the attention you get is perfect. My experience is totally better than my first pregnancy definitely recommended.

This is my 3rd child and I am currently 27 weeks along. Dr Enggano is Awesome. The entire staff is there for me when I need them. They all truly do care for the well being of me and my child.

Before coming to MacArthur OBGYN I was with a different office and I transferred over to this office. I was recommended by a few friends to Dr. Fanous and I am so glad that I did make that change Dr. Fanous has been awesome to my family and I with answering any questions we may have

I was referred to Dr De Leon by another patient and I must say, my visit was pretty awesome with him and his staff especially Jonathan! They pride themselves on patient satisfaction.

I've been a patient for about three years and highly recommend. The receptionist are friendly and always willing to assist like Teresita. During my pregnancy Dr. Enganno & staff always answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner if reached via email or phone.

I went in for my yearly. Didn't have one problem. They were great even told me Dr. Grey was in a delivery and should be back shortly but If not they had another Dr on staff who could see me.

My doctor was in network, but they sent my labwork to an out of network facility, so I ended up paying $700 for a pap smear. There are better places to find care who may be more straightforward with how they will bill you. Going to this place devastated my finances just for a general, preventative procedure.

Dr Fanous and staff are amazing! To be honest the entire staff at the center is just wonderful!

Dr. Dominique has been a great obgyn. Very out going and straight forward. I have no complaints about her or her amazing staff. Front office is very personable and super friendly. It's been a pleasure coming to my checkups and getting myself prepared for my lil peanut :)

I've been seeing Dr. Livingston for the past several years and now that I'm pregnant I'm really happy to have him managing my care. He is very informative and helps me keep all of my mommy worries at bay. I highly recommend Dr. Livingston. His clinic runs very efficiently as well! No long waits or scheduling conflicts!

I really like the experience that I been having at MacArthur OB/GYN. I love Dr. Patel she is really good with me. Customer service is wonderful always aware in what you need always looking out for you. I really recommend this office its a good experience especially if its your first time being pregnant. I also like the way they been treating me with respect and always aware their assistants the Dr's have really nice also make you feel really welcome. I'm glad I went here and not anywhere else.

Dr.Forney is so helpful and sweet she takes her time to get to know her patiences which is a plus !! front desk staff super friendly. Highly recommend!

I love Dr.Thomas, she's so honest and she makes you feel so comfortable! The office staff is always helpful and willing to answer any questions. I don't think I'll ever find a better OBGYN. I would recommend her to anyone!

The doctors, the nurses and the front desk are all very kind. First pregnancy and I have no complains. Definitely would recommend.

I had my first son in Chicago and was nervous about finding a new doctor. Dr. Enggano made that transition easy. He is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I'm glad I chose this office for my second delivery.

Been seeing Doctor Carleo since I found out I was pregnant I'm 6 months now and overall it has been great .The patient portal comes in very handy when I need to see my test results staff is always very nice. Clean office well organized. Great Doctor great staff.

I requested a restriction form due to my pregnancy and instead they gave me a restriction form on my confidential medical history that has nothing to do with my pregnancy. Second off I felt rush out that I didn t receive no proper paper work or details of my due date . I reach out the same day that I was having trouble getting access to my Health Portal and I reach out today through email on their company website . Still receive no information or no help to why I don t have access to my medical information ???

Everything is good here but One thing I did not understand -" I got a bill to pay for about $3000 and till now they say everything is covered under my insurance .And If this amount is not covered by my insurance then it should should show as out of pocket under my insurance but it is not the case .

This is my first pregnancy, everyone is very nice and make you feel as comfortable as possible, since this is my first pregnancy i ask a lot of questions and i never feel like a bother they communicate with me very well and give me great feed back, also i like that i always get sent a text and a call reminding me when and what time are my appointments, my doctor Dr. Andrea Arguello is very nice and always making sure everything is okay i appreciate her, i dont have anything negetive to say about this office thank you for being good to me!

As a holistic healthcare student, I don't ever feel like my opinions or views are disregarded despite the difference in paradigms. Dr Dominique is compassionate, knowledgeable, and always honest. I'm very thankful to have found an obgyn with her expertise and openness to communication. Her MAs and the rest of the staff here are amazing as well. The other providers that I've subsequently seen here have been great too.

