Hello all,
Just went to PF Chang for a drink! Wow! What a low and disgraceful service from this lady (bar tender) who was very unprofessional - gave me wrong drink. Gave me bad service. She didn t gave her name to me but she looks a bit overweight and not pretty - brunette and low class. Seems like PF Chang doesn t care who they hire for the job! Unfortunately very sad!
Bad service. Did not get the food we order. Waiter pourred wine in my beer glass and didn t change it... just bad
The staff is so friendly. And the sizes are for everyone. There was nothing I COULDN'T find. From casual comfort to steamy sexy. They have it all
Very bad.. I won't recommend this place.. I went with my family and waited for 30 mins and no server showed up.. We asked for server but still no one showed up and the restaurant were empty..
Th e food was pleasant and so was the wine. I have no complaints about my evening
Above and beyond bar tenders and wait staff at the bar. For the people who say this is over priced Americanized chinese, if you want authentic chinese and lower prices go to chinatown, not the Natick mall.
High end dinning. This particular one is small place though. Not a big place
Value wise it's ok. After years of complaints on how salty some of their dishes were, they changed the recipes. For instance, the beef and broccoli is now edible and not stroke you out from that sodium.
They decided to not provide sauces with their dumplings unless you ask for them. Almost 9 bucks for 6 dumplings you figure they would just serve it with them. Naww.
All n all the place is ok if you caught in the mall and have a craving.
Low value of money, little portions, bad service, bad service, bad service!!!
5 stars for atmosphere and staff, really wonderful. The food, I like that someone was thinking outside the box, but raviolis are done one way for a reason, alot of what we ordered we would have preferred the classic way. I'll go again, I just have to order around what I didn't like.
And the place is spotless too, a lady goes by after the table is bussed and inspects it, they clearly have their act together in management POV.
Very nice and attentive staff, one of my favorite dishes is the Dynamite shrimps, if you like the spicy dish that is really delicious. The rest of the dishes we tried very good like Dim Sum pan fried.
Had an amazing lunch today here. Our server Zachary was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the vegetarian options from the menu and they were spot on! Highly recommend this location and if you go, ask for Zachary to serve you, will not be disappointed.
For last 10 year s we have been the regular customer of the p.f.changs chain. We ordered liquor and food and Manager Maxwell, showed that he hated tourists, and he said that doesn t take international passport. He was very negative and ruined our evening completely. It was the worst experience in my life!!! Jesus Crist
Food was great, but wait staff was lazy, they were visibility hanging around, but took forever to take our order, it was a Sunday night and the restaurant was not busy but I'm sure that's the sunday staff and not the Friday Saturday, but the food was good and dessert is to die for we had that banana wrap with ice-cream.
It was a long wait. But worth it. I enjoyed my ginger chicken and broccoli on brown rice. I had 3 meals from my serving.
Saturday night, yet no line! Even in a mall! Open space, cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the same great P.F.C cuisine.
This location in Particular is great. Servers are friendly, chef is o point.
Bartenders Naraly and Pamela are amazing overall food is great.
Food was worth the drive. Very accommodating atmosphere!
They have changed their menu which no longer have our favorites. We were very disappointed with what we had ordered from the new menu

Don't bother, not worth the time or money. Cold food, 1 server for half the restaurant and the fortune cookie was broken. Only thing that kept it bearable was the Mai Tai.
The food was yummy BUT we were sad with the new menu. They took away some of our favorite things. Garlic Noodles, Ribs, Tofu to name a few! We had a gift card so we found some other foods and they were good. But we left knowing we won't be back anytime soon
I love this restaurant a lot. It has a different atmosphere. The cuisine is splendid. the service is dynamic and the crew is polite. The pay is honest. deeply recommend.
Was excited to try the new handroll hotspot. Actually, a bit disappointed; thought an offshoot of Sugarfish would be better. Their Nori is hella crisp, but that's all I remember from their handrolls. Rice too warm, drowns out the flavor of the fish. Worth the money, but I would personally go to a regular sushi joint.
Fancy Chinese food served family style. It's clean and the food is good. We've been a couple times and the service needs improvement. Both times the waiter never came and after 15-20 we had to flag one down.
You need a cartographer to park and get there during covid because so many parking spots are for curb side. Service is really slow there are not enough waiters. Food is much lower quality than other pf changs restaurants I have frequented. It's unfortunate because I love the other locations and really looked forward to this trip.

Good, but nothing special. The advantage over most other Chinese restaurants in the area is that you can sit down to eat there. The one unique food there that I love is the ginger beer (which isn't actually beer; it's non-alcoholic).
Everything was DELICOUS. The Changs coconut cooler is my fav drink and Mangolian beef is the BESSSSSSSSSSSSST
The host tonight was EXTREMELY rude. I like the food here but left bc he treated us terribly. I did call to speak to manager and she was very nice. Hopefully they will not allow young adults to work for their company here if they have an attitude.
First time at a P.F. Chang's. Quality food, staff was really good
Came here for lunch with coworkers. We were the only people in the restaurant, and I had to leave after waiting for my food for 1.5 hours to get back to work. Won't be going back, it was a mess.
I can t decide if the food, the service, or the atmosphere was the best part about my visit. All amazing!
Food was pretty good but drinks seemed overpriced. Pro tip: if you show up without a reservation and there is a long wait you can go online and make a reservation for the near future and get seated quite quickly.
PF Changs is horrible the food is really bad I wanted to throw up after I had the food
Chili-garlic green beans, lettuce wraps, cocktails, Peking raviolis, noodles. All really, really great. You can't go wrong here!
It's good food, the staff can seem a little unattentive but not enough to drive away customers.
PF Changs in the Natick mall is a lovely location. Once inside, you forget you're even in a mall. The subdued lighting at night, and the decor gives the restaurant an upscale feel. The food, as usual, was great. I been to different locations in NY, NJ and MA. This is my favorite, by far.
Yummy lettuce wraps. With not so tasty crab rangoon with there nasty spread that it sits in. But the duck sauce works wonders with there real crabmeat. Yum

Portions small and service bad. We were big group in my family. So he brings out the food. And the plates last? So were suppose to eat on the tables? Wait staff walking around and not asking if we need water refills or anything else we need. The bill was over priced for bad service! Never returning again!
Iconic place. Ok chain not my favorite. A little pricey and portions not to big. Big bar makes a statement and staff was friendly.

They take so long to cook your food the place smells like soy sauce
Never order from them! They are so unorganized and take so long to prepare the food! I ordered my food and still had to wait an hour in the restaurant for it! Just awful!
Their version of Kung Pao Chicken is pretty great - enough but not too much crunch, and a nice smokiness. Ask for a bit more spice, it's on the mild side. Service here is pretty impersonal and drinks can take a bit to arrive.
Love the asparagus and beans for appetizers. Make sure to ask for the trio sauce. If you love chocolate, try the great wall of chocolate, but our recent favorite is the volcano or lava cake. It comes with vanilla icecream and fruits. yummmmmmmmmmm
It was okay. Nothing exciting about the food or the ambiance.
Street noodles are my absolute favorite. They have alot of good deals if you sign up your email like free Noddles and sushi with entrees
I loved it. I tried the Hokkien Street Noodles which was amazing. Also they custom made vegetarian noodles for us.
