I am 18 week pregnant. I have been visiting Dr Reshma Patel.She is a sweet and patient doc. She listens to you carefully and is very empathetic. I have recommended her to my other friends also and they too had great experiences :).My every problem has been tackled in a very nice way and every visit is just wonderful and her staff is also very friendly !!!!!
I ve been a repeat patient at MacArthur Obgyn for the past 10 years, and to this day have never had an unpleasant experience with this practice. I ve recommended them on numerous occasions to both family and friends and all have had nothing but wonderful things to say about everything and everyone whom they ve come in contact with. I personally love the amazing hospitality of all the staff, from the MOA s that check you in and out, to the MA s who take care of all back office support needs, to the Sonography staff who ve always given me the most comfortable and beautiful experiences when becoming pregnant with both my boys. I absolutely could not have asked for a better team of doctors as well they answer all my questions and concerns thoroughly always making sure I m getting the best possible medical care and treatment available.
I would absolutely recommend MacArthur OB/GYN. I have been a patient of Dr. Gray's throughout my pregnancy, and she and her staff make everything so streamlined and simple. Everyone is extremely nice, and it's a one-stop-shop for your prenatal visits, sonograms, and even blood work. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I always pay my co-pay and always get a statement from this clinic. If I don't ask to pay they always say that I don't have to pay. They need to pay more attention... I called for info and they returned my call 2days later, they never follow up on calls.
Wife chose Dr. Colette Dominique to be her OB/GYN because of her very high online ratings and her affiliation to one of the best hospitals in the DFW area - Baylor off 183 in Irving. MacArthur OB/GYN are located in the Irving Medical Plaza, a central location, very convenient, and has great office staff. Dr. Colette is very very friendly and so easy to talk to, she makes the patient at ease, and she gives awesome suggestions and advice to the patient. Dr Colette's assistants are also very cordial. We would recommend Dr. Colette and MacArthur OB/GYN for all women looking for a great doctor and staff for prenatal care and to deliver the baby. Thank you
I LOVE this office, the nurses are all so friendly and the Dr.'s. I have never felt like cattle or rushed. Dr. O'Neil always takes his time and answers any questions I may have. When I brought my other children with me for a sono appt they made it fun for them too, which I thought was awesome. I would recommend this office!
Came across MacArthur OB/GYN on recommendation of a co-worker since I'm new to the Irving area. I'm now well into my pregnancy and have been seeing Dr. Enggano. The sweetest Dr. and listens and tries to answer every question you may have. Second pregnancy with twins this time around! (gulp) I've heard twins end up being born through cesarean but Dr. Enggano is open to letting me try birthing my twins natural! of course depending on position and weight but at least he is open to it. Scared of going to irving baylor because of all the reviews but wish me luck!!

They have a great office and really nice location but lots of changes need to be made. Staff isn't very responsive, not all the information is given to you and reviews are tainted by giving members $50 dollars off 3D imaging. If you are in a bind and there are no other choices but to go here, I would suggest to still not go here.
One major aspect to consider when deciding to go here. The team is well aware that the hospital the doctors are certified may not accept the insurance you have, but they won't tell you that. The doctor OBGYN is covered by your insurance (your doctor) but not the hospital. Doing my own research I discovered this issue, took the staff about 3 weeks to get back to me. At the end I was told we can negotiate with the hospital and insurance company to work it out. Really not a good option and this at 9 months, too late to switch.
Similar to the staff not providing you with all the information you can look forward to the Doctor to do the same. Towards the end we were requested to come in for weekly visits which we did and we were continue given a green light. We also were not aware of any risks or concerns. Major surprise when we went to deliver.
It's the doctor's job to make sure they tell you everything. Of course as a patient it's your job to push them if necessary to give you more information. Make all your appointments and do the things they request you to do. We did all of these things and we still had multiple surprises during delivery.
At the end I would highly recommend you not go here if you care about your baby. I just wish I knew that earlier.

