STEER CLEAR of Lynnwood Honda. Finally decided to walk away after a long day of back and forth. No one seemed to know what they were doing. It was severely unorganized and a giant mess to say the least.
They also appear to be discriminatory towards minorities coincidentally while they have a Hispanic little person as their sales manager, you would think they would be more welcoming.
Pass on this dealership.

Poor service. They will not bother to talk to us or see us when we walked in their dealership. Right away you get the feeling NOT to buy anything from them.

Came in early last week with questions on the New CR-V Hybrid as my work commute has increased and I wanted the better gas mileage. I was greeted by Salesman Troy Malchow. He was eager to help and answer all the questions I had about the new CR-V. I looked at a Gray one I really liked but wasn t ready to buy in the moment. Troy provided me excellent customer service and was not pushy. He was not your average sleezy car salesman, he was extremely professional and courteous. He provided me his business card and told me to come see him when I was ready.

I went home that night and did more research on the CR-V and decided it was a good fit for my family and I. I went to see Troy the next day to discuss numbers and financing as well as get a trade in value on my Accord I purchased from Lynnwood Honda as well.

Troy helped me with picking out a Gray 2021 CR-V hybrid, I really liked the car and was ready to take it home. Gabe Moreno, Sales Manager came out with amazing customer service and not pushy at all. Gabe and Troy went over pricing and options for me. Again, they were not pushy at all and were more interested in listening to me and figuring out my needs vs just selling me a car and moving on to the next customer.

I decided to purchase the car, after about 20 min Lawrence from finance came out and took me to the office to sign paperwork for my new CR-V. He presented me with a few options for a maintenance package and I decided to do the 3 year oil change package because of the savings. Lawrence was extremely professional throughout the process.

Overall I m a week into driving my new CR-V and I absolutely love it.

Thank you Troy, Gabe, Lawrence and the rest of the Lynnwood Honda Team, you have made a customer for life.

I was really unconfident coming into the car buying experience because I had had terrible experiences before with pushy people wanting to get me into something fast. I was also not confident because I had just gotten a new job. Coming into Lynnwood Honda I had those same reserves. I was looking for their used section with my husband and the nice lady at the front counter had a sales man come out. He was amazing and helpful. He wasn't pushy at all. He let me look and kind of decide. I test drove a reall nice CR-V but decided against that one instead going with the less expensive one. Wouldn't you know it I got approved and out the door that night. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you so much.

Had a really great experience with the entire team at Lynnwood honda today. Had my first leasing deal with a 2014 civic, Bobby the sales associate was very knowledgeable and personable, made me feel really comfortable. the sales manager Gabe set me up with a great deal, and the business manager Tammi was very through with me in the paperwork process and made sure I knew of all the great deals and exactly what I was getting into. I was never surprised with prices and they really made sure I was getting something I loved. Will definitely be happy to have these guys on my side for the foreseeable future.

I've worked with glenn in the service department many times. He always remembers me, and my whole family (we're a honda family). The service is always excellent, and glenn is fantastic about keeping me up to date on what is happening with my car. I also like the lounge area - a very chill place to hang out in. I'd have to say great phone service lousy in person experience... I went in to pick up my vehicle and granted it was around 5:30 pm... end of the day ... I get it just wana go home as well. Standing patiently waiting for the next available person to help me.... 5 min goes by as I watch the employees in front of me talking having a good conversation... so now its my turn cant find vehicle paperwork.... checks 3 different places goes to the back and comes out with paperwork...my car is pulled up and delivered... as I walk up to it.... huge oily handprint on the back by tail light and on the liftgate...my wige gets jn the car and the front window has ice on the inside of it as well as outside. I look in the back and see my kids carseat just tossed about in the back when it was completely locked into place at time of dropoff... thanks... it was dark when i picked up my vehicle so I haven't seen all around the car but I'm hoping not to find any other oily handprints anywhere... btw thanks for leaving the window down hope it didn't mess with the entertainment system

