They ve always taken good care of me and my family. Huge shout out to Matt O Neal for his patience and for taking such good care of me and my girls! I bought a brand-new Honda Accord EX from Troy Malchow at Lynnwood Honda yesterday and couldn't be more pleased with the car and the buying process. I had an appointment at noon and when I walked in the door there was Troy waiting to greet me. We couldn't shake hands due to the pandemic, but he was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have too many questions because I had done my research, but Troy answered the ones I did have clearly, thoroughly, and with the assurance that comes with a deep understanding of Honda's products. The price he came up with was fair, and after slight negotiating the manager approved a discount being offered by another dealership. I will definitely go back to Lynnwood Honda for service and when I am ready to buy another Accord, making sure to ask for Troy Malchow!

I worked with Kris D. at Lynnwood Honda. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with him and the team there. It was an easy transaction on purchasing my new Accord. No pressure on unnecessary add-ons just to increase the price. Just straight forward car sales. Much different then the other Honda dealerships in the area that I dealt with. I had a positive, low-pressure experience here. Very friendly staff and my salesperson Joe did a great job of walking me through the process considering it was my first time buying a car. No complaints. I honestly was expecting to be there for hours but it was an efficient, quick process. I also did research on which car I wanted to drive which I highly recommend to anyone going in.

I financed a car here, and they refused to give me the second remote! I v heard before that some dealers do the same thing to be able to take the car back if people don t pay, but anyway, I found it so disrespectful!!

Had such a pleasant experience there, and I attribute it all to my sales person, Jules. Due to the unusually heavy snow fall in the area, I couldn t even get out to the dealership to look at cars for a good week. Now, I usually like to take my time when I make a major decision like buying a car, but this time I really didn t have the luxury of time since my old car was already gone and I needed a new car asap. Then, snow. Imagine my frustration. Jules kept in contact with me, gave me all the information I needed until I could get out to the dealership. She patiently worked with me to find the perfect car for me. She was such a good active listener so that she quickly understood my true needs, and helped me reach my final decision. Never once, she was pushy or impatient. She was always kind, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and supportive. Car buying experience could often be stressful. Jules made it easy and pleasant. I d definitely go back to her the next time I need to buy a car.

Mark took the time to understand my car needs. His car knowledge was truly impressive. I could not stump him with any question related to Honda cars. He is definitely passionate about the automobiles he sells. I never felt pressured in any way. I got the sense he sees his role as a helpful guide rather than a salesperson. To date I ve purchased four cars from Mark and there will be more purchases. He s a great guy, provides great service and makes the entire car buying experience pleasant.

This was the best experience I could have asked for when buying a car for my mother. Jules and Keith got her the perfect CR-V and they treated her just like family. My parents have purchased all of their Hondas from Lynnwood Honda, going back to 1983. We keep coming back because of the excellent cars and the best customer service. I worked with Troy Malchow and I had a great experience test driving two different vehicles. He answered every question I had and helped me evaluate the different trim levels.

Dropped my car off for a diagnosis. Patrick helped me check me in and drop off my car. He said we would definitely need it all day. Only after 3 hours he said the problem had been identified, which is great. When communicating through text, I had no idea who I was talking to and the message only said, the tech found x was wrong , just a little unprofessional.

Another issue I had was when scheduling this appointment I was told over the phone the fee would be 130$ and some change. When Patrick was checking me in he said the rate was actually 150$. Roxanna was the one who made my appointment, 20$ isn t a big deal. I like things to be accurate and not being told two different things.

Will be using a different dealer next time.

We just leased our 2020 pilot from Jason at Lynnwood Honda. The whole experience was first rate. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and no pressure at all. This is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased from Lynnwood. We'll be back!

My car broke down and I needed a new car quickly. Jules and I trudged through the snow looking, looking, looking for the perfect car. I will always remember my car-purchasing-in-the-snow experience! We found a really cute certified used CR-V and they gave me a great deal through Costco. My salesperson Jules was great and I am very pleased with my overall experience. Can't wait to enjoy my new Honda!

I went in to turn my lease in for my Mazda 6 and to look for a new lease car. My wife and I got connected with Hadley McIntosh and had a great overall buying experience. It was easy, simple and had no issues getting the deal done. Also a quick go through on the paperwork with finance man Lawrence Chamalbide. Even got a couple good places recommended to me for eating after we were done. I would say if you want a super, no hassle experience in car buying or leasing that Lynnwood Honda should be your dealership.

