We've been to a lot of PF Chang's and this was the worst service I've experienced in almost any restaurant. I had to speak with the hostess because our server wouldn't serve us. He was getting off shift in 15 minutes. Pur new server was put out and the restaurant wasn't even half full. Food was good as usual though.

I Love Chicken Lettuce Wraps It s not bad when I came here for the first time. The portion is full~ Pack the kung pao shrimps and eat them up with fried noodles the next day! The special hot sauce is very fragrant and seems to be suitable for dipping dumplings
Attention was good, service was fast. I got fried rice but it was not tasty. I had been in other restaurant same chain, and the rice was good. The wrap in lettuce that we got as an appetizer it was good
From the first moment you step in this restaurant the stuff gives you a pleasant feeling. Very congenial crew, it is a lovely place to to go out with friends or with your date. heavenly food, talented chef de cuisine, decent cost and excellent service. Warmly recommended.
The place is amazing, the staff members are very friendly. The menu is not too big and the portions are enough, but it will depends of the dish that you order, my favorite entree is the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Is a family style restaurant, with a nice lighting, linda dark, so I'll suggest to use the cellophane light, if you have any difficulty to read the menu, this because the menu is also black. I'll highly recommend it.
The Service wasn t bad. However, I got crispy honey chicken bowl, and my wife got the vegetable and rice bowl. I have no idea how to explain the taste of the chicken. All I can say is the frozen orange chicken from trader joe s is much better. And the vegetable had nothing on it. Just steam vegetable and rice bowl. Super boring.
Totally changed the menu and eliminated a a few of my favorite dishes. The new spicy miso ramen is good but they took away the vegetarian dishes I liked and kept the ones I dont. Why not keep the ability to sub non 5spice tofu in on meat dishes? I hate 5 spice. Service was great though, even on a busy christmas shopping day
Even though I love P.F. Chang's. this location felt somewhat Americanized and the food felt a little rushed or not up to snuff. The chicken lettuce wraps were on point as always but some of their larger entrees felt like an afterthought. I do recommend their fresh spring rolls and tempura fried green beans as well. Great location inside the mall.
I like the ambiance of this location. Food was tasty. I like that they have daily/weekly deal and Happy Hour. They have many gluten free options served on special plates. The server was helpful. I don't like they have added so much potato and little chicken to the lettuce wrap. The calamari and vegetables appetizer was creative and delicious. Prices seem a little high.
Food was Okay but no proper attention/ service. Its like any other chinese resturant. Food was on the table but we had to ask for forks and napkin. Dont keep high expectations when you visit this place. Hope they improve their service levels.
Had to wait 1 1/2 hour for the food and when finally came to the table food was cold and didn t get all what I ordered! So not coming back! Plus the 2 waitress assigned to our group weren t nice as is supposed.
Reservation at 5:15 got seated at 5:30 got food at 6:30... never ever coming here again. I don t care what issues they were having, but it should have never tooken so long... chicken was not even good, portion is supposedly for 2 people. We were not even satisfied.
Waiters are all great, there was no complaints there but the food got me sick both times I went. The first time I thought it was just me so I gave them another chance and then I went a second time and I ve been sick for a week since.
So I ordered out from this place since my car was broken down and I was extremely hungry but I was disappointed, food tasted good but the amount that came in the containers did not due justice. I eat at PF Changs often and when I order it usually my husband, my son, and I and we normally have left overs but when I did the take out it was not the same at all. It was a serving for basically two with small portions. We ate and then had to order pizza a little bit after since we still felt hungry and for the price we paid I should've just cooked. We have been supporting a lot of our local restaurants but I don't think we will be ordering out again from this place.
Love going in here and grabbing food at the bar. Oftentimes, it's super busy, so that's your best bet. The bartenders are super friendly and will get pretty creative with the drinks, too!
This is the worst place to eat ever. The service was awful. They forgot my two sons meals. The food was not good at all. It ruined the good day we had at the mall.
Authentic Chinese food, best ambience and location. Parking is right next to the restaurant, ordered lettuce wraps and bookies noodles. Both are excellent, the service was amazing
This was the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in a long time. I sat at the bar and ordered takeout. I paid for my meal and my drinks. 45 minutes later, I asked about my food. They seemed surprised. Ten minutes later they brought my pad thai, and told me my soup would come in 7 minutes, and that a manager would bring it. 30 minutes later, the same bartender brought me the soup. The pad thai was cold. I had to ask for utensils. I asked for a manager, and she could not have cared less. I asked for a corporate contact where I could send a complaint, and she wrote a number on a napkin. Sadly, there were two people ahead of me asking to speak with managers. Classy place. Avoid this place!!!
