Arrived home to find that we had a furnace failure on a very cold night. Called the 24 hour emergency number and a technician was there inside of an hour and had us up and heating in another hour. Great service.
I called 10 different contractors for my home HVAC system. Tom from the K Company came out within 3 days to look over my system and give me an estimate. Polite, professional and very knowledgable. Easy to talk too and answered all my questions. after recieving my estimates, i decided to go with the K Company. Compairing "Apples to Apples" they were the best company with the best unit and price. The guys showed up as scheduled, and had my house fully functioning in 2 days, about 12 hours total time. It was smooth, easy and painless. They were very professional and courtious, and with the exception of power tool noise, I had no idea they were there. I can't say enough about the job they did, or the quality of their work.

Fixed my A/C. Kept me informed of what was going on, the pieces that were broken, and what it would take to finish it up. Verified it was working and even replaced some related components just to make sure the issue was resolved. Ready for summer!!
They own the car wash tha I use . If there is a problem , they handle it quickly .

I've heard a lot of really good things about this company, they did work for a church we visited, and they did a good job, my husband works for an hvac company and applied here and had a positive experience, that unfortunately did not end in employment, but it's a clean and professional place I am very happy with what we have seen and heard.
4 days of troubleshooting and our building still has no A/C. Poor service.

These guys were great. from the initial phone call through the rest of the process, which was a long one, everyone was helpful, prompt, and polite.