I have been going to Mac Arthur Obgyn for 15 years it s a great facility with wonderful staff. Now that my children are grown this is where they go for all of their obgyn care.
I am very pleased with the choice I made to become a new patient at mac Arthur OBGYN everyone from the front office staff to the doctors are very nice, they made me feel very welcomed and assured that I had a great experience. Dr. Enganno is super friendly he is very professional and he made my first visit with him very pleasant he made sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable. unlike my other doctors I was in and out in a timely matter, and my sonogram tech was very gentle. I would definitely recommend mac Arthur to OBGYN to everyone I know. I always look forward to my visits and I know I will remain a patient for a long time.
Macobgyn is such a great place to get treated. My doctor is Kevin O'neil and he is very patient and kind when it comes to providing me with results and visits. The staff is very friendly and i love the environment in each and every Macobgyn office.
We went to Dr. Livingston purely based on reviews and he totally worth good rating. This is my first pregnancy and he provided ease with my pregnancy symptoms and care. He always answered all of my questions with positive attitude. I would definitely recommend him to other!
This is my second child and without a second thought I know we would be going with MacArthur OB-GYN since we had such a wonderful experience with our first child! All of the staff are wonderful and kind, they are always ready to answer any question you have no matter how weird or crazy it is. The complex they are in is so accommodating as well, you can get all your sonograms, blood work and doctors visit done all at once in a very organized fashion! We love them so much and if we ever have another baby we will be returning to MacArthur OB-GYN.
The front office staff is impersonal and unorganized and willingly withhold information, procedures and processes. The physicians are great if you can get through the barries presented by the front office.
Friendly staff, they don t rush like other clinics.

I've been coming here since I was 18 years old and have loved it from the start. Now that I am 24 and expecting my first baby, the overall experience has been great, from my visits to my nurses and doctor, they all truly want whats best for me and my baby. When going for my appts I am in & out. Her nursing staff is helpful and Dr. Dominique answers all my questions. Clean, quiet, office environment. All of the staff I have interacted with in practice have always been friendly and professional!

First time here first pregnacy and I really like the customer service. They call you in the room in less than 10 minutes. I would highly reccommend this facility for your prenatal care.
Fraudulent billing practices and they never return any of your calls. They bill insurances out of network instead of using in network providers for lab work etc. no one CARES about YOU. Dozens of calls and physical visits to resolve the billing issues and nothing ever comes of it. They use outdated billing codes and the insurance rejects it and when you ask them to refile the claim properly they say it s not their responsibility!!!!!!! Then who s is it!? Filing a complaint with the inspector general of Texas.

I would have to say this is a great OB office overall. My wife has not had a child in 14 years and this clinic makes us feel so comftorable. The Ob/GYN's at this location are very knowlegeable. I went in with Dr. Reshma Patel at 3 months into my pregnancy. I was nervous and scared that something could be wrong with my baby or myself since it took me some time before i went to get checked. Nevertheless, my first visit went smooth and very comforting all thank to Dr. Patel. She checked both the baby and me and we where doing great. Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor and will do anything in her reach to take care of you and so that you feel calm and relaxed during your visit. I am glad that Dr. Patel is taking care of my baby girl and my self. Thank-you Dr. Patel.!

I have been a patient for Dr. Livingston for the past year. Im expecting my first baby. Dr. Livingston has been very informative with my pregnancy in progress.
I WAS Seeing Kim when TTC AND SHE WAS GREAT!!! But now that I m pregnant I am with Dr Enganno and I wish I never had to switch doctors , I had one miscarriage and stillborn . I write him and don t get response til days later . . He s been really rude on my visits , I explained to him I fear of another miscarriage and he said baby was growing but even with finding a blood cloth he explained the danger and impending miscarriage situation , but doesn t want to see me til another 6 weeks . He didn t want to put me on bed rest at least til the 6 weeks are over . . And I just feel helpless at this point ... Looking for another doctor because I feel like this one doesn t care about me or the baby. My experience went from great to the worst. And he also told me they won t monitor me closely unless I have 3 miscarriages .. so pretty much doesn t care until I lose 2 more after I already went through two losses !!!!! He really doesnt understand that I don t want to go through this again!!!!
This is my 28th week of pregnancy....so far my experience is good with Mac OB/GYN. Dr. Reshma Patel is taking care of us and I must say that she is very co-operative and easy to talk to. The staffs are also very supportive and answer all my quarries at any point time. I am looking forward to experience the same kind of support during the rest of my pregnancy.
Dr. Dominique is a great OB-GYN. Had a wonderful experience with my first born. Made me feel very comfortable with her, and always answered all my questions or doubts. I recently moved to the area and was in need of a New OBGYN. The staff and doctors are very friendly and nice. Also, I really appreciate the staff being true to appointment times; so much that I have never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Overall my experience has been wonderful so far.
This is my second child being delivered by Dr. Livingston and I love him. His MA's have been with him for years and are excellent as well. They are very knowledgeable and great at making you feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone ready to have a healthy child.....also his PA A. Rivard is also too!

I love MacArthur Medical Center. I m currently 31 weeks pregnant w/ my second child. My husband and I haven t had a baby in 7 years and to say I am nervous would be an understatement. All the staff make me feel extremely comfortable and I m so happy I chose MacArthur OBGYN as my medical team.

