I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant with my first baby, I been under Dr. Enggano since my first visit he is a GREAT Dr. all my visits are very quick I'm always able to see him and get all my questions answered he is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. You cant find that around much, Highly recommend.

The OB/GYN center gives phenomenal service. They are very attentive and friendly. They also ensure they guide you through a healthy pregnancy.

Dr.Patel is very nice,experienced and accepts Medicaid. She has helped me with my first pregnancy and now with my third. Staff is friendly and helpful. Waiting time is quick. I recommend this place to anyone looking for fast service,professional, friendly doctors and staff.

This is my first pregnancy and I still am a bit unsure what to expect. The staff has been very helpful with every question and concern that I have had thus far. My Dr. is O'Neil. The initial thought of having a male OBGYN was a bit uncomfortable at first, however he has been great with understanding all of my concerns and explain my pregnancy to me. SO far everything is well my babies growth is great and right on time. This site has a great way of comforting you by greeting you with a smile every time you enter from the front to the back.

I am currently seeing Dr.Enganno and he is great! He's very friendly, informative, and always on time. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. They always have appointment times that work for me.

Dr. Carleo was really great. Wish I had gone through my pregnancies here.

This place is amazing ! This is my first pregnancy after my miscarriage and the staff and Dr. Eggano have been awesome. They are so kind, and helpful. If i ever get pregnant again i will definitely use this office again.

I had to move from Houston to Irving during my 2ND trimester and was glad to come across MacArthur. I had done my research online and as well was recommended by staff at Baylor Scott & White about starting my care at MacArthur.

I m glad that my first choice was a good one. I always leave my appointments with my questions answered, always feel well informed of everything. The staff make me feel welcomed as well, they are very kind and attentive.

I ve gotten to see my baby here as well and was given a couple of pictures, any questions I had during the sonogram were answered for me, and I got to find the gender in my last sonogram!

Dr. Livingston He is very friendly and listens all the concerns very carefully. I recommend this doctor he is awesome. And what I like about him is that he speak Spanish and English :) he takes care good of my pregnancy. My experience with MacArthur obgyn and with MacArthur sonogram is great.

I LOVE THIS PLACE IT IS THE BEST OB/GYN ATTENTION YOU WILL GET !! I have always been going there since i can remeber go to mid-wife CLAIRE I got refered there from a friend and i will never reegreat going there especially with the sonograms !!

Dr. Stacy Thomas, is awesome! She understands everything that is going on with me during my visits. She makes me feel comfortable and she s patient with me. Wonderful, Loving Staff members! Everyone is always smiling, friendly and so helpful.

Staff is so fantastic and so polite! The atmosphere is very welcoming each appointment.
Dr. Thomas is so informative, answers any and all of Our questions!

This is my first pregnancy and i must say the staff is extremly helpful and kind and i believe i am recieving the best medical care for me and my daughter i would definitely recommed this office to new moms my doctor was referred to me and was told i would be given the best pregnancy care possible and she was rite. I see Dr. Forney and Erica (Physician Assistant) and they are both great and caring. The staff is super nice and service is fast!

Horrible staff with nasty attitude. This clinic charges full amount upfront even if you have health insurance. They then file a claim with your insurance....if the amount you paid is covered by the insurance they then give you a credit at the clinic in the amount you paid. I have never been charged at the window for services. Any place I've ever been to the office files a claim with my insurance and then bills me for any remaining balance.

The environment is great, they always treat me with kindness and never make me feel uncomfortable. The staff is incredible and so friendly.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. My appointments always start on time and I'm in and out super quick, which is always appreciated at a doctor's office. I love going here!

Out of all the doctors offices I've been to, MacArthur OBGYN staff are by far the most helpful and nicest people ever. They aren't ever annoyed when being asked too many questions because they really like to help and make sure you have your answers. Everyone is so patient. I've been going to Dr.Enggano for a couple months now since I switched doctors mid-pregnancy and him and his nurses have been amazing. I appreciate all of MacArthur OBGYN staff and all the good things I've heard from my family about this office was true.

