I had gone to P.F. Chang many times when we lived in Southern California 10 years ago . Food was always fresh and tasty . Yesterday, we saw J.F Chang in Natick Mall so we decided to have lunch there . Boy, we were so regretful with our decision. It was nothing like what my experience before. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and my husband ordered Buddha s Feast. Both dishes were awful. My Kung Pao chicken was very dry & tasteless . The Buddha s Feast was just steamed vegetables. Not to mention , it was overly priced with a small portion. Despite the terrible disappointment, we left 20% tips for our waiter. He was great. We won t ever go to this restaurant again.

PF Changs can get busy here because of the mall location. Service means that it can be slow but the food is the same food you can expect at any PF Chang. Check for coupons and deals though before you go in. Just google the coupons.. Many times they have promotions running to buy one get one free entree..

This place is over princed, small portions for allot of money. Mangoliane Beef came out dry and no flavor and the brown rice was nasty, and the egg rolls where greasy and no flavor. Worst PF Chang's.

Ramen was the worst I've ever had. It was supposed to be spicy. It was red flavored water with a large 1/2 lemon plopped in. Noodles looked like spaghetti and the "veggies" were full uncut salad cherry tomatoes. We paid and left.

I am an attorney from Newton. Just went to have a drink and eat at the bar!! Never thought this bar tender brunette - little chubby. Just showed her attitude unprofessional way.

For a chain, the food is great here but pricey. Love the house made ginger beer and their Mongolian beef is simply amazing. Service is good, and staff are friendly. During busy times call ahead if you want a table without a considerable wait.

Went there over the weekend with my sisters husband who was nice enough to pay. The food dishes are very good and generous. However, they do need to work on their prices! This location is obviously catering to the wealthy Dover and sherborn crowd.

We were so excited to come here with the kids after a fun time at D&Bs in the mall. We ended up having a really bad, borderline bizarre experience. The 25 minute wait for a table was no biggie. Upon being seated, we ordered some appetizers and entrees. They were out of a lot of stuff (dumplings, pork, etc) but the waiter was apologetic about it so whatever.

After a 45 minute wait with no sign of our appetizers, our waiter came by with two spring rolls and said so sorry about the wait, here are some spring rolls on us, your apps will be here soon bringing two small spring rolls for two adults and three kids was hardly a help as we were all *starving* at this point. Our apps finally came after a little over 55 minute wait(!) but the waiter couldn t give us an estimate on when the entrees would be ready.

The table next to us was getting mad about their wait for food too and finally just walked out without paying for their drinks and apps (the waiter told them they could leave).

Finally, after being there for an hour and fifteen minutes, we d had enough. The waiter apologized, said the kitchen was just very behind, and told us we could go and not pay for the apps and drinks. So we just left and ate at the mall food court.

Waiter was nice. Atmosphere was great. What little food we actually received and ate was not great. The backed up kitchen was truly bizarre. I ve never had an experience like this before. No one was getting their food. Looking around the restaurant, everyone was just angry and the hostess was still seating people!! Large parties, even!

Come to PF Chang s if you want I guess, but be prepared for sub par food and the possibility that an off night for the kitchen may mean waiting practically forever for your food. Don t come with kids.