I was rear ended and my car was totaled. I had two days to find and buy a car, and return my rental. I decided I needed a change from driving what I had been, though I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, other than decent MPG, leather and options!!
I showed up at Lynnwood Honda before they opened on Christmas Eve. Marvin welcomed me as I walked in and was cheerful and happy to help me find whatever it was I was looking for.
It was literally freezing outside, we sat in frozen cars waiting for them to thaw out before taking them for a drive. As I was waiting for a car to be moved (since I was there before they opened, cars were still blocking exits lol) I saw it! A cute little car I knew I needed to drive. Marvin was happy to let me drive it. After I drove a brand new Civic and decided this was the car I had to have, but with the options I was looking for. Marvin said he had just the car for me. Sure enough, he did! It was the color I wanted and had all the options. We got back to the lot and after warming up the sexy little black car, I knew this was it.
Marvin sold me a Honda certified preowned car. He wasn t pushy, didn t try to up-sell me or try to convince me I needed brand new. He listened to what I wanted in a car and how much I wanted to spend, then made it happen. Thank you for a wonderful experience Marvin!!
I then got to meet Keith, the sales manager, to try to convince him to sell the car to me for less than they wanted. We met somewhere in the middle. I owe Keith a drink (or two!). Thank you Keith! I would buy a car from you again and will send friends and family to see you.
This was all on Christmas Eve! I can t thank you all enough for being there, working on the day before Christmas, and making my unplanned buying experience so easy and great.

Mostly okay. Ran a credit check though we paid cash, didn't update GPS, didn't set up XM radio costing 34 days of our 90 day free trial, never contacted us when license plates came in, dead battery in key. Otherwise okay.

A couple months ago I came to Lynnwood Honda looking for a used car for work. Buying cars is definitely an overwhelming task, I was reserved at other car lots but the way I started at Lynnwood was different in a good way.
Troy met us in the back lot and asked how he could help. He kept his distance as he let us look around at their inventory. My eye caught a 2013 Honda Accord EXL coupe in a gorgeous blue. Surprisingly enough I had been dreaming about owning that car since that body style came out. I tried not to get too excited about it and continued to look at other cars. In the end we took a test drive and obviously I fell in love with the car. Troy continued to keep his distance without pressure and let us have a proper experience with the car. Every question we asked, he answered. We talked numbers after the test drive and I wasn t happy with the options given. Troy and I went back and forth only a couple times, I m used to fighting back and forth with the sales counselor and manager but that didn t happen at Lynnwood Honda. Troy understood how much I loved the car and in the end he and his sales manager made a deal with us that we couldn t walk away from.
Working with Troy was an easy, fast, unpressured sales counselor and I highly recommend you go to find him when buying your next car

We had a great experience buying a CR-V from Lynnwood Honda yesterday. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially Francisco the salesman. We highly recommend him to anyone ready to buy a new Honda. Be sure to call ahead for an appointment; they are really busy this time of year.

I went in yesterday to look into trading my accord for a new civic. The car was great but the salesman, Taz. Found it appropriate to keep telling increasingly racists jokes. Honestly even the price was fine but, i will not see one penny of my money go to anyone that would employ someone whom finds no issue in racism and sexism. I recommend steering clear of this dealership unless you're a bigot

The service dept assumes much more than diagnoses a real problem. They are taking customers money and providing with no result. If you need change an motor oil they are good.

I have given this business chance after chance to redeem themselves and keep my business, but they seem determined to lose it. Today was the final straw. They wanted to charge me almost $1000 for an oil change and replacing the spark plugs. When I wanted to discuss the charge, the service manager, Alex, did a lot of rolling his eyes and dramatic facial expressions with no concern about losing a long term, loyal customer. I could write a few paragraphs regarding my past experience and disappointing history with Lynnwood Honda, but I have better things to do. Don't buy a car from this dealership and absolutely don't come here for service!!!

I was very nervous about buying a used car but Lynnwood Honda has been so great to work with. Marvin sold me my Honda Element, he was so nice and understanding. He worked with me and my husband to get us into the perfect car. Two months after purchasing my Element there were some gasket issues. I was so worried about this but Ashley in the Service Department was so helpful and nice. The service was timely and the communication was upfront. The used car department covered half my deductible since I just bought the car and my warranty covered the rest. I really could not recommend Lynnwood Honda enough. Every interaction has been pleasant and helpful and they have helped ease all my anxiety I've had going into buying a used car.

