Very disappointing experience. If I could redo this weekend, I would gladly pay more for a vehicle to avoid the pushy salesmen and blatant dishonesty that I encountered. I purchased a BMW on Friday. The fact that my requests to take the car to a mechanic, to see the carfax, and to see the make ready sheet were either declined or ignored during the purchase process should have been a clue not to buy, but I trusted in the word of my friend who knew the salesman- Paul Garrett. I decided to take the car to an actual BMW dealership on Saturday for a full inspection... and found out that the car has leaking valves. Today (Monday 4/28/2014), I left work 4 hours early to get the issue resolved. Paul Garrett admitted to knowing about the oil leak and choosing not to tell me during the purchase process. His "assistant" tried to convince me that BMWs "just leak" and that I could drive tens of thousands of miles with the car in that condition with no issue. 1.5 hours in, Paul finally agreed to actually let the Mac Churchill mechanic look at the car. Paul came back 20-30 minutes later and said that I should get the car repaired in the next 1 to 2 months if possible. Instead of fixing it there and paying $1200, he recommended that I take the car to his associate in a shop off Alta Mere and pay $525 +tax to have the issue fixed...

Honestly, the two stars that I offered here are entirely due to Mr. Dare Adebanjo who was very helpful and respectful. The issue has still not been fixed, but I was told that it will be covered under the $3000 warranty that I purchased. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle somewhere where all salesmen can afford to be honest, up front, and of integrity.
