The service was not good at all. It was very very slow. Even when we told not to put egg in the fried rice they got the fired rice with egg. They took it back and took ages to get a new one. When asked for refill of water it took ages and 2 reminders to get it.
This time we were also not given fortune cookie.

The Guest Relations Specialist reached out to me asking more details of the event and assured to look into matter. I am happy to see that p.f. Chang makes sure all their guest are happy and satisfied.