My husband and I drove all the way from Federal Way to Lynnwood to look at a vehicle with a particular make, model and year that Lynnwood Honda had in stock. By then, we had already visited several dealerships in the last few days and had experienced a wide range of salesman and businesses. Some were more pushy than others. Some didn't even listen to what we were trying to do. Others were decent, friendly and welcoming but none seemed to want to work with us to earn our business. When we met Marcus at Lynnwood Honda, we had our research with us and were ready to negotiate. The negotiation process was so smooth. We were able to purchase the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay for it. They even let us take the car to our mechanic for an inspection. The car passed with flying colors and now we're the proud owners of a beautiful, reliable car. I would recommend Lynnwood Honda to anyone who knows what they want and wants to work with people who will work with you to achieve your goals. They told us that their reputation is more important to them and they do work hard to fulfill that mission. The reviews for this dealership are accurate. Good luck to all car shoppers out there.

I was nervous and had never bought a car at a dealership, and I m 50, because of all the horror stories I have heard about pushy aggressive salesman. I saw a car on their internet site that I really wanted to test drive so I finally got up the nerve to go and was met by a friendly, calm and helpful a salesman named Troy Malchow. He was better then good he was excellent we went on a test drive he knew all about all the crazy accessory and there was a lot, never any pressure, and he made the paperwork non stressful. If you are going to buy a car absolutely ask for Troy Malchow you will not be sorry he is excellent.

Today we bought my dream SUV. A 2020 Touring Pilot. We had the pleasure of working with Francisco Carrasco. He was very knowledgeable and was ready to answer every question. Mark Baker at Lynnwood Honda was so wonderful helping my daughter purchase a new car. He discussed all the bells and whistles and demonstrated lots of the functions during our test drive, my head was swimming. Went to see Hadley again for my renewal on my lease. Went from the HRV to a CRV and could not be happier. As expected they treated me great and took care of me the whole way. Would tell anyone and everyone to go to Lynnwood Honda first and skip the rest.

Just bought a CR-V off the lot! Troy was an amazing person who could answer every single one of my questions. He was knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed browsing for cars and car shopping! We were greeted within the first minute of going in and were given time to look around the lot - without feeling suffocated by someone, as you often feel when you re trying to buy a car. We definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who is a fan of a quick car buying option!

We just picked up a '17 Pilot EXL from them and like the past 3-vehicles we've bought here, the process was easy and no pressure or hassle. My wife and I's parents have both been more than happy with the service they received on buying their vehicles as well after we told them about how happy we were. Both the sales and financial staff have always been extremely easy to work with regarding our goals in terms of price as well as getting the type of car with the options we wanted. The Accord Hybrid we bought previously involved two of their staff going on a day-trip to Spokane to pick up. Luckily with the Pilot it was just a quick jaunt down to Seattle. With having two young children, juggling them with the usual lengthy car buying process was a non-issue as they moved extremely quickly through our paperwork and very respectful of our time as well as the temperaments of our 2.5 year and 3.5 month old.

Prior to looking at the Pilot, we were interested in a couple models from other makers. I can definitely say that Lynnwood Honda and their team has spoiled us as a trip to another major local manufacturer dealership was he polar opposite in terms of what the car buying experience should be and what I've gotten used to at Lynnwood Honda.

While I'm sure anyone on the floor would do an exemplary job, I always look forward to dealing with Lars (sales), Gabe (sales manager) and either Randy or Lawrence (finance) when it comes to figuring out how I can spend some of my paycheck for the next 60 to 72 months.

I absolutely love this place. The sales manager, Gabe Moreno, and the rest of the staff at Lynnwood Honda impressed me so much on my first car purchase here years ago, that I kept coming back and recently purchased my 7th car from this dealer. I've done the comparisons, talked to many dealers/salesmen over the years, and no one compares to this place. They are all super friendly and easy to work with but the bottom line is this place always offers me the best price and deals on cars.

