I decided to give Dr. Carleo a 2nd chance on 8/21/19. My first appointment with him in October of 2018 was not up to par. When I met with him, he failed to review labs, findings from the sonogram, and symptoms from my the stack of paper work they ask you to fill before seeing the doctor. As a result, I requested to be changed to a different doctor on 8/23/19. Labs were suppose to be uploaded to the portal same day i got a doctor changed. I was checking the portal every hour on the hour til 10pm. Next day my entire portal history was erased and no lab results or interpretation of the lab results. I cannot help but wonder did Dr. Carleo erase my portal history and leave my hanging without providing my lab results? So I tried messaging him through the portal and the message came back as an error to retry. Did he block me? I thought.

Also when I made the appointment, I asked for a blood pregnancy test, they told me I had to get a sonogram before the blood test. I paid over $400 bucks for this visit and still do not have the answer I originally called for.
