Dr. Arguello has taken good care of my first pregnancy. She answers all my questions and concerns . The staff are friendly at both the clinic and sonography. Love this place Macarthur Obgyn Irving and Grapevine

Horrible business! Do not waste your time. I ignored the negative comments and decided I ll give them a shot! Worst mistake ever. I set up an appointment and upon arriving at the facility was told oh your ob is actually out on a call. So you can either see another ob or reschedule. This being my first appointment i really wanted to meet with my ob but reluctantly said I d see a stand-in instead. I asked the lady at the front desk if they were planning on calling to inform me of this change or if the ob was just called out. She sarcastically laughed and said ugh yeah! She just left Ok. So at this point I m turned off by this place: the rude front desk personnel and the lack of respect for others time. I get there s going to be emergencies in an OB office but once this was realized follow up with the rest of her patients that day. Not that hard. Then here s the kicker, i wait for another 15 min then get called up and told the ob that we were going to have you see in place of Lopez is actually not in your network. So you can wait for Lopez who has an ETA of an hr-hr and half or reschedule seriously? I do not live close to this facility, it took me 30 min to get there so no i do not want to reschedule or do i care to waste another hr + of my life sitting in vain. Just a lot of callous and nonchalant answers. Once Lopez left her staff should have started looking at her patients she had left for the day and took the extra 2 seconds to see if the only other ob they offered services from was actually in their network vs saying you can either see so and so or reschedule. And then when i agree to see the other ob she s not in my network? Why didn t you do your homework prior to offering me that option? They knew who my provider was! What ob doesn t take blue cross blue shield of TX? Seriously?! Just such a royal waste of time. Another lady came in 5-8 min after i did and i hear the front desk lady giving her the same spill about Lopez being gone. The other patient was obviously upset as well and asked when Lopez left, just a few min ago was the reply she received. Which i had been sitting there a few min so no that was untrue. So who knows if the ob actually just left or if they had ample amount of time to call patients before people wasted time driving to this location. I wouldn t put it pass them to just not care, and inform people as they come in. HORRIBLE! Stay clear! Do not waste your time or energy!

This is my first pregnancy and I have been treated and tended to amazingly by Both Dr. Colette Dominique, Midwife Rachel and all the staff!!I have already recommended them to my other pregnant friends :-)

Absolutely the most professional, caring and knowledgeable clinic in Texas. If we could give 10 stars instead of 5!!!

Dr. Colette Dominique is an amazing doctor! She really cares about her patients and very informative. The whole MacArthur OBGYN staff is excellent and friendly!

Been here for 6 years! Love this place. Dr. Gray is my OBGYN. I LOVE SUMMER, she is Dr. Grays practitioner. I book all my appointments with her now Dr. Domonique delivered my first daughter. Dr. Sacovich delivered my second. They were nice. I did at a point switch to Dr. Livingston. Did not like his practitioners and didn t care for him. He made comments that I felt where quite uncomfortable. The office kindly switched back to Gray. I wouldn t recommend him if you want clear and caring suggestions from your OBGYN. SUMMER, again and can t express how great she is. Has all the questions and suggestions for any women s needs.

Nothing but great experiences with each doctors visit! My husband and I couldn't be more happy that we chose MacArthur OB/GYN. Dr. Dominique is very professional and caring. I know I'm in good hands as I go through my first pregnancy.

I always have a busy work schedule so my availability with my appointments change ,but the front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful to set a time that works for me even when they are busy. Dr. O'Neil is amazing he has always made me feel comfortable and his nurses are always upbeat and friendly.

I love the care that I get here at MacArthur! Dr. O'Neil is awesome! My sisters and I have all used him and he is always more than willing to ease any of our concerns. Thank you MacArthur OB/GYN!!

This is my 4th pregnancy and I had to come back to Dr. Fanous! I've had the best care at McArthur OB/GYN.

I was happy seeing Adriana Lopez but recently things have gone horrible I have low iron anemia and I almost fell in the office and a nurse snickered and tried not to laugh and all the rest of them just looked at me !! Like really I'm PREGNANT I could've been seriously hurt if I didn't catch myself

This is our first pregnancy, we see Dr. Patel and we love her. She's always upbeat and positive and never hesitates to not only answer any questions we have, but give us packets with further information on everything we discussed during our appointment. Overall, I'd highly recommend her and MacArthur OB-GYN.

