Food was good but terrible service. I arrived around 3:00 pm on a SLOW Tuesday. There were only about 2-3 tables and there were plenty of staff for the volume of guest. He took a long time to get back to our table. He only came by once in the very beginning to ask if is everything alright . He had no table side manners and I did not feel welcome at all. I asked him for something and he forgot to get it, which I understand happens but he didn t say sorry or anything .Never came by to ask if we wanted refills or anything else. The best part was when I asked for the dessert menu , after waiting 15 + minutes with my 2 years old getting fussy , I finally asked again and he said he forgot . By that time my son was crying and I did not want to wait another 1/2 hour to receive my dessert. I ve been in the food industry for 7+ years and managed a couple restaurants in the last couple years and I can say the service and hospitality at this location is one of the worst I ve seen. He needs to retrained on how to service tables. However the food it good. I wish he was more on top of his game , I really wanted to try the Tiramisu.
