This is my second pregnancy here. Appointments don't really mean anything here, I've waited anywhere from 40 minutes to 1.5 hr just to get my vitals checked. That's not counting the amount of time I actually wait for the doctor and then getting to spend 5-10 minutes with her. Getting in touch with staff is always a game of phone tag. There have been times when I don't even get to see my doctor and not know it until I show up to the appointment or someone else shows up in my room. I think they practice double booking here or something, at least that's what my doctor told me. I'm sure it's great for the bottom line but terrible for patients who have to work. There have been Administrative issues with my blood work which caused undue stress. Overall, if I have a 3rd, I'll find another practice. The communication is terrible, the admin side could use a lot of improvements, the front desk can be extremely rude, and the care only ok due to the doctor having to see so many patients. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. However, I have heard their care of difficult pregnancies to be quite good so perhaps it's worth a try if you're having a difficult pregnancy.

July 2018 Update: So 7 months ago, I was left a response to this review that someone from the office would contact me. No one has contacted me. I'm not surprised but wanted to close the loop for people who's looking at this review.