I am 28 weeks and have been going to MacArthur OB/GYN since 5 weeks. Everyone is very nice. I am a first time mother and Dr. Gray takes her time to answer all my questions, they make me feel very secure. Making appointments is very easy there's no hassle. It such a warming place to go to they give out a bunch information always answer questions.

I LOVE it here!!! This is my first pregnancy the staff has been extremely helpful throughout my whole pregnancy. Any questions or concerns I may have as a first time mom they respond in a timely manner. I am sure me and my baby are in good hands.

I originally had Dr. Sakovich during my pregnancy. He seemed to always have one hand on the door, running late/in a huge hurry. I only called up there a couple times because we were worried about some complications we were having. His nurse Pricilla was extremely rude to me every single time I talked to her.. not only tone but some of the things she would say to us, just unreal. I'm thinking here we are paying 8k to have a baby and this lady can't even be nice/respectful to me? We ended up trying to switch drs but the client services liaison (I think) said we could only switch one time.. (I had been given a default dr that I had never even met in the beginning). Anyway, we were over it. Switched clinics and I'm happy to say we've had 4 visits with our new doctor who both him and his staff are incredible. Night and day difference. Just an FYI my uncle is the head of Perinatology at a very well known hospital here in the area. I told him my experience with Macarthur OBGYN and he said that wasn't the first experience he'd heard that was like that about this clinic. There are a million other options here in the area to choose from. I would suggest skipping over this baby mill of a place and finding better quality of care elsewhere.

Very friendly place specially during this pandemic, always making sure the patients are safe. I really like the environment. Everyone is always so nice and helpful from the front staff to the sono techs. I highly recommend this place and definitely coming back for future pregnancies.

Being new to the area, I needed to find an OB for our second pregnancy. Good friends recommended Rachel Zimmer at MacArthur OB/GYN, as she did an excellent job caring for them during their high risk pregnancy last year. I contacted my doula to ask about local OBs, and she inquired into the DFW doula network. Rachel's name came up several times as someone highly recommended. Rachel did a meet and greet with me, and I enjoyed that visit. She answered questions and was so friendly. The staff is cheerful and love talking to my son. We're only at 20 weeks, but it's been a great experience so far. I appreciate the fact that there are many OBs in the office... it gives me assurance that if anything arises that requires more than a midwife's care, they are right there. Rachel is very knowledgeable, and I'm looking forward to continuing in my pregnancy under her care! The only negative thing so far has been the long waiting times for appointments.

Very professional, intelligent group of women who are organized, prompt, and get the job done right. One tech even called backup in to identify the sex of my baby instead of just saying "oh well can't see it." They spent an extra five minutes wiggling me around, having me cough, and moving the wand until they were both confident. Great place for ultrasounds.

The doctors here don t care about you at all, at least the two I went to. The first doc which was Dr Arguello which I seen a few times talks very fast and didn t seem too concerned at all. I went in because I knew I had a uti because I get them frequently. This time I had blood in my urine, she took the urine sample and told me there s blood in my urine but she claimed she needed positive results to send me anything to my pharmacy. Long story short I ended up in the ER and they gave me medication right away and now I have a large bill for that. They even asked me why didn t she send anything smh. I ve had nurses there send me medication for uti without positive results just to be on the safe side.

So from there I decided to try someone new. First visit was ok but she was talking so fast that I couldn t get a word in. Luckily I was just there for a urine sample, again it went ok. The second visit I got in the room for a wellness exam so it was my first pap from her. She came in the room and told me a nurse was coming. I asked could she not come in because I was already uncomfortable with a new doctor. She proceeded to say she has to which I know is a lie. So I was very uncomfortable... I asked her for iron supplements a couple times while I was there and she didn t send them to my pharmacy until a week later. She was ruff on my breast and talked very fast. I really couldn t get a word in. Another thing that disgusted me is that she left all the utensils out that she used on me by the sink instead of discarding. I don t feel I was treated right and this will be my last time at this place. I ve been settling for less way too long. I will give my money to someone that really cares about me. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone ever.

