Had an awesome time here got helped from tony mendez got me a dodge journey, but the way he did it was so easy before trying to sell me anything he asked what I wanted wrote down everything then searched. It wasn't what they were trying to sell but rather what best fit me and my needs with my kids, I mean the car is crazy it came with dvd player and headphones for the kids so yeah no more yelling and came with a third row so that helped especially since I got 3 kids, overall it was a great experience hats off to tony thanks man.

I had my Lexus Sedan serviced with an oil change, and also a car wash afterwards.
I had an excellent experience, as the service was at it's best. I would recommend
Mac Churchill Acura, and ask for Taylor Jones. Thanks again Taylor!

Michael Pham, salesman, and his manager David Liam assisted me in my purchase of an 2017 RDX. I love everything about my vehicle! The experience was stellar from start to finish. Michael was very patient, informative, and made me feel like a valued customer at MacChurchill. I am a very busy person, and they were very willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They even stayed extremely late to ensure that I was able to wrap everything up so I could confidently drive home with my vehicle. I will definitely continue to purchase all of my Acura's for my family thru this dealership.

Brain King is what everyone should desire to hire, he's very professional and personably. He is the reason I purchased my dream vehcile from MacChurchill, there are various dealership throughout the metroplex, he listended and his attention to details and loyatly toward doing what he says speaks volumes for MacChurch, as he is the face of your business.

Please recognize him openly he has earned it, he should be rewarded for stopping me from vistiing another dealership (He simply stated, what if I can earn your business here?)

Brain King (BK) made my experience of checking of one of my bucket list items a delight and I'll also think of him when I press start...

God speed to him and everything he desire in life.

I had an amazing experience at Mac Churchill!! I worked with Trent as my salesman and he was amazing. Totally understood what I wanted and helped me get into a new car with payments I can afford. The whole staff was very accommodating and all had amazing customer service skills. I haven't had the best experiences in the past with dealerships with being taken advantage of and ripped off. I definitely didn't feel that way here. I will definitely be recommending Mac Churchill to all my friends and family and let them know of the great experience I had here!!!

The best car buying experienced ever!!! Thai was wonderful and friendly to work with. The deal was closed on 11/30 so he took the time to drive the car to my work and the contract for me to sign since I was working late that evening and can't go by the dealership. Thai even went the extra mile and send his colleague to my house and take me to the dealership to pick up the car. Thai took his time to explain the different features and never rushed me out the door. He even follow up with me the next day to make sure all my questions were answered. Thai will be our family salesman for a long time. I have already referred my brother-in-law to Thai and all my other family members. Keep up the great work Thai!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. I wish I could give zero stars. I bought a car under the agreement that a certain part would get fixed. They ordered the part and called me to bring my car in. When I got their, they had lost the part and told me I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW ONE EVEN THO THEY LOST IT!!' They gave me the run around for months and started to ignore my phone calls and not call me back. Absolute worst dealership I have ever done business with, and now I have traded the car in and am trying to get finance to call me bc I need a refund on my gap insurance but no one will call me back after I left several messages. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. Will definitely be reporting to the BBB.

Really bad experience with this dealer. They adver...

Really bad experience with this dealer. They advertised the type of car I wanted and it had low miles. Sent an email to the dealership (through my bank car buying program), and received a phone call right away. Was told the car was still available, so we made arrangements to see it. Talked to the sales rep a couple of different times, he knew we were coming to see it. Drove on a Friday afternoon, in rush hour traffic, from Denton to Fort Worth, to see the car. It took about an hour to get there, due to traffic and construction. We were frazzled but excited because this car was going to be perfect for us.

Met the sales rep, Tony Mendez. He started the usual car sales BS, "let me take some notes on what you're looking for, so we can get you in the right car, blah blah". We said we knew the car that we wanted, and could we just see that one. He got up to get the keys. After quite some time, he came back and said that particular car had been loaned out to someone who had their car in for service!! We were floored! He knew we were coming to see that car, would likely purchase it, and he didn't take the time to grab the keys or make arrangements so the car would be there for us?? And then, we we started questioning him on it, he got defensive!! Actually had the nerve to say, "That's not that far" when we told him we had driven from Denton to see the car.

Tony got another guy to talk to us. His name was Taylor Geyer, and he introduced himself as the sales manager. Those first words out of his mouth were a lie. After much discussion he told us he would make sure we got a great deal for all of our trouble, but in the meantime could he show us another car. So we looked at the car that was brought up, and there were stains all over the driver's seat. It was not what we were looking for, we said no thanks. Taylor handed my husband his car and told my husband to call him first thing the next morning, and he would find out when the car we wanted would be back at the dealer, and he would have a price for us. My husband looked at the business card Taylor handed him, and his title on the card said "Finance Manager."