I have used Mac OB/GYN for over 6 years and I couldn't be happier with the staff as well as my wonderful doctor (Fanous). I am having my 2nd child and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for his care during my pregnancy!

The staff is extremely friendly and personal. My doctor, Reshma Patel has been awesome in answering any questions or concerns I might have. Would definitely recommend them!

I have been going to Dr. Dominique for just about five years now. I have a great experience every time I go for an appointment. Especially more now during my pregnancy. She is a very informative doctor and makes sure that any questions/concerns I have are answered before I leave. Her medical staff are great with doing call backs fairly quickly.

Everyone has been amazing throughout my pregnancy and the appointments are usually quick and easy. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I like the fact that i can walk in and be seen right away ... lab is always on time and they are never too full and overbooked. Dr.Freeman and the staff are all great people. Definitely a good choice for my 4th child.

All my doctor appointments don't take long, everybody greets and smiles, I get all my questions answered. Really do recommend this place!

I have been going to MacArthur OB/GYN office since I moved to Texas it was recommended to me by a friend. Started seen them for my GYN needs and now for OB care. Dr. Freeman is wonderful and a very friendly doctor. Takes her time with me and answers all my questions and concerns.The staff is also friendly! How ever they do not respond very quickly to the online portal it's much quicker if you call.

This will be my 2nd pregnancy with Dr. Fanous, him and his office staff are the best . I would recommend them for everyone looking for a obgyn. Never a long wait at appointments and staff is very friendly .

I would highly recommend Brian Enggano to anyone in the DFW area. He is extremely personable; and I have found not all Drs are.

He listens, answers all of my questions (sometimes crazy qs) and is 100% the most caring Dr that I have ever had.

We suffered a miscarriage last year and are now expecting our first child. Dr Enggnao has been there with us through all of it....and then some.

If you want a Dr who listens, cares, is easy to talk to and you can feel comfortable with...I suggest becoming his patient.

I absolutely love this doctors office from the front staff to the doctors. I currently see Dr. Sakovich which I saw with my 1st born who is now 15 yrs of age. He is amazing and I am quite sure that many of the other doctors are as well; as I have heard many great things about them too. The flow of business is very smooth and organized. You pretty much have no wait and are right in and out for what you are there for. I also love the fact of how they monitor things so closely and keep up with everything. Last but not least; they make sure that you are comfortable and take the time to review you one on one. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Fanous has been my OBGYN doctor for SIX years now. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Dr. Enganno and his team have been awesome to me since having to transfer to his practice mid pregnancy due to my provider no longer accepting my insurance. It's always a quick, friendly, and thorough visit that allows me not to be spending the whole day in a doctor's office :)

Great friendly environment. Dr. Carleo and his assistants are awsome! First pregnancy and it have been a great experience! Very Fast Check ups Don t have to wait for hours to get called.

I am 27 week pregnant. I have been visiting MacArthur OB/GYN, which has great staff members always friendly and helpful. Making appointments is very easy there's no hassle. It such a warming place to go to they give out a bunch information always answer questions. They have very good blood technicians they're quick and the procedure is very painless. I would recommend anybody that is expecting to go here because its such clean, well-organized, friendly, and welcoming environment. Also my doctor is Dr Reshma Patel, she is very kind and helpful always answers my concerns I have with my pregnancy its always a good visit when I go and get my checkups

MacArthur OBGYN has been a godsend! I was with another OB in my first trimester and just wasn t getting the care I needed from the staff there. Not to mention all the unnecessary medical bills from them outsourcing to out-of-network labs. But ever since I began coming to Dr. Fanous with MacArthur Medical Center I have felt so much better and more confident with my pregnancy. The staff there take pride in being present and involved. They really care. They answer all your questions no matter how silly you think they are. And the sonography staff are super awesome as well. They make the experience fun. I can always get them to answer questions I have (non-diagnostic of course). My experience turned from fear to excitement when I began coming to MacArthur Medical Center and Dr. Fanous. I am enjoying my pregnancy and the miracle happening in my body. Thanks a million to all the wonderful people there!!

I see Dr Livingston as my OB at the Mac Arthur office and I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone who wants a Dr thats gonna be honest with you but who is also extremely kind and takes priority in your health and wellness. Best OBGYN I have ever been to! Staff is so friendly and attentive, my husband and I love the service here, our doctor is Dr.Thomas, and she is absolutely amazing!!