Dr. Collette Dominique is horrible! She is insensitive and cold. I tried making small talk with her so we could be comfortable as my pregnancy progressed but she was super short with me. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and after that point I never saw her again! She didn't even show up when at 39 weeks I had a fever that lasted till I was 41 weeks. Dr. Dominique didn't even show up at the hospital. I was seen by Dr. Freeman, she's just as bad as Dr. Dominique. I told her that i wanted a natural birth. While examining my cervix, she starts asking me all these questions and was super rough with my examination. I complained about her exam because it was hurting me and Dr. Freeman mocked me saying that if I couldn't take that pain how did I think I could have a natural birth? She was so rude! My pain is MY pain. I can take what ever pain naturally happens. But I was not willing to let her treat me that way. She had no right to hurt me. She's an obgyn not a mechanic!! Dr. Dominique and Dr. Freeman have no manners. Do not see them!!
Oh, and if you see so many positive reviews it's because they give you a discount on a 4d sonogram if you leave one.
Last year april me and my husband went to mac arthur obgyn for the first time nd had an appoinment with Dr.Livingston regarding pregnancy with lot of questions and doubts.He came and meet us with a smiling face and listen all our questions and doubts.he has a very good bedside manners and a positive attitude towards his patience.He diagnose me very well and this april I gave birth to my son.I personaly recomended him to all of those who wants to taste parenthood.And also recomended mac arthur obgyn.All staffs of mac arthur obgyn r so helpfull,they always cooperate with us.

This is my first pregnancy and attending this office has been wonderful . I never have to wait longer than a few minutes to be seen and the staff is very welcome and beyond friendly . Dr. Engano is very professional & i have not had any problems with him he answers all my questions and is all around just a great doctor if your looking for an ob i definitely recommend him.

The doctors, nurses and the front desk staff, all are very kind and welcoming. They care for their patients. It is very clear from the way they talk with you and answers any number of questions you may have. Dr. Reshma Patel is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The medical assistants are very approachable and they respond to the emails quite fast. My experience with their sonogram team has been great as well. They take genuine interest in looking at your baby and explaining as they move along. They don't do it for the sake of doing it. They really are interested in looking at your baby and answering all the questions you have. Highly recommend this place!
I would definitely recommended MacArthur OBGYN and Dr. Livingston. This is my first pregnancy and Dr. Livingston does a great job at putting me at ease and keeping me up to date on what I need to know. The nurses are also great- very helpful and pleasant. It's easy to make an appointment and so helpful to get appointment reminders over text!
The front desk patient handling is very inefficient. Waiting time is terrible, and always jam packed. There is also patient privacy concerns that are handled poorly. I would not recommend this location.
I love Dr.Freeman, she's so honest and she makes you feel so comfortable! The office staff is always helpful and willing to answer any questions. I don't think I'll ever find a better OBGYN. I would recommend her to anyone!
I would find someone else. I had Dr. Engagno doesn t really explain much, very non-chalant, I didn t feel I was in good care. Then I had to go trough all my labs myself and research online what it meant. I noticed an abnormality with my test results, you would think your doctor would call you when something shows abnormal but no I had to call and ask what it was about.Smh

This my 3rd pregnancy MacArthur OB/GYN and love this clinic it very quick doesn't take long at all! Dr. Gray was my doctor for my past baby and for this current one I can say she is a very great doctor! Explains to you everything and listens to all the questions you have regarding the pregnancy! Checking in is always very fast, i'm happy it's not a clinic that takes forever. My 35 minute drive is very worth coming in for.
I ve trusted MacArthur Irving with all my women s health needs, including, my first and now second birth. Always friendly and hardly ever a long wait for anything. 10 years strong with this team! Keep it up guys!!

This is my first pregnancy. The staff, doctor and nurses have been extremely helpful.
I came to MacArthur OB/GYN specifically to get a Paraguard IUD.
The Pros:
I picked them because I was nervous about the insertion and really wanted to find a doctor that does many insertions and has a lot of experience with it. Dr Dominique did mine and I feel like she did a great job. Yes it hurt, but it was over quickly - maybe 8 seconds of bad pain 3 times during the 5 minute procedure. I felt like she was a gentle as possible though. They use a sonogram to place the IUD and check it with sono again in a month for proper placement which really reassured me.
The Cons:
A lot of business makes for a very busy office, obviously! Don't expect to make it out in less than 2 hours. Schedule as early in the day as you can to avoid long waits. Expect lots of screaming toddlers. Take snacks and ignore the no food sign if you're prone to getting hangry as staff members walk by with plates of food from some taco party (ha ha). With as busy as they are don't expect a lot of chit chat. Take a list of any questions you have for the doctor. Also be prepared for billing confusion. After my initial well-woman an outside lab billed me for routine diagnostics that weren't covered by my insurance. MacArthur OB/GYN called before the 2nd visit to let me know how much it would cost, but then billed me less when I arrived. At the 3rd visit they had me pay for the sono from the previous visit, saying it had been denied by the insurance. All very confusing, definitely room for improvement. I do realize that some of this could be the fault of my super crappy Molina Marketplace Insurance though.
Very friendly and clean environment. The ladies working at the front desk are very friendly and polite. The doctor will answer all your questions and the nurses are very helpful too . Its a thumps up