The next morning, my husband called Taylor, and Taylor hadn't learned anything about the car we wanted. Told my husband he would find out when the car was going to be back and call him. He never called back. Late in the afternoon, as we were on our way to another dealership, a "general manager" from Mac Churchill called. Seemed to know very little about the situation. My husband told him, "Look, at this point, with the way we've been treated, it comes down to price. What kind of price can you give us on that car." The "general manager" said he would find out and call back. About an hour later, he called and gave a BS price that was $500 less than the sticker price on the car. We said no thanks. And vowed to never do business with Mac Churchill, and to let as many people know they are your typical, snake-oil dealership. Lure you in with one thing, show you something different with a much higher price. And their customer service reflects their shabby sales techniques. Next is a phone call to my bank, to let them know how their "certified dealer" treated us.

On the bright side, our experience with Toyota of Richardson was A+, we purchased a car from them at a great price.

Went to Mac Churchill today with a friend, to scop...

Went to Mac Churchill today with a friend, to scope out a used Jeep advertised as being in good condition with working 4WD. After a fairly long wait for the salesman to find the keys, he pulled up the Jeep in question which was champagne pearl rather than the advertised silver. Not a huge deal, whatever. The test drive went pretty smoothly, though something struck me as off. So I told my buddy (the potential buyer) to hold on a second after we'd parked back at the dealership. I looked underneath the Jeep and I instantly recognized the problem: It was missing its front driveshaft. This was a Quada-Drive-equipped 2004 Grand Cherokee and here it is missing its driveshaft. This, of course, underlies more significant issues with the Jeep itself, but it really points out to me just how little they look over the cars they trade in. Frankly, I'm disappointed with the sales staff and inspection team at Mac Churchill Acura. I don't even feel this is a bait-and-switch technique, at least not this time. It's just laziness and an effort to pass the buck on a trade.

Now I don't know if they've removed the listing for that Jeep, but if they still intend to sell it as such, that's just wrong. Best-case scenario, that Jeep needs $1000 in new components, plus labor. Now they know, and if they don't say so...

Whether they're lazy or ill-willed, I don't think I'd even give Mac Churchill Acura the chance to earn my business again, and I certainly won't let my buddy deal there. If you do go, bring an expert. My friend didn't notice anything was wrong, but I was able to save him from that.

Worst experience EVER. I can't speak to each and every salesman or manager there but the ones that I worked with were absolutely ridiculous. They showed me every vehicle but the one I was interested in and I lost count of the amount of lies I was told. They were not interested helping me at all - only themselves. And it wasn't until I threatened to call the cops on them that they finally gave me back the keys to the car I was going to trade in (after two hours of sitting and waiting). I wouldn't recommend the pre-owned department to my worst enemy.

By the way, I took my business to Allen Samuels @ Alliance and they got me in and out in a brand new car - one that is exactly what I was looking for - in less than two hours (which MC Acura failed to accomplish with about 13 hours of my time).

Seriously, save your time and sanity and stay far away. Otherwise you might find yourself writing out a bad review and wishing you would have listened.

I am very happy working with the Salesman Vincent DeGruy at MacChurchill Acura. I got an Acura TLX and this is my second vehicle from them. Traded an Acura RDX. He is so professional, polite and had a lot of patience. 5 stars for the Salesman. My biggest disappointment is with the finance person, who didn t respond properly when I have a question on Finance change and didn t explain about the maintenance plan, when asked for. Simply said that I will get the details by mail.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Acura RDX from Mac Churchill. Our experience was entirely positive. We felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. We spent one evening just looking at the car in the showroom, and we spent another evening taking the car for a test drive, and then we made our decision to purchase the car that night. All of our questions were answered fully. We were shown all aspects of the car that we wanted to see, and were then shown many other important things that we never would have thought to ask about. The test drive was great because we were able to experience the different perks & aspects of the car, including handling, brakes, and then all of the fabulous bells and whistles. Everyone that we worked with was entirely professional, but at the same time completely personable with great senses of humor (we like to joke around a lot). We had a fun evening car shopping, and left with our new toy and couldn't be happier!

Amazing people, very co-operative and professional...

Amazing people, very co-operative and professional, they will work with you to make a deal.

EDIT:

Can't imagine how cheap a person could be to get rid of the car. I was lied about the factory warranty, Tony, Laith, (in Sales) Robert (in Finance), Scott (Internet Director) they all will lie to sell the car.

Bought a BMW 750i with bad tires but they passed the state inspection, 2 front tires literally had about 7-8 inches bubble on the side wall, in addition the O2 Sensor was bad and again they did the inspection and passed it. I just hope someone from the State Dept. reads this.

I was told by them to come and trade the car, because of the issue, I have been there 5 times with my 4 years old, but can't come to a deal because they have started to quote me 2-3k higher than the market place and tell me that they bought it expensive so can't sell it low.

Bunch of liar - even the directors. The finance manager also confirmed that the vehicle is in factory warranty. Mike and Ali are another 2 people that you want to stay away. I shortlisted the car and asked them to finalize it for me they said we are not making enough $$$$$ on that car so we do not want to sell you that specific car.