I absolutely love this place. They are always so professional, helpful, thorough,knowledgeable and kind. Summer is my go to lady for my checkups, I've seen her the most and she is who I request. She is always knowledgable and makes time to answer your questions, I never feel rushed and her bedside manner is wonderful. The office staff are always friendly and helpful and they are always able to get you in for an appointment in a timely manner.

Dr. Sacavich is my obgyn I have to say he has taken good care of me through my pregnancy. I didnt think I would make it this I have had many miscarriages and thought this would be another but I am now 8 months and give thanks to my dr for taking good care of me and my baby.

I am on Medicaid, and went to 2 horrible doctors before landing at MacArthur, and what a HUGE BLESSING! Quality care, experience but most of all kindness. They are all so nice and caring. A beautiful family friendly office, very up to date they even have a mini theatre for sonograms! Also I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and had to come in twice a week, during fetal monitoring I was in a private room with a chaise lounge and cable tv, very comfy cozy with a little lamp. Dr. Fanous is so understanding and patient. Everyone should be so lucky to go to this clinic during such a special and important time as pregnancy! this is my 2nd baby and I have already signed up at MacArthur!

I'm a first time mom expecting twins so I've been seeing A LOT of the sonography staff. Everyone from the front desk to the office manager have been nothing but thorough and kind. If any of the ladies ever have doubts on what they see on the ultrasound they dont hesitate to ask for a second pair of eyes which I find very reassuring. They take time to answer all of my questions and give me lots of pics of my babies.

Do NOT go here I was supposed to have a csection per Dr.Fanous but he was out of town when I went into labor, got sick with Oniel he said he been doing csections all day sho he wasnt doing another, he tore my child head yelled at me and went about his sorry day. He is the devil

In regards to Doctor Carleo.

For my first appointment, Dr. Carleo talked to me about my endometriosis and wanted to put me on a medication called Orilissa. I didn't know much about this medication, but he told me that it would put my body through menopause and I didn't have many other options. So, I said I would take the medicine and he sent it to the pharmacy. After getting home, I did some research on the medication. I am 28 years old, so going through menopause right now isn't exactly ideal. The reviews for the medication were TERRIFYING. I suffer from depression and anxiety, and the doctor knew that because he knew the medications I was taking. Orilissa should NOT be taken by people with depression or anxiety, because it dramatically increases suicidal thoughts. After I did my research, my pharmacy called and said the medication would be $700. So I'm like... okay I'm just not going to take this.

I call Macarthur and tell them about what I think, and they were really pushing Orilissa. They said they would fix the cost for me and talk to the rep and for me not to worry about it; that Orilissa would be good for me to take. At this point, I was almost convinced that I should take it, because doctors and nurses are telling me to.

Appointment four gets here, and it's over a month later because appointments two and three the doctor didn't show up. I'm in the room waiting for the doctor. I will recite, to the best of my ability, the conversation that ensues when Dr. Carleo comes in.

DOCTOR: "How are you liking the Orilissa?"

ME: "I called multiple times and told the front that I wasn't taking Orilissa because it makes me uncomfortable."

The doctor gets frustrated with me.

DOCTOR: "You're not taking it?"

"ME: No. I read the side effects..."

D: "Where did you read these?"

M: "Online. In articles. I feel uncomfortable taking the medication because it can dramatically increase depression and anxiety."

D: "It doesn't do that. Who told you that?"

M: "Also, I wasn't able to get a hold of the medicine for a while because of the cost."

D- "Did you call the front desk?"

M- "Yes, I called multiple times and the cost still didn't go down enough."

D- "Then you should have called again."

(In my head I'm thinking... I've physically come to the office twice)

Here's where it gets worse:

M- "I just want to know what my other options are besides taking the Orilissa. What about..."

D: -"Tell me you've not going to say Lupron. Are you going to say Lupron?"

M-"No... I don't even know what that is."

D: "HERE ARE YOUR OPTIONS. YOU CAN TAKE THE ORILISSA OR YOU CAN GET SURGERY. WHAT'S YOUR CHOICE?"

I am in shock now. Backing down.

D: "The Orilissa rep is here right now. I'm going to go talk to them about making it more affordable for you, then I'm going to send the prescription to your pharmacy"

He walks out.