MacArthur OB/GN is amazing there facility is always extremely clean and the faculty from every end is very knowledgeable. Appointments are always set with ease and there is hardly a wait time when visiting for an appointment. My doctor, Dr. Brian Enggano is great; he truly expresses concern for me and my baby. I ended up at MacArthur OB/GN because doctors in coppell were book and now i am so glad that happened!! Dr. Brian Enggano and MacArthur OB/GN has already exceeded my expectations and blew past my old OB/GN !!!! I will recommend this place to any mother to be!!!!!!!

Everyone here is so nice. Dr. Thomas made me feel comfortable talking about everything going on. I highly highly recommend this place.

MacArthur Ob/Gyn has been a great experience! The moment you walk into the office you feel welcomed by the receptionists and they are very helpful. This is my second pregnancy and choosing this office for my second pregnancy has been by far a good decision. Dr. Livingston has been such a great help, he has assisted immediately any issue or concern that I've had. I would definitely recommend this practice and provider for any soon to be mom, nothing but positive vibes!

I love the MacArthur OB/GYN office! I'm new to the Irving area, and was worried about finding a good doctor. I'm happy to say I found a great doctor! Dr. Andrea Arguello is so nice and knowledgeable she has made this ride smooth and painless. All of the doctors, nurses and staff are amazing. Everyone is so nice and the office is so clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else! :)

Dr. Thomas is FANTASTIC!!! I wouldn't trust anyone else... She helped me through a very difficult pregnancy in the end. We are so blessed to have found her... She prepares for worse case scenario in every situation. She takes the time to explain things and to be certain we feel good before she leaves the visit. I have a beautiful healthy baby girl.... Fanous is an amazing doctor I have seen him for over 4 years really friendly.

Just moved to Texas from California and being 28 weeks pregnant I was very nervous to be seen from a new OB/GYN. I was very pleased with my first visit to MacArthur OBGYN Center. Dr. Patel was very pleasant and ready to answer any questions. I immediately was able to get a Sonogram and got to see my little peanut! I was greeted with a little tote with prenatal vitamin samples and a magazine . The staff was diligent and very efficient with prompt service. Super excited for my 4D Ultrasound and my next visit to MacArthur OB/GYN.

This is my first pregnancy and I felt confortable from the beginning. Nice place in general. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable personnel.

I went back to this clinic because I had got great service several years ago. Totally not the case this year. Front office has hostile attitudes, like its my fault ur having a bad day. Some how when I call, I get a rude person to answer and its my fault I ruin ur day with more work they cant keep up with. Hopefully anyone else that goes to this place gets better service and respect then I got.

They are all so friendly at MacArthur OBGYN. My last OBGYN office wasn t as friendly and was one of the main reasons for switching. I m pregnant with my second child and am so happy to have Dr. Gray as my doctor.

This is a great office that has a very fast check in process! I always see my doctor quickly! Staff is very nice and fast paced. Dr. Enganno has been very nice and helpful this pregnancy. He always answers any questions I have and is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone that is expecting!

Love this place! I came here with my first pregnancy in 2014 & had to definitely come back for my second one. Staff is really great & I never have to wait more than 15mins at an appointment. I highly recommend this place. You will love it!

Dr. Enganno delivered my first child and it was an amazing experience, he made the labor very comforting for me as a women and im so exited that pretty soon he will be delivering my second child. Couldnt have made a better choice :)

Dr.Patel is an amazing doctor! She listens to all of my concerns and addresses them directly. I would certainly recommend her to others! My husband and I are happy with the clinic and with Dr. Patel. As first time expectant parents, the Doctor and her staff have been professional and friendly in answering all of our questions. The staff at Macarthur obgyn are very courteous and prompt whenever we had any concerns/issues.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the office, I was treated with such kindness and warmth. The front and back staff are polite and answered my questions in a timely manner. Dr. Forney specifically is well-versed in her field and was very thorough, which was much appreciated since I am cash pay. I am new to the area, and highly recommend this office.

