I've worked with glenn in the service department many times. He always remembers me, and my whole family (we're a honda family). The service is always excellent, and glenn is fantastic about keeping me up to date on what is happening with my car. I also like the lounge area - a very chill place to hang out in. I would recommend Lynnwood Honda to anyone.