I really love Dr. O'Neil. This is my second pregnancy but my first time in his care and he's really great. Hes really involved in your health and your babies health as well. I like that I always see him not a PA or nurse. I do recommend him alot.

Very rude attitute from the Front at first when we try to check in, I called to find out about their location but it took me more than 20 min. to figure it out since we drive from Aubrey TX to Irving, the place I don't know anything about... So she told me I supposed to be here 30 min. before the appt time, her voice her tone is tollaly different if you can speak Spanish, not English. Overall she made me feel very really weird and try to embarrass me and my special need child in public by saying so loud to me as I am deaf or something. I do not recommend for this attitute even if the doctors were good, but it wasn't really worse for you to be treated like that at this office. Very disrepect to Handicap people and def. not friendly at all to the people whose speak English.
I love my Mac Arthur team, beyond amazing from my doctor on down to my sonogram team. This is my first kid so they do everything to make sure fear is not something I have. Thanks So Much Guys
MacArthur OB\GYN is excellent. Dr. Wiyatta Freeman and the rest of the team are just the best. I have a high risk pregnancy and it was so difficult to find a doctor that I got frustrated at the beginning, but Dr. Freeman and the clinic accepted me without hesitation and gave me back the confidence in the most important moment of my life.

I love Macarthur OBGYN! My friend told me about them and how they were always there for her so I decided to give them a try. When I have an appointment they send me directly to my doctor and I never have to wait! The nurses always make sure I am comfortable. My doctor (Dr.Patel) is always so bubbly and makes me smile even when I am emotional. I am very pleased with the service I have received.

I've been a patient here for 4 years and it is always something with this office. I tried to stick with them to avoid the hassle of changing doctors but after today I've had enough. You have to stay on top of them and follow up with them because without complaining first, they won't follow up with you. I was refused service by a representative at the counter due to a $97 balance. All of a sudden! When I've been coming there weekly with no problem and also making payments. She did not instruct me to speak to a billing specialist, she took it upon herself to refuse service telling me to reschedule. Management also agreed that wasn't right. In addition, she was unfriendly and dismissive. I'm done with them.
My experience with Doctor Reshma Patel has been good. She's very understanding and considerate on any questions/concerns I may have. I feel comfortable with her and her staff. I am currently expecting my first baby, and thankfully everything has been great. I do very much recommend her, she's great!
Dr. Enggano is a great doctor. As a FTM, he is very helpful in helping me understand everything going on in my pregnancy, and he also makes me feel extremely comfortable with everything. The office staff both in front, and in back, are really great as well. Anytime I have a question for my dr.'s office, the medical assistant always contacts me back in a reasonable amount of time

I have been a current patient for a little over a year now. I just recently got pregnant and I'm type 2 diabetic. I recieved the best care from the moment I found out. Dr. Livingston is one of the best doctors here, he makes you feel like your talking to your best friend about what your going through. As well as Kim Sakovich! She is the best! I feel like I'm talking to my favorite aunt about everything. She makes you feel like you are apart if her family. These two care about YOU! Not that your another patient they had to see. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Really great team. The level of care is perfect! I have been coming here for 8 years.The only downfall about this place is that the wait time has always been unacceptable. The wait in the waiting room for over 45 minutes is the normal here. So plan accordingly and plan to spend about 1.5+ hours just to see a doctor.
I recently changed my OBGYN doctor to Dr Patel and couldn't be more happy with my decision!!!. She is an amazing doctor, answers all my questions before I even ask. The nursing staff are super sweet and professional; not a long wait and I feel very attended to.

This is my first pregnancy and I love the care that I am getting from Macarthur OBGYN. Rachel Zimmer (Midwife) is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, caring and warm. She has been very patient with me, taking the time to address any and all concerns that I have had. She is not forceful or pushy about things I am not comfortable with (ie. getting the flu-shot, ect.). All the other staff have been great- from the receptionists, to the nurses, to the blood labtechs. The only time I have ever felt rushed was when getting a sonogram. But then again, there were alot of other women waiting to get theirs too. I definitly will (and have) recommend this place and these doctors for preganancy care.
