I'd have to say great phone service lousy in perso...

I'd have to say great phone service lousy in person experience... I went in to pick up my vehicle and granted it was around 5:30 pm... end of the day ... I get it just wana go home as well. Standing patiently waiting for the next available person to help me.... 5 min goes by as I watch the employees in front of me talking having a good conversation... so now its my turn cant find vehicle paperwork.... checks 3 different places goes to the back and comes out with paperwork...my car is pulled up and delivered... as I walk up to it.... huge oily handprint on the back by tail light and on the liftgate...my wige gets jn the car and the front window has ice on the inside of it as well as outside. I look in the back and see my kids carseat just tossed about in the back when it was completely locked into place at time of dropoff... thanks... it was dark when i picked up my vehicle so I haven't seen all around the car but I'm hoping not to find any other oily handprints anywhere... btw thanks for leaving the window down hope it didn't mess with the entertainment system