The whole car buying experience can be daunting, but everyone we worked with at Lynnwood Honda made the process SO easy! Our sales rep Lars was amazing!! With his upbeat, positive personality and focus on total customer serivce, he went above and beyond and was able to find us just the right fit for our family size and budget. He is truly phenomenal at his job! Between Lars and the sales manager Gabe, we feel like they listened to all of our needs and wants and worked hard to get us the best deal possible on our new Pilot. On the finance side, Lawrence made all the paperwork one of the smoothest and least stressful experiences I've had to date when buying a car. I feel like everyone we worked with kept the process no pressure and low stress, which was such a nice change of pace from the usual. I can't thank them and praise them enough for all they did! We will be customers for life!

Had problems with my Honda Fit - battery died suddenly though it was only one year old. Took it to this dealer's service department (closest to where I was) and they checked it out and told me it was fine. Next day, even after a couple of hours of highway driving, the battery was dead. I went to O'Reilly, the only place open on a Sunday, for a replacement and when I asked Honda of Seattle to honor their warranty and reimburse me for the bad battery, they said no, because I hadn't gone to a dealer. (Meantime I got the car checked at Honda of Kirkland to be sure it wasn't the alternator - car checked out fine, it was a bad battery.) I contacted Honda of Lynnwood and explained the whole story - their service manager went above and beyond and got me a reimbursement! This was exceptional service and great management!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Glenn Durbin. I've worked with him before but today was extra special. I had booked my basic service (oil change, tire rotation etc) online for 2 of my 3 Hondas and showed up at the right time...unfortunately I was a week early! I am normally a detail oriented person but I really messed this one up and there was no way I could make the "real" appointment the next week. Glenn took it all in stride and was actually able to squeeze both vehicles in the service schedule today. I cannot thank him enough, especially since he absolutely did not make me feel foolish. I've been coming to Lynnwood Honda exclusively for 6 years and today reminded me of why.

As a first time new car buyer, was kinda nervous about negotiate price with the car dealer. Luckily, working with Marvin helps get everything smooth and relax. He is kind, patient and willing to listen to our need and adjust the price and accessories to meet our expectation without any pushing or advertising lease car. I started the car searching from Internet Price Quote, and he offered a good price straight forward (Had checked with other Honda dealer, and the sales keep mention about see in store blablabla without offering any price). Test drive and further detail went really smooth. My friend and I both think he is reliable and easy to work with, highly recommend!

Even if I didn't live close to this location, I'd drive here to give them my business. Corey Pope worked sold me my first vehicle (Pilot) at an unbelievable rate and he helped me to lease a car for my kid (Civic). He even hooked it up with a big red bow so I could give it to him for graduation. After about 7 months, there was some paper work issues to deal with, to nobody's fault, but Dawn in the Title dept, without hesitation, was more than willing to put in the extra effort to help me retrieve a new copy of documentation. The customer service at this location is unmatched and I've since recommended this to many other friends. Especially over Klein in Everett, who will never receive my business after 3 negative customer service interactions with this.

I walked onto the lot with my 10 year old kid and a bunch of nervous energy. I met Jordan Barnes and he was kind, informative, thoughtful, and very patient. Looked around online and found a car at Lynnwood honda that I wanted , I was looking to get rid of my current vehicle and get into something a little more elegant and mpg friendly , I came in sort of late , kevin was willing to spend alot of time moving around cars so I go take the one I wanted for a test drive , loved the car decided to make a deal , they gave me a great deal on my trade in and worked with me to get the car I wanted , the whole time kevin , Gabe , lawrence were not only friendly but respectful of my time , I remember a time buying my first couple cars from other dealerships the sales men being very pushy and almost rude , so it was refreshing how easy and seem less the transition out of my old vehicle and into my new car

After several stressful weeks of looking at cars, trying to find the best vehicle for me, and weighing all my options I finally settled on the Lynwood Honda. The positive difference I felt at Honda verses the other places I went was astronomical.

This was my first time getting a car of my own and I had so many questions and wanted to talk about the different hypotheticals of each situation with the different cars I was interested in. Marvin and Matthew spent so much time with me running the numbers for each situation and answering my questions, as well as taking me back out on the lot at least a dozen times to review the cars each time a change was made.

