Great food and great service - Kung Pao Chicken is very delicious

This restaurant is the one I like best. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The crew is very amicable and the cooking they serve is so tasty. I am always happy to have a good dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Open late. In Natick Mall upper level. Got there at 10 pm and the staff was great. And the food was great to.

Went there and ordered, had waited for nearly an hour and were told that our food wasn't near ready yet. Plates were falling, terrible service, greasy and slippery ground and no manager in sight

Food was excellent, but service was overly slow. Excuse given was that the kitchen was really backed up because they were so busy. We had no problem getting seated so was it a busy problem or not enough staff? Food/dessert took forever but was hot and delicious. We asked several times for more water and never got it. Server delivered dessert but no plates for sharing even though she was told we would be. One party member had to flag down a bus person to get napkin/utensils so he could enjoy his appetizer while it was hot. Torn on rating. Never had a bad meal here and will likely be back, but this night left a sour taste...

Sorry for the Karen review, but I ve been here multiple times without issue but tonight my boyfriend and I came here and we waited 20 minutes just for someone to come take our drink order. A waitress that didn t even have us ended up taking our order and serving us. The service was extremely slow and poor and I m very disappointed about my experience. I had an empty soda sitting in front of me for 30 minutes before someone even noticed and asked if I wanted another??? If I m going to pay $61 for two entrees and sodas I expect good service

The food was good, the service was awful. Tuesday night, empty restaurant at the Natick Mall. We waited for 20 to be seated, then 10 minutes more for our server to show up. No, utensils at the table, the waitress was in a terrible mood... it was uncomfortable. My family wasn t happy about it. We won t be coming back

As I write this review from the toilet where this wonderous meal has placed me, I am glad to be leaving the remnants of it where this belongs. The best part of the meal was when it was over.

Even with what appeared to be a full staff, all the tables were dirty including our own. Just 10 minutes into this horrid event the server next to us was already appologizing for his actions to the guests and setting the tone. With other guests questioning the food I severely questioned my own judgment for staying. Our meal(for lack of a better term) took close to 40 minutes to come out and tasted like broiled tofu chicken (which it deffinitely was not). The ice cream dessert was vile and ended up being cream cheese vanilla wontons not vanilla ice cream as stated.

Stay away! For the price and location there are literally dozens of great restaurants within walking distances!

I m from Miami, FL, was visiting my mom and decided to go to this PF Chang s location for a glass of wine in the end of the day. The manager that doesn t have a name , he has a beard and glasses! Accused me that my FL driver license is fake! I said ok call the police. Police came and approved that my id is real. After everything this mf manager refused to give me his name so I can t make a complaint. This location HAS TO BE CLOSED! All the stuff that work there are unprofessional, rude and raunchy!

Food is good and they're great with allergies. Wait staff is always friendly. The kitchen is incredibly slow. I've waited over an hour for food on multiple occasions on top of the hour or so it took to be sat.

Pleasant place with polite servers. Went to this place for V-day dinner and we were lucky not to have wait time! The waiter was very humble and took good care of us. We also liked the food.

Ordered curbside pickup. Arrived 15 min after food was supposed to be ready. Called to inform them I was here and was told they would be out soon. After 15 min I went inside. Finally got food after 10 minutes inside. Half of my order was missing. Had to call the store to get someone to come to the front. Addressed situation with manager, who didn't seem to care much. Waited another 10 min for rest of food. Total wait after arrival: 35 minutes...
Total time after order was supposed to he ready: 50 minutes...
If you're looking for chinese to-go, I reccomend avoiding this PF Chang's location unless you don't mind waiting all night.

Coldest martini I have ever had!!! They chill their glasses! Service was quick and friendly.

Yummy American Chinese food. My favorite is pad Thai noodles and fried rice. Don t mis lettuce wraps.

Great food but expect a higher bill than lots of other places. Great service.

I recently ordered food to take out. The potion size was really small. Usually their portion sizes were small to begin with. But this time it s smaller than it used to be. Noodles were very salty.