To a point now where they will not come on phone and not answer my calls. They will screw you. I thought Macchurchill is a big name i would rather go to a small dealership at least they don't lie.

Don't ever buy from them. They had me to pick out a car that they didn't know the price of and tell me thru out the week that everything was ready to go by Saturday morning. I got there Saturday morning to only sit there for 2 hours telling me they can't find the car and then come with a 2009 acura that's beat up with 75000 miles on it and then lie to me about a second saying that I picked out and lucky I had the vin number and had all the information on the other car for him only to tell me that the car he showed me i cant get because the bank doesn't want me to have it. Terrible customer service.

The sales staff and management were friendly and willing to talk. The purchase and delivery happened in one single day which is appreciable. They also kept their promise on price.

However the deal was either not transparent or the service and sales did not have complete information on the state of the car , within 3 months i had to change my brake pads and transmission oil and I found things about the vehicle history that were not available earlier.

I believe that the dealership is honest and very customer focussed but they need to do a better job understanding the state of used vehicles and sharing information with their customers.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle here in Dec 2...

My husband and I purchased a vehicle here in Dec 2015. He has brought it here for service since that time. Each time is an effort in frustration because they won't offer a loan vehicle unless your service is more than 2 hours. They apparently don't know what service you need until you get there, because each time he arrives, only to be told his car will take longer and he can have a loan vehicle-- which of course is never ready at that time. Our last visit was the topper, in which they advised that the car needed a differential service. We trust that the dealer knows what the maintenance schedule is, and agreed to it. My husband, later feeling uneasy, pulled out the service records, only to find that the differential service had been done at a prior visit-- about 4,000 miles early. Apparently following their own maintenance schedule is too much for these folks. We left messages for the service director, as well as emailed him, and never heard back from anyone but the advisor. They did offer to credit for the service, but in attempting that, charged for it again! Eventually all got worked out, but a) I am urging my husband to find another dealer and b) we have still never heard back from the Service Director. As the daughter of a long-time Service Manager, I can safely say this place is in need of some help.

My wife bought a used car from them about a year a...

My wife bought a used car from them about a year ago and I talked to them about purchasing a car for myself around the same time.

First my wife's car:
They did not follow through with anything they told my wife they would. It was our first car buying experience so we didn't know what questions to ask or what exactly we were getting in to with a car loan. But their loan department front loads interest on their loans so paying off the loan early does no good. You are still stuck with all of the loan interest. Definitely ask to get a traditional loan or better yet, use a different lender.

My car:
I was debating between an Acura TL or an Infiniti G37. I did the day loaner car from Macchurchill with an Acura TL. Car was great. However, when I brought it back I said I wanted to drive a G37 before I decided. They had one on the lot but wouldn't let me take it as a loaner car. They said I only got one car. So I said ok, I want to drive a G37 before I decide so I might be back later. Before I could leave, the salesman boss sat me down and tried to force me into any and every car on their lot. I repeatedly said no, I won't decide until I drive more cars. I was there for 3-4 hours telling the salesmans boss no I won't sign for a car tonight. He would not let me go. In hindsight, I should have gotten up and walked out after 30 min.

This dealership is way to pushy for sales and doesn't care about the customer. I went to Sewell Infiniti and loved my experience there! I will never buy from MacChurchill again nor will I ever recommend them. I don't like pushy sales people.

Purchased a vehicle from them in late June 2014. They selection of vehicles is good. Typical sales approach by their sales staff and they engage in methods to "mega market" in order to sell cars. For our transaction we were asked to sign papers that were not completely filled in, did not provide us with a copy of the transactions or sales agreement until nearly four weeks later and they DID NOT keep their word in providing equipment that we said would have to be part of the deal. We have been trying to get a refund for the overcharges on our contract and for the (worthless) service agreement they tacked on for $500. that apparently only covers six oil changes for six months. Be ware of this dealer, insist on getting your paperwork or Do Not provide a deposit. Don't sign anything that is not complete and clear before you sign it at this dealership. They are cordial but if its not in writing they will "jack" you.

Absolutely worst service experience EVER. My wife took TXL in for B1 service at 12,200 miles and 17 mos old. She was sold numerous services that the car did not need totaling over $550! Their policy is to upsell to women drivers who won't know better. They tell them the list of services that need to be done are "recommended" Turns out Acura didn't "recommend" any of them . They were recommended by Mac Churchill only to pad their pockets. Service manager never called me as promised. Stay FAR away from Mac Churchill. I reported them to Acura.

Worst dealership experience I have had. I was a c...

Worst dealership experience I have had. I was a cash buyer for a used car and there were a LOT of negatives about the dealership.

1. Appointment time: I set an appointment because both my wife and I would have to take off work. We had to wait awkwardly 45 minutes in the lobby before our salesman presented himself. What good is an appointment? I m sure most of you value your time too.