Dr.Fanous's team really care for you , great customer service. this is my first pregnancy and they've guided me through it in a very professional matter , thank you ! Cant wait till my baby is here !

Worst experience ever. They verbalyntold me my baby would die. Both sakavich are horrible people. Stay away. Whole clinic is rude.

Claire and Nehal are great! If you are looking for a good doctor or midwife in the DFW area go to MacArthur! Staff is always friendly and if you have an emergency they will see you same day. I will be picking a pediatrician from MacArthur.

I visited Dr. Dominique at her Grand Prairie location, and I was highly impressed. When my OB/GYN died 3 years ago I didn t know where to look. After googling I found Dr. Dominique. She was knowledgeable of information and really wanted to know about any questions/concerns I had with my body. I m grateful that I now have an OB/GYN again that I can trust and feel comfortable with! Thank you God for entrusting Dr. Dominique to your children to identify ,help prevent and care for us medically!

This is my first pregnancy and Dr. Dominique has been very helpful, shes answered just about every question I have with no hesitation and is easy to understand. Shes also very easy to communicate with when I have questions between visits!

After carefully doing research I decided to switch my OB and chose to see Dr. Livingston, so glad I did my appointments have been such a breeze. Never have to wait too long to be seen, Dr is down to earth and knowledgeable. I m looking forward to delivering my baby.

2nd pregnancy. Dr. Enganno is so caring. Great physician, so personable. All the staff is friendly. Love this place!

I am about to deliver my second baby and went with Mac Arthur OBGYN once again because of my first experience. I love this place and know they will do a great job. There's not a thing I can complain about. I have Dr. Fanous and he is great and makes everything so easy to understand.

This place is either completely disorganized or have no compassion for women without children. I can't differentiate between the two at this point. The front desk people are sweethearts do not get me wrong but once I got into a room (finally) I was yelled at because I had waited for an hour and I obviously wasn't too happy about it. I understand the doctors are on call to deliver babies I KNOW THIS but there is no need to yell at me. The midwife that was supposed to console me on my appointment had to go deliver a baby (understandable) but then they told me that the actual doctor would come in. I had to get dressed, leave my examining room (that I sat in alone for 45+ minutes) to finally get the knowledge that no one was available for my appointment. It would have been nice to have known that from the get go. Also, a good friend of mine was 30 weeks pregnant and going to them. At 30 weeks, they would not even give her a birth plan. She asked multiple times and ended up having to go somewhere else. Bottom line, if you need an OBGYN, I strongly suggest you go anywhere besides this place. You want someone that has compassion and has their things together. Not this mess.

I was referred to Dr. Sakovich by my sister while going for my annual well women's check up i found out i was pregnant. He has been great throughout my whole pregnancy he always has encouraging words even when I'm frightened due to a high risk pregnancy. Not only is he warm and kind so is his staff they make you feel welcomed. I will also like to mention i do not live in irving but in north dallas and i make the travel over there because of the professionalism of the whole practice.

Great experience and always taken care of as familyso thankful to have such amazing nurses around.

Great experience! I went with my aunt Amanda, and it's was a cool experience, it was very clean and nice. The employees were phenomenal themselves, they enjoyed their jobs making our experience that much better.

We had a recent visit for my Wife s sonogram, they were attentive and answered all our questions.

Dr. Sakovich is awesome and the experience I have had here has been a very good one!

I absolutely love MacArthur OBYN I've been going to Dr. Dominique since 2006 and I live in Allen And I do not intend to go anywhere else. Now that I am pregant its been a great experience.

When I have an appointment they are usually very quick and get things done. The staff are very nice and Dr. Patel has been able to answer all of my questions, which is great considering this is our first child!!