I appreciated the fact that they were teaching me why they recommend what they did rather than trying to convince me of something. That mind set made all the difference to me. They didn t try and tell me what I needed or convince me I needed something. I came in to Lynnwood Honda today not knowing exactly what sedan I wanted. This nice lady named Gabi greeted me as I came in, I was BLESSED to be able to have Chad as my salesman. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the vechiles, but he s pretty easy on the eyes too. We found a Civic in THEE cutest hard to find metallic blue color. Financing is usually such a headache but it s a walk in the park when you re working with Tom (the manager) , Lawerence, and Chad. Thank you guys so much for my 2018 Civic. Usually buying a car is a headache but not here. By far the best experience a 21 year old 1st time buyer could have.

During a long stay in Seattle, the air conditioning on my Odyssey no longer kept me cool. While a guaranteed appointment was a week away Tracy from service suggested some strategies that might enable me to get in earlier due to no shows . I took her advice and it paid off. With the positive support of service advisor Greg, I was able to have my air conditioning back in order. Thank you!

Service department has poor service, no one greets you when you enter the doors, no hi, no hello, if they are busy and you are waiting there then they won't acknowledge you or say thanks for waiting. Its very bad

I purchased a new car from Mark Baker, who has helped my children attain good used cars. Mark has always taken the time to listen, help sort through the many choices and make the best choice possible. He goes above and beyond, offering to explain the complicated features of each car. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He shows his integrity through the time he takes with each person and that is impressive!

This review is based on our experience with Rick Nelson, the buyer of used cars at Lynnwood Honda. We were very turned off by Rick's heavy-handed pressure sales tactics. In sum, he attempted to pressure us into selling our vehicle for less than the price we'd already told him we wanted, he told us there was zero chance we could sell the vehicle at that price, and then we did sell the car at that the price we wanted three days later to a different dealership. Consider selling your used car to a different dealership.

We purchased a new car and decided to sell our two year old Honda CR-V. We had received numerous flyers from dealerships offering to purchase this vehicle and we knew it was in-demand. Before contacting anyone, I researched the trade-in prices for the vehicle and determined the price at which we wanted to sell the car. I then contacted Lynnwood Honda and was referred to Rick Nelson. I gave him all of the information for the car, disclosed a scratch to the front bumper, and told him the price at which we wanted to sell the vehicle. I told him that if Lynnwood Honda could meet that price then I wouldn't bother shopping the car around to other dealerships and would just sell to them. He said he thought he could make that price work and he gave us a window of time to come in. Right before leaving, we called to tell him that we were headed in and he then says he now has an appointment so we need to rush in. When we arrive, he pointed out the scratch that I'd already disclosed and also found a horizontal dent to one of the wheel panels that we actually weren't aware of, but was very minor. We headed inside and sat down with him, which was when the hard sell began. We were immediately put off by the combative nature of the conversation from the get-go - his demeanor entirely changed when we sat down. He told us that the most he could offer was $450 below the price we wanted to sell at, claiming it would cost $450 for the dealership to repair the damage. We said no. He then complained that he'd already done all of the paperwork and we just needed to sign - he also kept mentioning that he only had a few minutes before his appointment and we needed to decide right then. He said that we would never be able to get the price that we wanted from any dealership, that the price he was offering was the best we'd be able to get, and that if we didn't take the price right then before his appointment, that that price would no longer be on the table. We were really turned off with the sales tactics, said no, and that we were disappointed considering we'd told him upfront exactly what we were looking for and had disclosed all damage aside from the minor dent. We left. After, we shopped the car around to a few different dealerships in the area, had multiple interested dealerships, and sold the car at the price we wanted three days later.

I purchased a 2003 mitsubishi lancer at lynnwood honda. Lawrence is awesome! He greeted us when we got there and was very friendly and knowledgable. He worked with me to get a great price on the car i wanted. Thank you so much Lawrence! I will definitely tell my friends to come see you, and when i'm ready for a new car again, i'll be back!

I have been taking my car for regular services at Lynnwood Honda since I bought it in 2005. Nine-times-out-of-ten the service has been excellent, and went completely as expected. My car has always run great!

Once, early on, I had a problem and several expensive issues arose.

And again just this month, I had another expensive problem.

Each time there were a few communications issues with the service advisers that led to some surprises.

However, each time, the service manager called me personally and the issue was quickly and fairly resolved.

It's my experience with larger companies, that generally even if there is a mistake on their part, they leave you 'high and dry'.

This was not the case at all.

It is nice to find a company the still has integrity and pride, and is willing to go the extra mile to insure their customers are treated fairly and leave happy.

I would definitely recommend taking your Honda here for service.