2. Carousel of bad salesmen: When I made an initial offer, it took 3 hours and no less than 6 different sales people using a variety of sleazy sales tactics before we came to a deal. They lived up to the stereotype of used car salesmen big time I felt like I needed a shower after leaving.

3. Car delivery condition. The man who owned the car before me had an elderly wife or girlfriend with long grey hair. How do I know? Because after the car was ready for pickup I looked over and there was a huge clump of wavy gray hair still stuck into the perforated leather seat! DISGUSTING. I had to pick them all out and throw them away. Not exaggerating literal a ball of hair. I have pictures.

4. Unavailability after sale: I needed a copy of the car fax & had a couple of questions after the sale, and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the salesman to call me back after the sale was completed. He was there, they would transfer the call to him, and it would go to voicemail time and time again. Not that I was surprised at that point, par for the course. After a couple of days I was finally transferred to a manager who emailed me the docs I needed.

5. Follow-through with car issues: The driver side master window switch was not working when I got delivery of the car. I called the service center & they said that s a basic function they should have caught when they did the car inspection. I called my salesman to see if they would cover it and funny enough he was already fired! I spoke to a manager and they declined to help me with the window switch. I had to pay 130$ to the local Honda dealership for a vehicle analysis, and it turns out it just needed to be reprogrammed after the battery was switched out. Not a big deal, but all they had to do was check that at Mac Churchill in the first place, or have me bring it back in to take a look!!! Big waist of my time and money.

Tommy Williams helped me the second time I went to the dealership, and he was amazing! Definitely go to him if you want a new car! He made the process easy and calmed me down when I got stressed out while I was waiting on the bank's decision. The first time I went there, I dealt with a man named John who didn't care about my needs or wants at all. Tommy made all of that better and got me in a new car!! Thanks, Tommy!

Great! Called competition Vandergraf and was told my name would be forwarded to person in charge of recalls. 4 hours later I got a call from a foreign national inquiring into my needs. Worst experience ever. We've bought many used cars before, and all have been good experiences. We expected this one to surpass our expectations due to it being a "luxury car dealership", but unfortunately, it didn't. Staff doesn't care about the cars or the customers after purchase. They weren't able to give us our car the day of purchase. We had to call them about 2 times to find out what was going on the next business day. Then, they made us wait more than 2 hours for them to clean it, inside and out. Our sales man even had the audacity to tell my husband to go look for his own rear bumper cap from another similar car at the dealership. My husband was speechless. How in the world are you going to sell a Cadillac Escalade with a nail in one of the front tires, a missing rear bumper cap and a DVD player that you don't even knobif it works? On top of that, add a couple thousand dollars to the sales price for all these stupid reconditioning fees and so on???
When they finally gave us the car, it came with only one key and no owners manual. According to the manager, that's how they purchase their "luxury" cars. Won't ever return to this place or recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed with their service and the way they treat people, sending them to find their own "bumper caps" around the dealership.

The most unpleasant experience I've ever had buying a car is with Mac Churchill. The only positive thing I can say is that they have a lot of cars to choose from but not even that can make me ever go back to them. Every dealership has it's pros and cons but this dealership's cons definitely outweigh any pros they may have.

Nope, won't deal through email. They won't give you a price, they just want you to come into the dealership.

Based on others, no way am I spending hours getting jerked around. That was the point, I'm in market give me a reasonable price and we make it no hassle. Opps, isn't that on your website?

The only positive thing I can say was James Jones did a great job getting us the best deal on our 2015 escalade..

We sat in the dealership for 4 hours trying to get a deal done with 3 kids on our vacation... this was Thursday, Friday we signed the paperwork and we're told they were gonna do some touch ups it needed that it would be ready Saturday morning, we get up excited to go pick it up...and it's not there....we call and call all day long and they just give us a go around all day long..finally around 8 at night they call us and tell us the dent guy isn't available so we can take it as is... what upset me is why didn't they tell us that the morning we were supposed to get it..we could have gone to other dealerships...finally Sunday...we were able to meet and get the car since we were heading back home to west texas...we drive off in our new car...with the dents still in..luckily they r getting us a check to pay for it to get fixed..since they couldn't do it??.. but what really got to me driving home..panels on the outside passenger door and driver door started rattling almost falling off...and told us they weren't doing anything about it..just for the dents..I understand it's a used car...but it doesn't have to be falling apart...

When I arrived at the lot, one of the staff came out to greet me. I was introduced to Marco, and what a pleasant gentleman he was. After finding the SUV I wanted, I was able to test drive it and that's when a noticed a few deficiencies that would required immediate attention. Marco took note of the problem, and had me bring the vehicle on Monday and everything was fixed. This young man has a bright future in car sales, and I would definitely come back for my next vehicle purchase.