I recently was pregnant with my second child and called an made an appointment and got Dr. Forney. She is amazing every time I go there I don't even have to wait. They are very nice too. She seems like she cares about you and your pregnancy/baby.

Staff is great and friendly! I always know I m being taken care of when I come for my visits whether it s for my pregnancy or regular check ups! Sonography staff is great as well!

I love coming to this office. Dr. O'Neil is wonderful and has delivered my first son and will deliver my second. His assistant Ashley is beyond great. She always makes me feel welcomed to the office and answers all of my questions.

I have been attending Macarthur Obgyn for the past 4years, and have never had an issue. Dr O'Neil and his MA staff have treated me like family and helped me with any problems i have had in the past. Im currently 26weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and have stayed with MacArthur because of the hospitality they give me. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication.

In the event of any type of emergencies they have always offered same day appointments. This would be our second facility we have tried for our OB care. Back in October 2015 we had a miscarriage and we were not happy with the lack of communication from our previous doctor. He was very uninformative and not easy to get ahold of when we were having complications and concerns. When we moved over to MacArthur OBGYN the staff are very nice and your wait times are short. Dr. Enganno is very informative and communicates everything very clear. I always make sure that we are okay and asked if we have any concerns or questions. When we have any concerns the phone calls are always returned within a amount of time. We look forward to our future visits as our baby girl grows. We know we are in safe hands and truly appreciate all they have done for us at MacArthur OBGYN.

I had Dr. Reshma Patel and she is one of the sweetest and caring doctors I've had. She will answer all your questions and will help with the uneasiness you experience during pregnancy. Her assistant Allie (I believe is her name) is very sweet as well and is there whenever you need help. She will explain what she is going to do before doing it and if there is a possiblity of discomfort, she will inform you before doing it. My experience at MacArthur OB/GYN has been good overall and I would recommend any of my friends who are in need of an OB/GYN to go to MacArthur OB/GYN.

I absolutely love this OB/GYN practice! Dr. Fanous has been so helpful and reassuring through my 2nd pregnancy. I was with another practice at the beginning of this pregnancy and had to switch at 20 weeks due to insurance. Having a preemie and complications with my last pregnancy, I was so nervous to switch, but Dr. Fanous has been very reassuring and detailed!

I would definitely recommend MacArthur OB/GYN to anyone. This is my first pregnancy and they have taken excellent care of me.

I recommend MacArthur OBGYN the staff is very friendly. Dr O'neil is my #1 doctor, he delivered my 1st baby whom is now 5years old after her birth I tried going to a different gynecologist and that didn't work out quite so well. When I found out MacArthur clinic had him working I switched over as soon as I could he is trust worthy, easy to talk to and will always answer all your questions. No doubt about it Dr O'neil is just amazing and I am happy that he will be delivering my families newest addition. I am so excited! Thank you Dr O'neil for being such a great person & doctor! (:

I have been seeing Dr. Gray for several years now and expect to see her for many more. She always makes me feel comfortable when informing her about any issues I may be experiencing. I can always ask her any question comfortably and expect to receive an informative response. Her availability lately at the Irving office has not been great, as a result, I've had to see a PA a few times. Either way the PA I saw and her assistants are always helpful.

I really like the experience and the way they have been treating me at MacArthur OB/GYN. Customer service and all the nursing staffs are wonderful. All of the staff I have interacted with in practice have always been friendly and professional! I love Dr. Reshma Patel who is always good with me and I am satisfied with my decision of choosing Dr. for my first pregnancy. She answers all my questions during clinic visit. (But she does not answer your message via portal). I definitely recommend this OB/GYN to all my friends where you feel really welcome. I'm glad I have been there and not anywhere else.

Dr Livingston delivered my first born in 2010. I'm now expecting my second baby due Jan 2019. DR L is very resourceful and friendly. The staff at check in/out are great too. If you call and leave a message or email through the patient portal the turn around on them getting back to you is short. You can check-in online, make payments, and look at medical records, all through the patient portal, super convenient . Overall it's a great clinic!!!! Thank you MacArthur OB/GYN!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Livingston's for many years. He is very knowledgeable and a great listener. He knows that I will do my own research before seeing him and then we talk about what step(s) to take. He has delivered two of my babies and has helped me with irregular cycles and incontinence. Recently I had the Essure procedure done with Livingston. I had little discomfort with the Essure! No regrets at all!!