Low pressure

I had a very pleasant sales experience at Lynnwood Honda. The sales team are not at all aggressive. Mark Baker was great - he took time to explain all the details of the car and the contract, and did not rush me to make a decision. Soon after that the General Manager reached out to me, noted that that was not the way his business operated and that the employee who had replied to my original e-mail had be disciplined. He then made every effort to not only redeem his business in my eyes, but to give me the best price possible on the vehicle I was looking for. I had called around to several dealers to get the best price on a new Honda Ridgeline; however, many of them tried to add in extra fees or make up reasons why the price was higher than I knew it needed to be. When I spoke with "D" he immediately cut to the chase and gave me the lowest price of all the dealers I had spoken to. He wasn't playing games or using manipulative tactics. He was friendly, well informed, very responsive to my requests, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle to meet my needs and in getting me the best deal he could offer. I have been coming to Lynwood Honda for 3 years but I will NOT recommend them to anyone who values safety and professional accountability. Mechanics have done multi-point inspections saying everything was fine with my vehicle but there was giant wear and tear on the tires from an alignment issue that should have been noticed and explained to us. They failed to report it on the inspection sheet, overlooked the issue multiple times when we have brought the vehicle in, and only admitted to the issue after pressing them to look at it visually again. What left the worst taste in our mouths is the manager accusing us of trying to get a free alignment. No thank you, sir, we were just trying to salvage broken trust and a longtime relationship. They have lost a longtime customer in us and we have lost all trust in Lynnwood Honda.

My favorite dealership! The sales team (Gabe, Dan, Matt, Jonah, Marcus, Troy) treats you like family and gets you a great deal with no hassle. The service advisors (David, Ashley, Oscar, Martin) are kind and knowledgeable. We have bought 6 cars here as a family and will continue to buy in the future.

My partner and I recently purchased a car from Lynnwood Honda. We were kindly assisted by Product Specialist Troy Malchow who accompanied us throughout the whole process. He was friendly, communicative, and straight forward. This was our first dealership experience and I was thoroughly pleased with how the staff worked with us to accommodate an agreeable price point for the car we were looking at. We purchased our vehicle during the first reopening phase for COVID-19 and we appreciated the dealership's use of masks, desk shields, and sanitizer to comply with health regulations. All in all, I recommend this dealership and would highly suggest asking for Troy Malchow when you visit.

Great experience. John Chung offered us a very reasonable amount for our trade-in and a hassle-free experience negotiating a price on a newer car. We told him what we could do and he made it happen. We didn't have to sit there arguing about values while a salesman punched numbers on a calculator telling us what we could/couldn't afford. We highly recommend John Chung of Lynnwood Honda!

I kept waiting for the "aha!" or "gotcha!" moment in our pre-owned car buying experience, but there simply wasn't one. Francisco and Peter made the whole process downright easy and smooth, from setting up the test drive, to working out the numbers, to getting the car all ready to take ownership. This was a great experience under any circumstances, let alone buying a car during a pandemic!

I came to Lynnwood Honda to look at a used car I found on Car Gurus. I was greeting by the most lovely salesman, Mr. Hass. While we were arranging to take the car for a test drive, Hass introduced me to Keith, the Used Car Salesman. He told me the complete history of the car and assured me that it had been put through the dealership's full safety inspection. I drove the car and loved it, however it was priced higher than my budget. Even though I had been told in the original conversation that there was not much room for negotiation on this car's price as it was already discounted, I went for the test drive. By the time we returned, Keith had made some arrangements and offered me the car completely within my budget. I was deeply touched by this gesture of genuine personal service and generosity. I took the car to an independent mechanic for a pre sale inspection and they confirmed for me that the car was "perfect" and needed nothing more than new windshield wipers. After getting home with my lovely new car, I discovered there was a crack in the windshield. One call to Keith and it has been taken care of. As a leadership coach who has worked in the car dealership industry I am so happy to give Keith, Hass and everyone at Lynnwood Honda a loud five star shout out. Exceptional service and kind hearted care are more than just a motto here, they are the spirit of this dealership. Even though I live almost fifty miles away, I would absolutely come back to purchase another car and will be recommending Lynnwood Honda to my many contacts Thank you!

I purchased a rare 2006 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Sedan with a 6-speed manual. Salesperson Mark Baker was instrumental in helping me locate this unique car and specific color option I was looking for. I was living in Texas while looking for this car and Mark provided an accurate description, photos and walk-around video that let me buy the car with confidence, despite being over a thousand miles away. Moreover, when the car arrived in Texas, everything was exactly as had been shown to me in the picture and video. Mark's knowledge and friendly service made the entire car-buying experience pleasant and I would highly recommend buying a car from him, whether you live in Washington state or a long distance from Lynnwood Honda.