An email to the GM....
My husband traded in my 2005 trailblazer for a 2005 Silverado over a month ago. Two weeks after, he was called back and asked to come re- sign some paperwork. They had increased his payment over $50 and told him he HAD to get the warranty to get the best interest rate. At that time he decided he just wanted to forget the whole thing and take the trailblazer back. He was told that you didn t have it anymore, that it was already gone. Now, I have received 3 calls from State Farm Bank, my lienholder on the trailblazer. I am a month late on my car payment. I have called your car lot twice to see if this was paid off and was told it was taken care of. My first question is how to you get rid of my trailblazer without paying it off and receiving the title? I was told today that if they do not receive the payoff by the 18th then it will go on my credit. Secondly, I find it very hard to believe that we HAD to purchase a warranty to receive the best interest rate. We aren t even sure who we have our new loan with. We haven t received anything in the mail such as a coupon booklet or copies of the loan agreement. We aren t even sure when the first payment is due.

IT IS CRITICAL that we get this resolved ASAP.

Well, I went to the dealership looking for AWD MDX and I can tell you it s hard to find AWD in Texas. I was looking for older models to meet my budget. Two salesmen were working with me, Victor Alakwa and Sal. Both tried their best to get me the right vehicle for my needs. We ended up with a higher pricier car than what I needed and budgeted for. However, they worked hard with me and did their best to meet a price that I can afford. I had a wonderful experience at Mac Churchill . I have to say I was the last customer in the building and I left home at 10:00 PM. Victor and Sal facilitated the process and I definitely recommend them for anyone interested to buy from Mac Churchill. Victor and Sal also followed up with the service staff to complete the certified preowned certification process on my behalf. David from finance was very courteous and helped me in financing the car and got me lower rate than what I have expected.
I can tell you that they earned my business for now and in the future . Mac Churchill will be my first stop for any car shopping.

Very disappointing experience. If I could redo this weekend, I would gladly pay more for a vehicle to avoid the pushy salesmen and blatant dishonesty that I encountered. I purchased a BMW on Friday. The fact that my requests to take the car to a mechanic, to see the carfax, and to see the make ready sheet were either declined or ignored during the purchase process should have been a clue not to buy, but I trusted in the word of my friend who knew the salesman- Paul Garrett. I decided to take the car to an actual BMW dealership on Saturday for a full inspection... and found out that the car has leaking valves. Today (Monday 4/28/2014), I left work 4 hours early to get the issue resolved. Paul Garrett admitted to knowing about the oil leak and choosing not to tell me during the purchase process. His "assistant" tried to convince me that BMWs "just leak" and that I could drive tens of thousands of miles with the car in that condition with no issue. 1.5 hours in, Paul finally agreed to actually let the Mac Churchill mechanic look at the car. Paul came back 20-30 minutes later and said that I should get the car repaired in the next 1 to 2 months if possible. Instead of fixing it there and paying $1200, he recommended that I take the car to his associate in a shop off Alta Mere and pay $525 +tax to have the issue fixed...

Honestly, the two stars that I offered here are entirely due to Mr. Dare Adebanjo who was very helpful and respectful. The issue has still not been fixed, but I was told that it will be covered under the $3000 warranty that I purchased. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle somewhere where all salesmen can afford to be honest, up front, and of integrity.

I had a GREAT experience with Mac Churchill Acura. Raffe, my salesman and Mr. Brooks, the Sales Manager both did an outstanding job. Buying a Car can be stressful and highly irritating. However, these two guys know their stuff and got the job done. I would definitely recommend them for your next Auto Purchase and I will definitely come back there next year to buy my daughter's car when she turns 16.

I was totally 5 star pleased with the lease of my 2015 MDX. Sales and finance was great! The one star is for their service department. When I received a letter from Acura of a software upgrade that was recommended, I had to call three times before getting a service advisor to set the appointment. I was told it would take 1:45 mins. to 2 hours and it took about 6 hours. I was given someone else's paperwork to sign. When I left a message for the service manager to call me so I could give him an opportunity to address my concerns, he didn't call until 7pm the next day and just said, "Sorry I missed your call." I advised him I had called the day before. I had already emailed the GM and Service Director of the dealership since I had not heard from the Service Manager and neither of them responded to me. So, this was my first service experience with this dealership. Certainly not the experience I am used to with other dealerships. The very sad part is that I never got an apology. That tells me they don't care. Very disappointed.

Initially I was excited to go to this dealership. ...

Initially I was excited to go to this dealership. I had to call up to get directions, and as a result took an hour and a half to get there. The directions sent me about 18 miles off from the correct location. But my real complaints are an entirely different matter.

Upon my arrival I was delegated to a fast talking salesman who sat me down. For an hour. Then I was given some terrible vehicles to test drive. One of them was barely running and was painted in such a manner that I'm sure it would not resell.