One of my friend who had her two babies with Dr. Reshma Patel as her doctor has referred me. I've always had good experience with Dr.Patel and the staff working there. Some times we might have to wait for couple of hours for the doctor to visit us, but this is not very often. Dr.Patel spends time to answer all of our questions and has been very friendly. I'd definitely recommend this OB/GYN.

Love going to my doctor appointments monthly. They are on top of scheduling appointments and keep up with reminders. My Obgyn is Dr. Patel. She will be my 1st and last obgyn I see. I trust her with delivering my 1st baby. She will be recommend to my friends and family.

I've been seeing Dr. Freeman since I first found out I was pregnant, she is a wonderful Doctor and goes out of her way to answer all my questions and has helped put me at ease. The office staff is great and very helpful. I would recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

Dr. Wang at the Grapevine office has been so wonderful. Throughout my pregnancy and visits he was very kind, sincere, sweet, and very informative. So glad he was my doctor throughout my first pregnancy! Love this office and his staff!Will definitely be going back if I get pregnant again. He is always super positive and encouraging at my visits. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Wang to anyone whose pregnant and looking for a great OBGYN.

they hang up on their patients for no reason. They schedule you at wrong offices. They have no respect for patients.

This is my second pregnancy and first time coming here...definitely a better experience than with my first. Dr.Patel makes you feel important not like just "another one" waiting time is not long at all usually in and out within an hour. I definitely recommend this place. Ladies up front are super nice and helpful. 5 stars!

I've been a patient of Dr. Patel since 2013 with my 1st pregnancy and I absolutely love it! I am now a returning patient with baby #2 . The staff is always super friendly and helpful . The patient portal is super easy to use and very convenient. The office is very neat and clean . The only mini detail that I have noticed is that there's never much parking but I need the walk anyway so no big deal. Overall, everything is great . Definitely not going anywhere else for my care :)

Quality over quantity, Mcauthur has Dr's who have good reviews but my experience has been horrible..my 4th pregnancy so I know the routine however this place has made me feel like a bank more less than a patient. Although the staff is great MY Dr. Has not been available since I was 2/3 months I'm now about 7 months. Everyone that I have seen says I'm high risk...so there's been a lot of test...but I don't know the results of those test..every appointment made has been with another person who tells me to speak with my Dr.....HOW when he is never available for me. They want payment upfront for delivery...which I get but honestly I don't want to pay $3K upfront for a 5-10 min service for a person who has shown zero interest in the well being of myself or my child...my experience has been absolutely disappointing I would never recommend them.

My sister In law recommended me to this clinic and, I have had a great experience.Staff and Doctors are very nice. Dr. Lopez is great !! She takes her time in every visit never rushing my questions and always answering them. Thank you to all staff and Doctors for being apart of my pregnancy and making me feel comfortable.

The people here are very professional and kind. They take very good care of their patients. Ive never been in the waiting area more than 10 min, everything moves like clock work. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I absolutely love Dr Thomas and all the staff! This has been the best pregnancy experience by far for us and we couldn't ask for more. There is never a long wait, every appointment is seen almost always right on time. They treat everyone as priority and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone I know!

I m originally from Michigan and was recommended to come to MacArthur obgyn for the pregnancy of my rainbow baby. I see DR Sakovich who is amazing!!!!! From day one he had a plan and took my prior loss at 20 weeks into consideration. He promised me at my first appointment that he would do everything he could to get me a baby this time & here i am currently almost 28 weeks He has great bedside manners, always greats me with a hug and a smile, the ultrasound staff is great as well. Just overly thankful to have them.

Dr. Patel has been very friendly and informative and patient with us. Her staff very efficient and prompt response to our questions and concerns. they are accessible when we reach out and the portal is very convenient to communicate with them. Just expect to see more the different PAs at this office then the Doctor herself. The office has a great organization format from signing in several windows available, several MAs, and singing out also several windows available. no delays in getting seen. -Ana Almanza

Love love love this place! Dr.livingston has done a great job on helping me out during my pregnancy! I recommend pregnant woman to come. It is definitely a place to feel like home and with help of nurses we get lots done!