Worst PF changs experience I've ever had. Service is horrible at this location. DO NOT go here. Sat for 20 minutes before asked about drinks. We gave the waiter our meal orders and drink orders because he took so long. Waited 15 minutes for drinks. Then waited 15 more minutes for soup. Waite over 45 minutes for our meals. Worst PF Changs location I've ever been to.
Service is was sloooow. Me and my wife were seated and the server was no where to be found for like 20 minutes. The servers seemed to be more interested in taking with each other rather than getting service provided in a timely manner. If the kitchen is slow just give a heads up. Did I mention that wife is pregnant! Not one simblance of urgency. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrive. Got drinks like 20 minutes later and we were there lucky ones. A couple that came before was waiting before we arrive didn't even get asked what they wanted to drink until after we got our drinks - all the while 3 - 4 employees standing around the host areas chatting and laughing. Did I mention that my wife was pregnant. Not a good look at all. The food entrees came out cold but the appetizer was warm even though it came out 10 minutes after the food. You get the feeling that when if you complained it was just take your longer to get worse service. Worst PF Chang's I've been to.
Standard PF Chang s but the conversations here are different than any other PF Chang s. I happened to sit next to a Psychology and Critical thinking professor who had a few glasses of wine and we had a great interaction during my meal. I made the mistake of not ordering the Kung Pao Chicken or Shrimp and got the Lobster and Rice. It was a good meal but didn t hit the spot. My bartender/server Sasha was awesome and overall I m giving it the stars due to the vibe vs. the unsatisfactory decision I made for dinner. Oh well, I m on the road it was accounted for.
My wife and I made a reservation to celebrate an event, and requested a window seat. It is a fairly long drive for us, approximately an hour. When we arrived we waited for 20 minutes while they sat each guest ahead of us in turn rather than taking names. Once they got to us, They couldn't honor our window reservation or even give us a booth. We sat down at a table in the middle of a crowded area but we were so unhappy with the table we decided to leave. It was an unhappy hour long car ride back home after that...
We have been to this P.F.Changs several times before but the staff has slowly been getting worse. Please take my advice and celebrate an event elsewhere.
I placed an order over the phone Before I did so, I looked up the menu and calculated how much I would spend For my surprise when I asked how much my food would cost they told me an amount almost 10.00 ore than I was expecting So I asked why it had such a difference in prices For my surprise the manager at the PFChangs at the natick mall told me she would not change anything because the prices went up but the website was not changed And that maybe I should order online instead of calling the restaurant I told her that was not my problem if somebody made a mistake the customer should always be happy In this case their advertisement is wrong and I should not have to pay extra for my dinner She could at least give me something else or not charge (COMP) one of my meals (dumplings for 5.95 at the website but 8 and something at the restaurant) - not a big deal for them at all All she could do was take my name and number and pass it to the general manager
Ugh I am not a fan of chains and really not a fan of Chinese food chains. Three stars for superb service and great location in the mall. Luckily, we went early so we wouldn't have to wait. The food came quickly. Ordered the lo mein which was super greasy and made me feel sick afterward. The restaurant is big and spacey but better to drive over to Sichaun Gourmet for some decent chinese.
I came here for the first time last night and it was AMAZING. My server sollon was fast and attentive and he made fantastic recommendations. We had chicken Lettuce wraps to start & miso salmon & tempura rolls as an entree. To top it off we had a banana roll as desert. All together 10/10 food and service, can t wait to be back!
Definitely overpriced. The food was decent though. The ambiance is nice and romantic. Though I saw quite a few families with young children here the night we came in. The waitstaff was quick, courteous, and easy to get a hold of. They checked on us a couple of times through the meal and asked if we needed anything. They provide both chopsticks and a fork/knife, which is good for those of us that are not yet proficient with chopsticks. The garlic chili green beans were yummy, even for someone like me that finds it difficult to eat my veggies. Overall, good spot if you don't mind spending more than what you feel is right for the meal. One big note - their glasses did not have that nasty eggy smell that a lot of restaurant glasses have! I was able to enjoy my lemon water for once!
Had a terrible service at the bar. Bartender had no idea of what he was doing. Usually I never return cocktails or food, but I had to return 3 cocktails because they were disgusting. He also forgot to put an order for food, so I was just waiting for 40 min for nothing, even though the bar was empty so he wasn t busy at all and just forgot. When I asked him if the food is coming he rolled his eyes and went to the computer to put an order and didn t even apologize for his mistake. He was very rude and unprofessional so and his manager Max when i called him to complain about service and his attitude. Stuff of this PF Chang s location definitely must be fired because those people who work there now can t work in service industry.