Eventually I found a car I liked, a quaint little civic. I expressed concerns over a large dent on the fender but was told it would be fixed. Despite saying that I wanted to leave a dozen times I was harassed, berated, and belittled. They literally took my driver's license and did not return it. They took my debit card and charged me 200 dollars for a 'deposit' that I did not sign for nor give them my PIN for.

Finally I left and found, through their website, that the 'listed price' for the car was five thousand over not only its suggested retail price, but the price that they listed on their own website.

I returned the next day and was again told to wait, run through a variety of vehicles I didn't want. When I showed them a print off from their own website (That they conveniently could not find) they spent over an hour 'verifying' it. I was given to another salesman who barely spoke English.

With the promises of maintenance, a fix to the damaged fender, and other maintenance and cleaning, I signed off on the car.

I was given a loaner car that behaved very well, and after only two more hours of waiting I was on my way. They told me that by Tuesday it would be out of the body shop and ready for me to pick up.

I returned tuesday, was sat down for two hours while my salesman ignored me, only to be told that it wasn't finished and that I would be contacted when it was.

The next day I received a call and was at the dealership with in five minutes. I saw my car as I was parking the loaner. I handed over the loaner keys and proceeded to wait for another three hours. I had to harass a manager to get any service, and before I'd even left the lot the car was unsatisfactory. The wheels were improperly inflated to the point of being dangerous, the fender was only fixed cosmetically, and it rattled like an unholy abomination when I turned or went over any bumps. They told me that I could leave it there for them to fix, but that I couldn't have another loaner car. Essentially they would want me to walk home, knowing that I live 40 miles from their dealership.

They also offered to let me come in and drop it off the next day. Again, it would take several days to fix and again I would simply be out a car while they did nothing to try and fix it.

Deciding to take matters into my own hands I went to an autozone. With their assistance I discovered that -THE BUMPER HAD BEEN INCORRECTLY ASSEMBLED AND WAS HELD ON BY GRAVITY ALONE-. Had I been in any collision it would have flown off. If I had stopped too hard it would have flown off. I had to reassemble the fender well and liner and fasten the bumper on with supplies purchased after I was ensured it would be fixed.

In summary they are overly aggressive salesmen who care for nothing but their bottom line. They lie and treat you terribly. It's easy to see why they tout '#1 Volume Acura Dealership in Texas' because they held onto my driver's license and would not give it back with out me yelling for it.

They sell crappy cars for way too much money, and I'm 90% sure my car has been in an unlisted collision.

9/16 update. CV Joint is failing and needs replacement. Called 'David Diamond" at 2:30 PM and have not heard from him.
9/17 Update. Attempted web support. Was helped by a Dqwan (I think?). He gave me a fax number to call. Called front desk and asked to speak to management, was given answering machine. Still no reply from salesman or anyone from the dealership. Have filed a complaint with the BBB.

If they had a 0 star, I would have put that. Worst experience I've ever had buying a car. This was my second time buying a vehicle from them. I will never ever buy another vehicle from this place. They've lied and mulipulated me multiple times. Worst place to buy a car. They will take advantage of you. Use caution when coming here.

They are the stereotypical car salesmen and will say anything about the car even if they don't know the answer. Either they are complete liars or just completely know nothing about their product. Ill let you decide which one I believe it is. I had reservations about buying a car due to weird braking. They had their tech look at it to reassure me. He claimed it was due to not being used in a while and would go away in a day. Of course it doesn't. I had not even left my mechanics building before he found out all four wheels were bad. They literally said anything to sell the car. As well as made promises they did not keep. Stay far away or go in not believing anything they say. Would not recommend to anyone. I do mean anyone.

CORRUPT UNETHICAL SCAMMING LIARS

CORRUPT UNETHICAL SCAMMING LIARS
Please read before you do any business with these idiots!!

I purchase a Groupon for an alignment and proceed to call for an appointment which was set up at 11:00am the following day. I also asked while I had service on the phone how long will it take. I was told no more than 45 min. I say ok and hang up. I arrive for my appointment and was greeted by Jeremy S. He did his lil walk around and told me it will be about an hour. I said ok cause there was ONE (1) car in front of me. Fast forward, I sit and wait for 1:15 min. and at this time I go around the corner and see my SUV still sitting outside UNTOUCHED!!!! YES!! No one has even started the service. at this point i confront Jeremy about my car still sitting there and he states,"Well I can work ya in." WTF, work me in, I had an APPT.!!! So he proceeds to go to the garage to do whatever and comes back and says he can get me in and out in about 30 min. I talk with Service Manager, Mike Rogers and tell him what is going on and he tells me he will get it in.
So, at this point, I'm getting pretty pissed that no one is doing their jobs. 30 min has gone by and still no SUV. I confront again and was told they are starting on it now! within 10 min I have my car. I know that an alignment takes longer than 10 min. It takes damn near 10 min. to "set up" and alignment!!!! I suspected they didn't even do the alignment. I WAS CORRECT!! I took my SUV to 3 places and had it check and ALL 3 stated(with printouts) that my car had NOT been touched.