I definately recommend coming here. this is my first pregnancy and I ve had a good experience here. The staff is always nice and helpful. Makes me feel comfortable to ask questions and they treat you politely.

I came for an issue that I've been to the ER twice for, and to another poor doctor for, I saw doctor Dominique. She completely sidestepped the issue, mostly because of my age, which is irrelevant because I have an endocrinological disorder. After spending about three minutes making me feel like I was going crazy telling me that I'm fine and that the symptom was normal for less sexually active girls, which again is irrelevant because that ship sailed long ago, she latched onto the fact that I have PCOS. She spent ten minutes trying to push birth control onto me, know now, for anyone who has PCOS, birth control alone does not treat PCOS, it's a sham. I left livid, because the doctor who treats my PCOS has all of my hormone levels in the correct places, and he has warned me that an OBGYN will do this. He was right. This doctor wants to line her pockets by keeping me sick, do not come to this office. I will go through him for a referral to a real OBGYN, and hopefully I don't end up in the ER with it before then.

Dr. Livingston at MacArthur OB/GYN is awesome! He never keeps me waiting and he answers any questions or concerns I have. The office is clean and I never have to wait more that 5 minutes when I come in for my appointment. I highly recommend him!

I ve had nothing but great experiences at this office. Dr. Livingston has been a great doctor and I would recommend him to everyone. He explains things in a way you can understand which totally helps when you re going thru pregnancy or miscarriage. I ve gone thru both with Dr. Livingston and he was there to help me every step of the way.

Rachel Zimmer midwife delivered my baby in February it was a wonderful experience! She is very knowledgeable and caring, I would recommend her to anyone.

So, far I have had a wonderful experience. All the staff I have dealt with are always in a great mood and eager to help me with any questions or concerns. I have had a great experience in all my prenatal visits, they are quick on seeing me as soon as I sign-in and they maintain a clean and organized building.

I have been with Dr. O'Neil for about 8 years or so. I have never had any issues at all with Dr. O'Neil nor his staff. I never thought I'd be comfortable with a male obgyn but I have been completely comfortable and confident with their service. This has been where I go for my annual, for my fertility concerns, for my first pregnancy and other issues that I worry about. They have taken great care of me this long, I could not even think about having a different doctor or nurse staff to care for me like they do. Thank you all!

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I've had all my kids with them. I recommend this practice to any first time mom's or just a mom. Not only do they attend pregnancies but other needs that a woman must have from physicals to surgeries. They have expanded so much in the years that I have attended here and I wouldn't change this office for nothing. The doctors are amazing and any questions or concerns that you might have they will answer them without a doubt giving you a piece of mind. I recommend all the women to go here and give it a try I truly do believe these are the best doctors a practice can have :)

Dr. Livingston is a great doctor that takes the time to really listen and provide feedback. I've been a patient for over 14 years and choose to drive a distance for a good doctor.

Not 5 stars since I'm not crazy about the billing procedures in place these days and the communication between the office, quest diagnostics, and the sonogram office could improve.

Nothing but positive things to say. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Rebecca Gray is wonderful! She takes the time to actually sit down with you and make sure all of your questions are answered. I love her positive attitude and that you can tell she genuinely cares!

This is my second pregnancy but first time patient at this medical center. I have enjoyed my entire experience. From the receptionist to the nursing assistants, everyone has been so professional & provides great customer service. Having the lab, sonography office & the doctor s office all in the same vicinity has been so convenient. Dr. Forney is amazing & no matter how full her waiting area is, she does not make me feel rushed & hears out all my concerns. I truly appreciate her & everyone i have encountered at this medical center.

My experience with Doctor Reshma Patel has been very good. She is very understanding and is always willing to answer any of my questions even when asked repeatedly. She makes me feel very comfortable that helps in asking in any kind of question. I do very much recommend her, she's great!As this is my first pregnancy I was very nervous but her experience and guidance helped me in clearing many doubts and I feel I am under right doctor.