P.F. Chang's has the best pork fried rice and crab wontons! Service was quick and food was delicious.

Most horrible service at this place!! You rather go to any other of changs the service is bad waiter gave us a very uncomfortable feeling and the end table inspite of the restaurant being empty. Horrible staff don't come here read the other reviews too and judge for yourself

Good looking traditional decor, nice and attentive staff but less than mediocre food. This location was very busy when I visited on the weekend. Kitchen seems to be overwhelmed by the over the capacity business. *talk about over an hour wait! ( since I was alone, I preferred the bar for quick in and out. I ordered soup and a drink started waiting for my food. Food arrived fairly quick comparing to the amount of people in there however it was under cooked. When I asked for a replacement I have received second plate of under cooked food. As a kitchen veteran didn't want to create a scene and I refused the kind dessert offer of the manager to eat at a nearby restaurant.

If you are interested at drinks, ambiance or convenience this is your location however as a foodie I believe the very first job of a restaurant is to serve tasty food therefore I do not recommend this location.

Very upset that the company itself has taken ma po tofu off the menu. It was a staple item that my kids loved. likely will not return to any pf chang restaurants if this stay off the menu. As vegetarians we have few options and this item was absolutely delicious. The staff tried their best to accommodate but my daughter's birthday was saddened due to this.

I must say PF Chang's was amazing all the food was super fresh and extremely delicious. The staff very polite and very attentive! I got the Peking duck and a side of lo main we also got the beef with broccoli it was so extremely tender and very tasty even our daughters chicken with rice was super tender and she loved it with the sweet sauce great job PF Chang's we will definitely be back being this is our new go to Asian restaurant without a doubt

It is very unfortunate to see a once good restaurant go down the tubes. Hot and Sour soup tasted like someone dropped a bottle of soy sauce. Everything else wasn t all that great as well.

Food was good but terrible service. I arrived around 3:00 pm on a SLOW Tuesday. There were only about 2-3 tables and there were plenty of staff for the volume of guest. He took a long time to get back to our table. He only came by once in the very beginning to ask if is everything alright . He had no table side manners and I did not feel welcome at all. I asked him for something and he forgot to get it, which I understand happens but he didn t say sorry or anything .Never came by to ask if we wanted refills or anything else. The best part was when I asked for the dessert menu , after waiting 15 + minutes with my 2 years old getting fussy , I finally asked again and he said he forgot . By that time my son was crying and I did not want to wait another 1/2 hour to receive my dessert. I ve been in the food industry for 7+ years and managed a couple restaurants in the last couple years and I can say the service and hospitality at this location is one of the worst I ve seen. He needs to retrained on how to service tables. However the food it good. I wish he was more on top of his game , I really wanted to try the Tiramisu.

Good food, great ambiance and great service. Would recommend their sesame chicken and the cheese cake. Service was fast and were very courteous.

My wife and I eat at this restaurant all the time and the food is always excellent the drinks are excellent the wait staff and bartender are great!

We were 3 people for lunch and all we liked it.
We left full and with a smile.

I always get the Kungpow chicken, or the Mongolian beef, lite on the scallions. Lunch portion is about 13-dollars and the service is fast.

Waiting 15 mins for a table, no server ever came to our table. We had to leave to eat elsewhere.

P.F. Chang's has good food that is a Pan Asian fusion. At this location the service was good, and they were handling COVID guidelines well. Overall it was a quality dining experience

Manager Maxwell - was very unprofessional! Not knowing other foreign identifications is not proper.
We got so disappointed after he shows his face in front of us- not knowing how to get out of the situation. He offended us by discriminating people from different counties.
I guys all my money I spent for 10 years will go away. Did not think how it will turn out. It was very low and cheap from his managers approach. Mostly actually because of his bar tender. There was very bad bar tender who showed her negativity to us. She was fat and ugly brunette!
If you ever see this lady at this bar don t even come spend your time or enjoy anything next to her. I apologize for taking to far with this lady by criticizing her. But she didn t even gave her name to us. Very sad and very disappointing

The food was excellent and the waiter was nice and patient. He knew the menu like the back of his hand. I highly recommend the Chang's special soup. The only issue was that the sprite was flat, but we got normal sprite after free of charge.