My girlfriend and i went to purchase a new Honda Accord a couple weeks ago and our sales person Jonah was absolutely amazing! He was very attentive to what we needed and helped us navigate through all the difficulties of purchasing a new car. We liked him so much i went back a week after a purchased a new Si!
If you ever need a trustworthy salesman who you know will try to help you out as much as possible, then go see Jonah!

The service department is not working well. They always are trying to guess where is the problem instead of diagnose. The same time they charge money for diagnostic.

SERVICE REVIEW: This place is super busy even if you make an appointment. When I booked online they were booked a month out. Went in for an oil change, brake fluid flush, tire rotation, changed transmission fluid, and replaced the battery in my key fob for my 12 yr old car. When I got in I stood waiting 15 min to be helped. They use genuine Honda oil, fluids and lubes which makes it expensive. I get it if you have a newer car, but for an older car they could offer a generic option. I was told it would take a max of 2 hrs. It took them 2 1/2 hours and I was charged a total of $276.46. I got charged $6.29 for shop supplies and booking an appointment online. Not really sure what that means but I m not going there again so whatever. The waiting areas are lacking if you have little ones. Their staff is very friendly though and they have free refreshments in the upstairs waiting space.

Right after I got my Honda CR-V had my oil and transmission fluid changed here. (February 2018) I had a coupon and the prices were very reasonable. I received a loaner so I could get to an appt. Great service! My car came back clean and vacuumed and they were thorough in explaining the results of the fluid changes. I will definitely come back here!

Lease expiring on my 2013 Honda CR-V, I returned to Lynnwood Honda to determine my options. I spoke with Gabe Moreno, new car sales manager, and he VERY clearly presented those choices. I decided to lease a new model Honda, so Gabe introduced me to sales associate and product specialist, Marcus Eichler.

And wham-bam, I had a new car in a painless, seamless and surprisingly inexpensive transaction. My new lease payments are less (!) than they had been, no added money down, because Gabe provided fantastic deals on my trade-in's equity AND my new car's price.

In fact, Gabe made the deal so sweet, my wife on the spot traded in her Toyota for a brand new Honda. Her deal is even better than mine!

We had an awesome experience with Lynnwood Honda. I had sold my car very quickly and needed a new one. We had been looking for months and could not find exactly what I wanted. Troy was not only able to locate the exact car I wanted in hours, he drove to pick it up, brought it back and stayed past closing so I could take my car home that night! It was amazing and we were very grateful.

Will 100% give your information to other companies that they view as "trusted" without concern for your privacy or permission. They also expect you to go though the hassle of unsubscribing and opting out of the spam after the damage is done. First bad experience I have had with Honda and but service department manager's response to my concerns were terrible. I am rethinking dealing with them ever again.

I helped my Mom look for a new car all day Saturday. We visited several dealerships and test drove several vehicles. In the end, we were referred to Lynwood Honda by a good friend of mine who suggested we talk to Mark Baker.

When we got there, Mark was very friendly and courteous. Before we looked at cars, he sat us down to figure out what type of vehicle would best fit my Mom's needs. Originally, she was interested in a Honda Pilot or an Odyssey, but after speaking with Mark she decided a CRV was a better fit.

While we signed documents, Mark even personalized the vehicle for my Mom; setting up her phone, home address in the navigation and presetting her favorite radio stations. He even had us come back the next day to finish going over the vehicle details and features!

I will never buy a car of Lynnwood Honda again. I had to come back 3 times to sign paperwork, because they messed up our financing. Rude and condescending.

I went to get my airbag replaced due to a recall. Fast, friendly service. No issues.

I was looking for a new Pilot bad the first question I was asked was, 'What are you looking for in your vehicle' well heck, I don't think any sales person has asked me that before. Troy listened to what I was looking for and found it. He made sure he knew what options I wanted and made sure I would be able to get what I wanted. The best part though, Troy wasn't pushy, at all. He understood it's a big decision with lots of moving parts and let me make the decision that worked beat for my family. I would absolutely work with Troy again in the future. Especially if you have littles, he's fantastic at working with you from a distance making time at the dealership minimal.

I live in Tukwila, WA. I was new car buyer. I've been in other auto dealers but Lynwood Honda is the best, even if it located too far from my house. There are several reasons. First, customer service. Second, no hidden or additional fees. And finally I could get the car based on my budget and credit score. I haven't had the answer like "not enough credit score". Of course it's not cheap place, but well worth to work with. I definitely recommend for all first time car buyers to purchase from Lynnwood Honda.
