I visited the Grand Prarie location for an annual with Dr. Dominique. This was my first time and it was absolutely the worst experience ever. My appointment was for 10am, which they scheduled another woman to see the same doctor at the same time! I arrived promptly at 9:30 as first time patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time. After completing the new patient forms online prior to arriving I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before being taken to the back. At this point a nurse takes me back and takes my vitals and then sits me back in the waiting room for another 20 minutes. Finally once brought to a room and instructed to undress and wait for Dr. Dominique I sat for 25 minutes waiting, in which a nurse then informed me there were 2 other patients waiting before me to be seen. I took time from work to have this appointment and then had to get dressed again and leave the room to speak to a nurse to figure out why the doctor had not been in to see me yet. All I received were perfused apologies with no solution to the problem. I will never be scheduling appointments with Dr. Dominique or any other doctor associated with MacArthur ON/GYN at any locations as clearly they are inefficient.
