Doctors and nurses are great, however some of the front desk staff are not very helpful or nice. I have been scheduled wrong 3 times in a row and when I call to try and fix it I am replied to with a less than nice response and no resolution or even effort to figure out and fix the mistake. I would like to point out however front desk staff "Reesa" (sorry if incorrect spelling) and nurse "Sam" have stepped up and done a great job everyone at helping me get the mistakes corrected! You can tell they are dedicated to the patients and actually care. Thank you ladies!