I told the doctor I was uncomfortable with taking the medicine, and he kept PUSHING AND PUSHING. After he told me the Orilissa rep was there, it finally DAWNED on me: This guy is making money from prescribing this medicine. The doctor was looking out for his own interests and his own pocket and not mine. I could be mistaken, but I believe that what he did that day was 1000% ILLEGAL trying to push a medicine that he makes commission off of onto me when I didn't want to take it.

I went to a different OBGYN a week later. She was kind. She listened to my needs.

And then, ladies and gentlemen, this is what she said after I told her this story:

"I would have NEVER put you on Orilissa because of your medical history. That could have seriously messed with your brain and gone VERY bad." There was another solution for me besides this medicine. Thousands of women have endometriosis, and it frightens me that this doctor could potentially put another woman through what he put me through by giving me the ultimatum: "You either take the Orilissa, or you undergo surgery."

I am shaking right now writing this review. I never thought a doctor could be that negligent.

Do not ever go to this place. Do not put yourself through that.

I've been seeing Dr. Enggano since I first found out I was pregnant, he is a wonderful Doctor and goes out his way to answer all my questions and has helped put me at ease. The office staff is great and very helpful. I would recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

I love MacArthur OBGYN. This is my first pregnncy and they have been very attentive. I love the front office staff, always very friendly!

I ve been here for my past 2 pregnancies and the staff is always professional and friendly. I love that they explain each step of the ultrasound as they go through it. They truly make you and baby feel special at each visit.

I just want to say that I am overly satisfied with Dr. Livingston! This will be my second pregnancy that he will be delivering and I feel happy and completely at ease! The moment I came to this place, I fell in love with it! Starting from the reception to the medical assistants, everyone is amazing!!! Dr. Livingston took the time and studied my previous pregnancy and it s complications, deliver my new healthy baby girl and kept me safe all the way! Could not be happier, there is no better OBGYN!!!

Dr. Reshma Patel has made this process very comforting and easy for us. I highly recommend this place as - Doctors, nurses, staff all are very friendly and highly skilled.

Dr. O'Neil Patrick. Don't waste your time. First off, he is racist. The pictures on his walls are a nice cover up but the old fart reeks of racism. Then he's explanations are so vague and no solution or remedy from him. I had to ask him what could be done about the problem and he looked bored and uninterested. Talks to you like he's doing you a favor. I dont know how some people become doctors in this country or remain doctors from things I've heard and seen for myself. Just sad.

MacArthur OB/GYN is the best! They are always available and there to answer questions. They have been extremely flexible and accommodating.

I love the techs and office staff. They are so welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns I have! Very welcoming environment!

I'm 25 weeks pregnant with my first child.. I see Dr. Enggano. Always a very short wait time. Dr. Enggano is really great.. best doctor i've ever had. Highly recommended.

Mac Arthur OB/GYN has been a great place for my women's wellness and pre-natal appointments. I've been having Dr. Fanous for over 6 years and he has been a great doctor. He's always concerned and available for any questions you might have. I first learned about this clinic as I was having a threatened miscarriage with my first pregnancy. I was referred by Baylor of Irving hospital to see them. Dr. Fanous quickly took care of me and made sure my pregnancy was good and successful. He was promptly there and made labor an easy process. Now, after 5 years, I am expecting my second child and I'm still with Dr. Fanous, but might switch to a mid-wife within the clinic as I am considering water birth. Overall, my experience has been great here. Sandy, Dr. Fanous' nurse is great as well. She's a sweetheart.

I visited the Grand Prarie location for an annual with Dr. Dominique. This was my first time and it was absolutely the worst experience ever. My appointment was for 10am, which they scheduled another woman to see the same doctor at the same time! I arrived promptly at 9:30 as first time patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time. After completing the new patient forms online prior to arriving I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before being taken to the back. At this point a nurse takes me back and takes my vitals and then sits me back in the waiting room for another 20 minutes. Finally once brought to a room and instructed to undress and wait for Dr. Dominique I sat for 25 minutes waiting, in which a nurse then informed me there were 2 other patients waiting before me to be seen. I took time from work to have this appointment and then had to get dressed again and leave the room to speak to a nurse to figure out why the doctor had not been in to see me yet. All I received were perfused apologies with no solution to the problem. I will never be scheduling appointments with Dr. Dominique or any other doctor associated with MacArthur ON/GYN at any locations as clearly they are inefficient.