Mac Churchill Acura, I have reported you to Groupon and to 2 local news media. I will tell everyone i see not to conduct any type of business with y'all!!!!!!!!!

There's a lot of construction around the establishment, so take an early exit. We got there, and the vehicle just pulled up for us to take a test drive. Everyone there was extremely friendly and presented all the information about the vehicle in a no-bs manor. We showed them the KBB value on the vehicle (used) and haggled them down to a fair price (cash in full). Thai gave me some personal information about how to build credit by financing a car that I found incredibly useful. The sales manager (Daniel Something) walked us through additional warranty they could provide. I checked the spam folder of my email and found a coupon for 1 year of oil changes on used vehicles. Thai also offered us unlimited car washes for as long as we owned the vehicle. I could not possibly be more happier for the service Thai offered us including his friendliness and attention to detail. We will be doing business with MCA for a long time to come!

We just purchased an 2014 Acura RDX from Mac Chuchill and are very pleased with our experience. The complete car buying process from beginning to end was pleasant due in part by our salesman Josh Goodwin. He worked with us to get a good deal on an awesome suv. I can't say enough about this car buying experience. I will post another review once we have some service experiences.

I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to give this place any business!! I came to their dealership to look at a couple of their cars and was in the parking lot for 20 minutes and never received a hello how may i assist you or nothing. I called the dealership later that day asking questions and a finance manger told me he would give me a call back , and never did!! I called back the next day and talk to the same guy and he told me to come to the dealership and he would have a few options for me so i drove all the way back to the dealership to be scammed! I told the used car sales manager that i am not running my credit until after we come up with the price of the car,I soon realized that they were just full of lies and i asked the sales manger the general manager name and he told me he didn't know due to him just starting and i proceeded to leave. As i was driving home i received several notifications that my credit was pulled several time from that dealership WITHOUT my permission. I went to another Acura dealership and purchased a new Acura and it was smooth sailing!! This place need to train their team what customer service and honesty is!!

I found my car on Autotrader and went to the dealership to check it out. I knew what I wanted so there wasn t much of a search once I was there. Dealership matched my trade-in value of another dealer s offer.

The experience was great until my 2 hour wait to get into the finance office. That was ridiculous and there should have been some sort of accommodations made.

Lastly, they could have done a better job with the car detail upon the sale. But they did buff out a mark on the hood and cut spare key for me.

Overall, very nice people but could make better accommodations to not waste people s time. Average experience to be expected at a common dealership.

UPDATE:

I decided to follow up this review to express my continued disappointment in the management at Mac Churchill. It took me 2 months to get my permanent license plates. And that s after several calls with no answer and no response to several left voicemails. Neither the deal nor the management would take responsibility. I later found out the plates were sitting behind the front desk the entire time.

To continue the inexcusable lack of customer service, it took me 3 MONTHS TO GET MY PAPERWORK from the sale. As with the plates, I left several voicemails and text messages to several employees and managers with no response. You can imagine how unnerving it was to own a car with no paperwork or title.

Worst experience. Don t buy from Mac Churchill.

What a breath of fresh air it was dealing with Don Mahand . He listened well and understood what we were looking for and was extremely knowledgeable. He was efficient in showing us the vehicles in his inventory that met our criteria and was very practical in his assessment of each one. It is great to work with a professional that knows cars and is willing to find the one that is right for you.

Worst experience ever , Beware when you buy a used car as their "150 point inspection" on their cars is a bunch of bs. They are going to tell you what you want to hear just to get the sale. Once its done you will be treated as a nobody. Bought a truck 3 weeks ago pointed out an issue they took it to "repair". They keep giving me the run around. Keep a close eye on finance department as you will sign paperwork and wont get copys. As they claim they mail everything. Wich im still waiting on.Avoid this headaches and go somewhere else!!

BEWARE!!!! this place will most definitely WASTE your time. First off if you plan on spending your whole day at a dealership (5 hours plus) then this place is for you! Now if you don't mind that after all that time of waiting the inexperienced salesman to run back and forth to their so called (managers) run numbers and get you all excited for the car then for them to tell you "oops" this and "mistake" this and that then you not be able to get into the car , if your life is not that busy and important by all means shop here! Otherwise better luck somewhere else! Trust me the previous reviews are NOT LIES! they will indeed WASTE YOUR TIME' ! P.S Don't get EDGAR (inexperienced) MJ OR JIBRHAMN (Not any good). HAPPY SHOPPING

Terrible customer service. I called three times and got on chat 5 times to ask a simple question on how much to get wheel alignment. No one could ever give me an answer and said they would call back with a price, never received call back. I would give this a zero stars if it allowed me too. Ended up going to my local Just Brakes who gave me quote and repaired with 45 minutes. I will not use this dealership for any service, wouldn't even get my oil changed.