Most of the food was very good. Service was excellent. Price was high.

Food was ok, the server was not. It wasn't that she was bad, she just clearly had better things she'd rather be doing.

If I could give zero stars I would. Didn t even get to try the food because service was so terrible. Manager came over to give a half assed apology and I was just so disappointed that we walked out. Changs has gone so far downhill in the last 10 years. It used to be amazing. Now it s cheap food, dirty atmosphere and rude staff. After 27 years of eating at Changs, I ve finally had my last visit.

It took an hour and 15 minutes for the food to arrive. Might have been a staffing issue. Also, orange chicken is usually crispy.

I love this place. After a stressful week, my family and I decided to have a nice meal . The food was great and the ambiance was wonderful...the music that played was an added bonus

The service was not good at all. It was very very slow. Even when we told not to put egg in the fried rice they got the fired rice with egg. They took it back and took ages to get a new one. When asked for refill of water it took ages and 2 reminders to get it.
This time we were also not given fortune cookie.

The Guest Relations Specialist reached out to me asking more details of the event and assured to look into matter. I am happy to see that p.f. Chang makes sure all their guest are happy and satisfied.

Mediocre chain Chinese food. The location was convient to meet up with friends though.

Terrible service and unsanitary, bartender yelled at guests who reminded him of their order, manager ignored us on multiple occasions, drinks were incorrect and/or just not delivered, waiter and manager were reminded 3 times to clean the table of last patrons dishes but they left them there for the whole meal

It calls it's self high quality Chinese food. But it's just high priced grade b. Not worth it. Small plates big prices Americanized Chinese at its finest level. The frozen product is better then the restaurant.

For a chain restaurant it us great. Really good Chinese food and nice atmosphere. This is one of the few chain restaurants I dont mind.

For the purpose of making a brief read for those who want to read a review, I ll keep this simple:
- Food: Simply amazing. I ve never loved spring rolls but trust me they re amazing here.
- Drink: A little unsanitary. I ordered soda but my mother ordered a sangria. There was a little bug crawling around in the sangria.
- Service: I ll be honest, I was unimpressed. I sat at a table for 15 minutes before being served. Maybe it was just a bad night for service after going to a show in Boston.
For more in-depth analysis of the food, here goes:
- Spring rolls: I tried spring rolls around a year ago that were from a box; I was not impressed with those. This time around they were delicious! They were very crunchy, warm inside, and the sauce that came with them was delectable.
- Wonton soup: The broth was incredible; very flavorful. The shrimp in the broth was also very well-cooked.
- Veggie fried rice: Very good. The last time I had Asian cuisine, the fried rice was very dry and the vegetables were not cooked as well as I d hoped for; PF Chang s fried rice is honestly very good.
- Beef with broccoli: The texture of the beef was incredible; very tender and easy to cut. However, I felt like the overall flavor of the beef was off. It had a strange aftertaste in my opinion, but perhaps it s just not my favorite dish.
- Chang s spicy chicken: it was very tender and easy to cut; my favorite meal of the night. The flavor was simply incredible however, I would ve liked to taste more spiciness.
- Veggie lo mein: The veggies were all cooked to perfection. The noodles were very soft and well-cooked. The flavor overall was better than any other Asian restaurant s lo mein I ve ever tasted.

It's one of our favorite locations for eating out! The service is great and the food superb! Exceptional.

If you want Chinese food then don't go here. The food is horrible and wrapped in a cozy environment i.e. the service and ambience are nice. We have visited the Boston and Natick restaurants and the food is equally bad. Spend the money and time at a real Chinese eatery.
