My service advisor, Eric Jakoby was extremely helpful and shared knowledge that really helped me understand why changing the cabin filter is so important. I appreciate that he sat down with me and looked me in the eye when explaining the situation at hand, although the service department was clearly busy. I come here every time I need service and he is always helpful and genuine. Great guy, great team, great service!

My husband and I recently purchased a new 2018 CRV and our sales associate Weston King was amazing! He listened to what we wanted and made sure we found the perfect family vehicle and didn't try to sell us on extra features we didn't need. Weston also took the time to find just the perfect color vehicle for me! Weston definitely went the extra mile :)
30 bucks for a licence plate bracket and 6 screws, of which the tech used only 4. It might not be worth complaining about 4 bucks, but it is preety much on how even the tech treats the service centre customers. Avoid if you can, it's the only advise and never head here if you expect any courteous service.
I am reading the bad reviews of this place and I have the same bad experience with the Parts Department. I have an auto repair shop and a business account with them for the last 20 years and my experience with them was bad as a service and attitude. They used to be a better place 10-20 years ago. I guess they hire people with no experience and no interest to do a good job and to treat customer right. They lie and waste people's time...bad..bad..bad business.

Avoid.!!!!! Don't use their used car lot. They offered me well below blue book for my trade in. The cars I looked at were pretty abused too. Lots of running around to find the car. Stalled my car out. Could not drive a stick shift.

I went there to trade in & purchase a new vehicle. Their trade in offer was the worst. Also, they showed me the door without any negotiation on the trade in value. After 30mins, once I reached home they called & offered twice as much as the original offer for the trade in. My time is valuable too. I made the purchase with different dealership where they worked with me on the numbers(both trade in & new).
Please Please DO NOT bring your vehicle here for any service s. One of their employees drove my car to their house. I did not even take my car in for engine or tire problems, it was a inside the vehicle job. They will drive your car like a maniac (Hard Acceleration and Hard Braking). Then the manager try s to find a excuse for the employee driving it to their house, when my car got a camera recording the whole drive. Very disappointed and won t be going back.

I came in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. The service representative was very nice and was able to answer my questions about my next major tune up at 30,000 miles and what it will need to be done at that time. I highly recommend Huggins Honda

So glad I get to write this review! I needed work done to my car. I purchased my vehicle at Huggins Used Cars, but it's not a Honda. From the time I called to schedule an appointment until the time I picked up my car, the service I received was stellar. The service department staff were all professional and courteous. The repairs and costs were all explained to me before being done. I was also offered shuttle services to and from home if needed. Even the staff walking around in the building, not dealing with me directly, were friendly and attentive. I'm hoping to be a return customer in the near future. I recommend this dealership without any hesitation.
I felt like the sales associate who helped us was going to get flogged when we left without buying anything. His supervisor was a bully who casually insulted us in his needlessly aggressive sales pitch. Even if they had exactly the car I wanted I'd buy it somewhere else.

Wanted to do business with them, but clearly they were not interested in correcting any problem with the vehicle. They only wanted to offer a 3 month warranty and the tire were TERRIBLE.....the response was it passed inspection. It was inspected on the premises, so surely they were not going to FAIL IT. Very unconcerned for their potential customers
They send me coupons for service often, and at my last visit, they gave me honest advise. The advisor (Kirk) said that maybe I should replace the cabin air filter because it was dirty. I asked him about the engine air filter and he said "no, that one is fine". He could have just said "yes, you should go ahead" and charge $70-90 more, but instead he gave me an honest answer. I plan to continue servicing my car there.

My sister and I came here to lease her new car. Though the employees still do the whole "Let me spend 20 minutes checking the price literally every time price gets mentioned", the service still felt like they really care about getting you the best deal they can. I would set aside an entire day to come out and test drive and discuss many options on getting a vehicle, because they make sure they go over everything, so you feel comfortable with what you are getting and how much you are getting it for. I had already bought a Honda car from another state, but they service her in their shop quickly, easily, and for cheap. I always come here to get my car maintainenced (and washed as they offer complimentary car washes with every service they run).

Purchased certified pre owned Honda and it s pulling to the left causing unsafe driving conditions. Honda is trying to force us to pay for alignment even though driving straight is on certified check list giving a clear expectation that when purchased the vehicle should drive straight. Be wary of purchasing a certified vehicle, their check list mean nothing.
Update: Honda agreed to cover the cost of alignment. Took over 4 hours to complete.
I bought a 2017 Accord from Huggins Honda and it was a great experience. I got a great deal, and everyone there was nice and professional. Salesman Robert Bolander was smart and patient. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot of questions. He helped guide me to the model I wanted and I never felt hi pressure. The dealership had a huge selection, and the place is spotless with a friendly vibe. The finance guy got me a better deal than I had from my bank, and was patient as I figured out my best options. They pushed warranties etc., but never got testy or got mad or discourteous when I turned down offers. I have bought a few cars in my lifetime, and been to lots of dealers, You know that dreadful vibe you get from salesmen, etc at dealerships, I felt almost none of that at Huggins. A real first class operation. Of course they aren't saints, they would have charged me more if I let them, but, if you do your research, and know that online prices are as much fiction as MRSP, you can get a good deal. And If you want a pleasant experience, go to Huggins, ask for Robert.
Got my Civic this past 4th of July. Very happy with service provided by Erick Benitez. Since the time I called him to set an appointment till the point I drove away, he provided excellent service. Ask for him next time you are there looking for a new car.