I love this place B/C of the doctor I have and the friendly staff. Dr. Enggano is always willing to answer questions and give detailed information on whatever the issue at hand is. Most of all he is very friendly.

If you are looking for an obgyn DO NOT PICK DR. KEVIN O'NEIL. i feel so uncomfortable around him idk who would work for this man. This office is nice & so is the staff but they should really consider removing him from that office. I had my birth control removed and straight up asked me okay its done ANYTHING ESLE? Ive never met a doctor like him. I will never go back here EVER.

My Doctor was Dr. Sakovich. I chose this office because of the great reviews. When I first got there I was extremely nervous and scared. He came in and I told him my problems and he shook my hand and said "We will take care of it, I promise". I was still a little nervous because of how fast the visit was, but at this point I had to take his word for it. I had several appointments up until the day of surgery. Three of the visits were with Dr. Sakovich. This is when I learned that he is the type of doctor that simply just gets the job done. He does get in and out of the office visits quickly, but he gets straight to the point and doesn't waste time. He does what he says he is going to do, and he doesn't leave without doing it. I LIKE THIS about him. The only complaint I have is the amount of time it took to schedule a surgery was too long, and no one communicated anything to me. I had to call several times to get answers. Easy fix. Overall, Dr. Sakovich and his team are great. I am so happy that he didn't blow off my problem, he got rid of it .... HE KEPT HIS PROMISE!! Looking forward to my follow up.

My experience has been good so far with Dr Oniel, his staff, and front desk are always helpful and kind. Every time I walk into the clinic I am always greeted. There is never a long wait and all my visits have been pleasant.

Dr. Gray and the staff at MacArthur OBGYN have been great so far during my first pregnancy! She has always answered my questions and reassured me that all things are going normally. That has allowed me to worry less.

My experience at MacArthur with Dr. Livingston has been wonderful. I'm currently on my first pregnancy and before I went to MacArthur I went to a different OB/GYN the reason I changed was because I feel like MacArthur has a more thorough examination in every appointment. I feel like they are honest with me on my baby's health and I know I can trust Dr. Livingston when he say's everything looks good. I found out about MacArthur's clinic through my sisters recent pregnancy I had gone with her on her 4-D sonogram and saw my niece for the first time it was a really beautiful sonogram seeing it on a big screen on the wall, we could see her very clearly. They had welcomed our big family group in with a lot of joy. I wanted to be treated the same way my sister had been and I will always remember MacArthur clinic forever and the experience I had there I would totally recommend it to someone else because I know they will love it to. I would like to thank all the staff, nurse's and my doctor there who have made my experience at MacArthur a really great one!!

The staff here are nice and accommodating. Dr. Dominique has patiently answered our questions and concerns and has explained every topic fully. She doesn't rush us or force us on a decision and she gives us time to think about things.

The only area of improvement will be their portal and how they update records on it.

I ve never had a bad experience coming here. I see dr O Neil for my high risk pregnancy he has taken such good care of me and my baby. The sonography department has been great as well. The ultrasound tech named joe is my favorite he has always taken his time to get a good accurate picture of baby s face

Everybody in the office is nice.This is my first pregnancy and I was quite nervous because I didn't knew what to expect but I realize that I have the best Doctor ever, which is Dr. Livingston. Every time I see him, he Is always in a great mood ,he is such a goofball, I totally forget that I have a problem or questions to ask him.I am always excited for the next appointment. He is very understanding, comprehensive. I feel so comfortable around him not just him but his assistants as well.

This is our 2nd pregnancy with MacArthur OB/GYN. Our experience with them has been nothing but great. The staff and nurses are very helpful and kind. They have experienced doctors who are very good at what they do. I highly recommend MacArthur OB/GYN for expecting parents and women in general, for their excellent service and care for patients.

Great Customer service every time I come to get a sonogram.