As a first time mom,I was constantly worried about the prenatal care. However, MacArthur OB/GYN have cleared out all my fears and I have a very positive experience so far. The care from the doctors as well as the staff has been nothing but exceptional. They really do take time to explain you about any questions and concerns you have and they have been always been flexible in scheduling/rescheduling appointments.

Favorite OBGyn ever, they made my first pregnancy expirience so comforting, the staff is amazing and I love how they always on everything on time.

This is my first pregnancy and I love MacArthur OB/GYN! Most of the staff is friendly and quick and send you exactly where you need to go. Dr. Sakovich is the first and only doctor I have seen since the beginning of my pregnancy and I will continue to see him after. He is very quick with his appointments but also very friendly and informative. You don't feel like just a number, he really cares about his patients. The only thing is that it is quite difficult to get a hold of a nurse, doctor, or staff when calling the front office most of the time they send you to voicemail or someone says they will call back but they don't. Other than that I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Sakovich.

I decided to give Dr. Carleo a 2nd chance on 8/21/19. My first appointment with him in October of 2018 was not up to par. When I met with him, he failed to review labs, findings from the sonogram, and symptoms from my the stack of paper work they ask you to fill before seeing the doctor. As a result, I requested to be changed to a different doctor on 8/23/19. Labs were suppose to be uploaded to the portal same day i got a doctor changed. I was checking the portal every hour on the hour til 10pm. Next day my entire portal history was erased and no lab results or interpretation of the lab results. I cannot help but wonder did Dr. Carleo erase my portal history and leave my hanging without providing my lab results? So I tried messaging him through the portal and the message came back as an error to retry. Did he block me? I thought.

Also when I made the appointment, I asked for a blood pregnancy test, they told me I had to get a sonogram before the blood test. I paid over $400 bucks for this visit and still do not have the answer I originally called for.

Very clean, well organized and great customer service. Dr. Forney is great!

I had a pretty good experience the staff was very friendly
But the last time I was there to get some lab tests done I swear the lady who took my blood was so horrible and rough she left almost a 2 inch bruise on my arm from just a blood draw.
She must of used the biggest needle she could find , stabbed in my arm and called it a job well done
I don t even bruise and it doesn t hurt when I get a full-blown IV
Then I told her it hurt and she laughed and said oh I m sorry.
A day later I still can t pull my sleeve down over my arm

Doctors and nurses are great, however some of the front desk staff are not very helpful or nice. I have been scheduled wrong 3 times in a row and when I call to try and fix it I am replied to with a less than nice response and no resolution or even effort to figure out and fix the mistake. I would like to point out however front desk staff "Reesa" (sorry if incorrect spelling) and nurse "Sam" have stepped up and done a great job everyone at helping me get the mistakes corrected! You can tell they are dedicated to the patients and actually care. Thank you ladies!

MacArthur OB/GYN I would recommend this place to any mom 2 be. Dr. Oneil is great and staff is awesome. to MacArthur OB/GYN doctors and staff.

I am a first time mother and MacArthur OB/GYN has been a lifesaver. I look forward to every visit my physician is Dr. Elia Fanous, he is making this experiencing amazing! He has no problem answering all of my questions and reassures me he has my best interest at heart. Plus he is a Cowboys fan!!! The staff is great as well my appointments go by so quickly I hate that their over at times. Overall, I recommend MacArthur OB/GYN to anyone has a great environment.

I had a really hard problem trying to find the perfect OB-GYN, I found out about MacArthur by my sister-in-law she said her co-worker went there and she had a great experience, so I called to set up an appointment. As soon as me and my husband walked in there I knew it was perfect, all the receptionist are very nice and helpful from the moment you check in to the moment you check out. Elia Fanous is a great OB-GYN he answers every question i have. I would definitely recommend MacArthur OB/GYN to everyone.

A friend of mine recommended this office and I have even very happy with them. Dr. Sakovich is very professional and answers every question I have for him. His 2 medical assistants are awesome and friendly. Definitely recommend them to who anyone that needs a new obgyn.

The best OB/GYN I have ever been to! They get you in and out with no issues! Staff are so friendly and always have a smile!