I didn't have the best experience the first time I went and he did rush me a bit on reading the paperwork, but once I met with the finance guy I was very comfortable. Mark Itzo is fantastic. Great experience. Jay Haggard was a professional and helpful salesman. Tyler Randolph made the paperwork part happen in record time. Best of all, NO re-trading or cheesy sales tactics. To provide a little extra challenge, I live in Florida and did the entire transaction by phone. I asked for the final numbers at noon on Friday, made a wire transfer to pay for the vehicle at 3:45 that day, flew to Dallas and arrived at Huggins Toyota at 1:10 PM on Saturday and drove off the lot at 1:30. They were honest, responsive and professional. I m grateful! Thanks gentlemen

I wish I could give this place zero stars, negative stars. My husband and I were going to buy a car here, the salesman we'd worked with was really good, but his managers have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, and they dont care, nor do they want to hear about it. Honda still got my business, but Huggins will never get my $$$. Buying a car is a very important, large purchase, and for the management to not want to make such an important purchase go smoothly and help their customers out and feel comfortable, well their customers will walk away and give their business to a better deserving Honda dealership. Just remember Huggins is a terrible dealership, Honda is an amazing brand and dont let this dealership sway you from your experience here.
Saleswoman "Nume" who is friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable has helped me with at least three of my new vehicle leases from Huggins over the years. This is my favorite Honda dealership.

The worst Hoda service in Texas since 2010 as far as I know! I bought new car and They could not fix issue that my car has! I have 4 Honda and Been here for my car service many time. Didn't even wash my car most of the time and never inform to pick up until I call them and ask ready or not! even the car has been fixed for so long!! Never going back this place! Service manager is not polite!! I prefer honda of fortworth!!
I went in to test drive a car and I was well taken care of as far as speedy service. That is where the good service ended. Was given the spiel about how they're a family business and that they are super thorough when checking their car's so that they "don't ruin someone's car experience." They then proceed to lie to my face about a modified vehicle that was not capable of passing an inspection. Didn't pass emissions testing 3 times in a row at the big dealer but will pass at a "texas inspection station" a few hours later? Fishy if you ask me. Please do your homework before buying a used car from them. Ask for the full car fax with maintenance records. Don't listen to a single thing the salesman has to say about the car. They don't care about the people they sell car's to. All they care about is a paycheck.
Weston did a fabulous job! We were not planning on making a purchase from Huggins that day, but he made it so easy that we just wanted to buy from him.

After years of terrible experiences at other dealerships, we purchased our first Honda from Huggins. The sales (ask for Alex Oglesby), and the service (ask for Fred) is excellent! So much so, that we ve purchased 4 vehicles from them and plan to go to them as our teenagers start driving. The cafe, sales floor, waiting area and restrooms are always spotless. The food at the cafe is delicious (the turkey, bacon, avocado on sourdough is the best)! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our experience at Huggins led us to purchase a Honda lawnmower (not from Huggins ) and it has been the best mower we ve ever owned.

Customer service was GREAT! The check-in process was smooth and we were contacted twice with updates throughout the day. No work was done until we had discussed it. We will definitely return when more work on our vehicle is necessary!

He also provides his recommendations of when these services need to be done. Because of my financial situation, Aaron takes that into consideration and provides me options for these services. I found a 2014 Volvo S60 T5 May 2019 at Huggins Honda website. After doing my due diligence on the vehicle and the dealership. I sent Theo (salesman) an email explaining my situation. Theo invited me to come test drive the car and to discuss my options. Test drove the car on Friday and filled out the paperwork,
Provided all necessary required documents (via email and text) with the finance department (forgot the lady's name but she was very very helpful, considerate, upfront, personable, and professional) on Saturday,. With Sunday being Mother's day i received a call to pick up my Volvo on Monday the day after Mother's day. Yes, excellent Mother's day gift to my self! I think the Finance Department lady ( Ms. Classy) name is Vivian. She made my Day and Mother's day gift possible!
Most dealerships /salesman would place you in the vehicle of their choice. I was able to get in the vehicle of my choice and also received a GREAT deal and APR. The experience was above my expectations.
I bought 3 brand new cars there and never got a better deal on any of them. The salesman is the sales managers pawn. I was not happy, and Honda is building them cheaper made every year, so I went back to Toyota.
I bought my CRV from Huggins last year, and it was the best experience I've had buying a new vehicle. Since then, I've been back to the dealership for regular maintenance. I enjoy their newly remodeled service center and the staff's wonderful and courteous service.
I was told that I can pay $560.00 dollars for an Odyssey, after that they changed it for $635.00 dollars, and when I got to the finance person it was $669.00 dollars plus gap warranty, and he never showed me about the financing bank, he was interested only in the point that I buy the gap warranty. They trick you all the time, they are not honest, and they give you the lowest price possible for your trade. I did traded my 2016 Toyota sienna XLE with Nav with only 9550 miles, and they gave me only 25K. Just in case you decide to buy it, you know the price they payed for that car. Worse experience ever in a car dealer, even when they said they are different from other dealers.
The service attendant found the low air alert was due to a metal object that had punctured the rear tire. Since I had in the past had low air in the front tire I was focused on that. The team found the issue and determined the tire had to be replaced. Good catch! The attendant was pleasant and had a calm yet knowledgeable demeanor.