My very first visit to the office went really well. A little bit of a wait but the staff and overall experience was great. They have great bedside manner and the staff is beyond great!

I love this place! It's my first pregnancy and from the first day I went to this place, they treated me extremely well, all the staff that works there is very effective and cordial, my doctor Dr. Enganno is wonderful, all the time It has helped me to understand this beautiful process, always answer quickly and carefully my messages or questions and their nurses and techniques are super efficient too. I am more than happy to be so well taken care of by this medical center. I definitely recommend this place !!!

While looking for a doctor after finding out my husband and I were pregnant, I stumbled onto Macauthur Obgyn. I love that everything is in the same office, and my doctor, Dr. R. Patel is absolutely amazing. She really listens to what you want or need as an expecting mommy. I don't know about the other doctors in the office but Dr. Patel also delivers out of both Baylor Irving and HEB hospital in Bedford. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor for this pregnancy. I absolutely love it here!!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend to Dr. Rebecca Gray, I had very bad experience with her. She is very irresponsible doctor, so I would request to my dear ones to don't go there. She won't tell you anything like some additional informations , what to do if any emergency, which kind of problems you can face n all... I had first pregnancy and I got delivered by on call doctor which was fine but after the delivery I was 3 days in the hospital and she didn't come to visit me in a single day. When I asked her about that she said I was busy in another clinic,even though she didn't ask me to how was your delivery n all.. I went for postpartum visit she didn't check my stitches too. So how can I say good things about her ,I was her patient and she didn't have time for their patients. How rude and irresponsible. I saw her good reviews that's why I went there but I think that was paid or fake reviews. Rest of the thing is good at the macobgyn. I would recommend this medical center.

Doctor was pretty rude. Slow to see doctor. Gave diagnosis before even seeing me or running any tests. Won't be back.

Made an appointment here for today at 1:15. Was called at 1:15 to be told that the doctor was still in surgery and could not see me. Why was I called at my appointment time to be told this after I took a day off work? I am pregnant and bleeding and this appointment was highly urgent which I made them aware of yesterday!! Needless to say, I will not be rescheduling with this place. I would never trust my child in such incompetent hands!

Doctors and staff makes the place very comfortable with their friendly behaviour.
Recommend by friends and felt it is worth it. We are under the care of Dr. Fanous. He is amazing and gives hs honest advice. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I love Dr. Carleo, he is very amazing at his job. Every time I come in for an appointment the wait is literally so short and my appointments go by very fast. All of the staff treat you so well and they have been doing a great job dealing with patients throughout all of this craziness. I look forward to my appointments each time and can t wait for my next one!

I wouldn t change to any other provider. This is my 3rd baby and I have always been taken care of and I hardly have an issue with waiting long. The staff is very nice and patient with me. I can t wait to see my baby boy!

Ive been seen by Dc Livingston, Dominique, and Allie they are all awesome always make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions.

I have had mixed feelings about this clinic from all my appointments , but today my visit was just highly unpleasant. I first checked in at suite 600 for sono, woman in the front desk didnt give out much of a positive vibe, and when they put me in a room I had a student nurse or whatever she called her self that didnt even know how to use the sono machine, had to have someone come to assist her and she herself said that they hate that machine too because the image is hard to see (they teach/practice with students on that machine) so they kept pushing against my cervix and stomach so hard it made me uncomfortable. If they couldn't see everything so clear how do I know everything with my baby checked out 100% good? All the other patients walking out from the other side left with a long strip of four or five photos and I left with a short strip of three. After I went to the doctors office and was put in a waiting room the nurse asked me if I had any questions or concerns, but never spoke about them to Dr.Livingston. It truly feels like they dont care about your overall experience or concerns here and dismiss everything as you're just pregnant, I dont know if it's because I'm young, 1st pregnancy or not paying out of pocket but that's how it feels and I wished I would've change clinic sooner. (I cant see where they get so many positive reviews from, to be honest)