Beware of shady practices DOES NOT SEEM LIKE THEY HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST IN MIND. Start out by I am a highly skilled mechanic and refrigeration tech by trade. I was extremely busy at the time so could not perform the service on my wife's Honda myself so I sent her to Lynwood Honda who I had good experiences with up untill my last service. Our Air conditioner clutch had went out I called and requested the compressor replaced. They said they would happy to do it but had to be inspected first but not to worry the inspection fee would be refunded into the service price. Sounds great. Have my wife take it in, They call her tell her it's $1200 dollars to "Fix" her a\c. Agree to the work, 2 years later A\C is out again. We are talking 2 seasons in of AC in washington, maybe 10 hours of total use being we are a windows down type of family and only use it occasionally in drive through restraints and if stuck in gridlock. Instead of replacing a 13 year old A\C unit they replaced the clutch to get it working again. The cost difference from a brand new unit. 30 dollars. And the first one lasted 13 years so had they performed the service I had requested this review would not exist. Being an A\C tech I would never do that to a customer. I would always insist on replacing a unit that old and never offer to repair anything older than a year or 2 with the cost of the new unit only being 30 dollars more. My wife assumed they where doing the service I requested. We both feel she was taken advantage of being she is a woman and knows little about cars. Wish I had noticed sooner I would not have excepted the car. Lesson learned, I will be doing my own maintenance here on out. Paying such a premium for auto care DOES NOT mean they have the CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST IN MIND. Ask questions, ask if there are options and ask for cost differences. DONT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE WE DID AND BE OUT $1200.00 for a bandaid. Not to mention wire ties and clips where broken or missing. Body clips where broken and missing (I know the condition they where in having inspected the car and AC unit before having my wife take it in). Going to a dealership I expected work to be of highest standard. Guess that was expecting too much.

Terrific!!! We went to 5 dealerships to decide the make & model we wanted, 2 more once we decided on a Honda CRV. (I have car buying anxieties!) Lynnwood Honda was unlike any dealership we have dealt with - specifically Gabe Moreno (Manager), Mark Baker (our Sales pro) and Randy (F&I) . Very professional, nice, patient, and respectful of us and the process. We got a great deal! Edmonds is not close to our home, but well worth the journey. I highly recommend Lynnwood Honda and working with Mark Baker.

Hands down the best experience I have had in an establishment in a very long time!

I brought my car there for service on a recalled airbag. Upon arrival the gentlemen held the car door for me when I got out of my car, walked me to where I would be checked in. Literally every employee greeted me as they walked past to let me know that my time was valued and somebody would be there to help me shortly. Ashley was very informative at the front desk as to how long the process would take and how he d be reaching out to me once my car was complete. Upon return I was greeted with the same excellent service. Ashley informed me that they noticed an issue with my blinker and a tail light which they went ahead and fixed for me! As I m driving off I noticed that they had fixed the clock in my car to the correct time of day as well. It s those little things that go a long way and reconfirm my belief in Honda being a great brand....and Lynnwood Honda being the BEST branch!!!! Thank you guys, I will be back for any future needs and sending friends and family your way!!!!

The best cars dealer in my opinion , all people there are friendly, helpful and very nice , but the big surprise for me my man sofonias he is the best , I wish if I can give him a million star , he helped me with my accord hybrid 2017 exl after a get tired from looking to buy a car because my cradit it was low but sofonias did a great job and hard work for three days even after I give up he didn't give up , my uncle told me with out sofonias you can't get that car thanks a lot sofonias and I appreciate that for you , thanks for Honda of lynnwood for make me happy and happy new year for you .

Jordan and Gabe were incredibly helpful. They gave me a good trade-in on my lease turn-in and leased me a new civic. Unfortunately the seat started to hurt my back and they worked with me for two days trying to find something that would work for me. They showed me everything on the lot, giving me plenty of time to try them all out. Happy to say I walked away with a new accord coupe that felt great to sit in. Will definitely be back when my lease is up.

I recently had to replace my 1999 Honda and was not looking forward to the car buying process at all. But I was referred to Sofonias who made the process very easy and, surprisingly, enjoyable. He was attentive and listened to what I was looking for and my concerns. He explained my options and was very, very patient with my numerous questions.