Just purchased our MDX from this dealership last week. Highly recommended. Car buying experience was very simple. Thai (not sure if I can really say his full name) was extremely nice and helpful during the process. Mike and Tommy in the other departments also helped make the transaction smooth. Sometimes you dread this process because of the back and forth, but it's nice to know that you have people are doing their jobs but helping you make the process easy without feeling sales like. Thai was able to answer our questions and explain everything that was involved in the car buying process. What tops it off is that they were very accommodating and delivered our vehicle to our home! My advice for any new buyer would be to check out the new technology that you can get in these cars! Lane Assist and Stability is awesome!

Awesome service . I think that they are making every effort to satisfy customers. they are really open to listen to all of my questions and take the time to explain them completely.vWhen I got to there to check my ACURA RDX 2011, customer service manager explained my car status. Especially, for checking engine noise, while I was driving, he rode in the passenger seat and checked whether or not the engine noise in my car and he also gave a detailed description to me. I would like to appreciate for his kind service.

I've now purchased 2 Acura's and I can tell you that Hiley is the real deal!!! Next level service, I was greeted immediately, the car I called in about was already pulled up in front with the heated seats on (chilly day). After the test drive they took me straight to service to introduce me to a friendly face so Id know who to talk to, and when the numbers came out they gave me MORE than what I asked for on my trade instead of taking advantage of a woman. I had my financing set up and Matt Thomas the finance director came out and asked if he could try to save me money, he beat my own bank!!! I got the car of my dreams and Jacob Rodgers in finance explained everything! On the way out a gentleman came and personally thanked me for my business and gave me his phone number and email just to find out it was the General Manager!!!! Wow!! Talk about exceptional service!

PLEASE DO NOT DEAL HERE. STAY AWAY!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT DEAL HERE. STAY AWAY!!!!!

DEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK...

This is my recent buying experience at Mac Churchill. I'm in Houston, and I was in the market looking for a certified pre-owned (CPO) Acura RDX. I can across a 2015 Acura RDX USED on Mac Churchill website for $28000. I called the dealership inquiring about the listed RDX, and see if they can certify this and sell me for $27500. They said they couldn't sell for the price. Later that afternoon Ash Khan (Sales Consultant at Mac Churchill) calls me. He said that the car is going through the certification process and if I can put a deposit of $500 "right now", he could sell me for $27500 considering the price would change after the certification. I said ok, and gave him my credit card information. An hour later, Ash Khan manager calls me and says they cannot sell the RDX certified for the agreed price and now the price is higher. I go back and forth with Ash and his manager about this. Few hours later Ash calls me and says that if I agree to $28000 he can sell me the RDX as Certified, and he is going to compensate me for the difference of $500 via referral fee of $165 for the next three car he sells. He asked me for three different addresses and said he would mail me the cheque to these address. He strongly convinced that this was the best deal and he would keep his word about the rebate. I finally agreed and put a $500 deposit once again.

The next series of events should have prompted me to cancel the deal and just walk out of the place. But, considering I had traveled all the way from Houston, I decided to stay and go ahead.

So, Ash bring the key for me to test drive. During test drive he mentions that wind shield was replaced earlier that morning because it had a minor crack. Stories cooked up during the test drive.

After a 10 minute drive, Ash and myself come back to the dealership. He said he is going to get the car detailed and have it ready in next 1 hour. He then brings me a series of documents to sign, and reading those documents made me suspicious if I was buying a certified or an used RDX. The language and the format of the documents presented were really flimsy and non-professional. I kept insisting that I needed to see the certification checklist. Ash took almost 2 hours to get me the certification checklist. At this point in time I was getting suspicious of this entire process, and the way this was getting done. I called a friend of mine who works at a Honda dearship in Houston, and sent him the pictures of the documents I was signing. He said every dearlship is different, but the language used in the documents I was signing was really un-professional. In fact it so happened that I didn't want to sign one document because I didn't feel comfortable, so, Ash just tore the document right in front of me.

The time was now 5 pm. I was waiting with no sign of Ash Khan, my car or the finance guy. Finally, around 7 pm the finance guy calls me. I was planning on doing a cash down/check for the RDX. The finance guy was very unprofessional too - Mr. Nguyen. I had missed writing "Thousand" in the check. Later I find out from my bank statement that this finance guy had forged my check and deposited. Image is attached. I did not sign that initials. I cannot believe a car dealership would do such a thing. Is it even legal to do this ???

Finally, I take the delivery of the car at 9:00 pm and drive back to Houston.

As part of the certified car, the dearlship is supposed to erase all the previous owner phone records, keep certified book in the glove compartment. None of this was done.....

I called the customer relations manager at Mac Churchill few days later to explain the situation. She never returns my call.

Ash Khan no longer works at the dealership and his phone number is disconnected.

My sincere advice to people wanting to buy car at MAC CHURCHILL ....PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
