It is a beautiful showroom however the security guard release the queue too fast so overcrowded in the shop. No space for you too look at item and especially looking for the staff to greet you!! That's the most important things if you want to buy something just go to another shop - even Lafayette is much more better about the service!! No one care about you, you have to wait, wait wait and wait until they are ready to serve you (I saw so many staffs walk around and talk to each other if you think staff is not enough to handle the situation just coordinate to the security guard it would be much better..) Very disappointed for who ever intend to buy LV.

When I visited about 25 years ago, I remembered that there was a line waiting for Orientals to enter the store. At that time, the Oriental was Japanese.
Twenty-five years later, Toyoto was still waiting for the store today. But now, the Chinese who are in line with the Orientals have changed.

Oh, how beautiful Paris is. The city of love and financial hibe. Yes, everyone knows that this city is expensive. But it is a beautiful city that I would like to visit again. All the sights and the great people. A must visit for everyone in Paris.

I was received by mr. Ismael lama advisor at the top super hospitality, patient, smiling he even gave us a glass of juice. I recommend it to everyone, first time I come to Louis Vuitton and I will come back with pleasure and satisfied with my purchases.

This is the mother store of Louis Vuitton and there is a line to get into it ! But the feel is worth it ! It's huge and pretty inside

This Louis Vuitton on Champs Elysees is extremely disappointing. I have been treated w the worst customer service imaginable. I have shopped at this location and many others many times but I will never buy another LV product ever due to their poor customer service and poor response once I contacted the store to tell them about the problems I had w their sales representative. I hold one person responsible for this problem and her name is Julie Betrand. Julie and I had a conversation four days ago and she promised me she would get back with me the next day to resolve the issue. As of now I have emailed her multiple times and I have received zero response. I would not recommend LV to anyone.

I will be returning the items I purchased from LV and never will I walk in their store again.

What we can see if you go in paris with a woman bring her here even only for a glance. Personally I don't like this type of shop for me too expensive for normal peoples but it's elegant and very nice. It's full of rich peoples that want a present from france and from europe. Prepare yourself for the queue on the entrance

The shop is really big and nice, but many people go for a walk, which makes it difficult to find a seller.

Extremely disappointed in this location. i traveled all the way from the United States to purchase a specific bag from the Louis Vuitton Champs Elysees store. To my bewilderment, the bag was allegedly sold out, yet, the store personnel stated they could not sell the bag on display. Perhaps i am used to customer service experience in the USA, however, it would seem to me, being a current owner of several Louis Vuitton bags should not matter what location you shop in the world. Louis Vuitton should have a policy to take care of their customers if it is within their ability to do so. Sadly, this did not take place.

Poor customer service today at the Masion in Paris!!! Waited in line, once in the store no one helped us!!! Very disgusted!!! Was ready to buy several things today!! Extremely disappointed!!!

I stopped by the Louis Vuitton Maison very close to the Champs Elysees, only about 300-500 meters. I was curious about this Louis Vuitton Building, the queue was really long, even though it was a branded item that was expensive for mercy. What's up? The discount is also not bigger with discounted prices at Factory Outlets everywhere. I tried to approach it, apparently the most tourists were shopping from China and the Middle East. Wow ..

Terrible experience. Rude staff which was in keeping with most of the service in Paris . Would never go there again. For all the money they make in that store they are severely understaffed & couldn't care less about white westerners. They swarm around the rich Asians like their petty jobs depend on it. Remember staff you are not Louis Vuitton you just work there. The stench of bullshit in the store is overpowering

Counterfeits are of unparalleled quality! It almost looks real. I take a star because the price is excessive although the quality is there! (Price to be revised downwards because Wish or Aliexpress are almost 10 times cheaper !!!).

Nice shop but the skills are not highlighted enough. I would have liked an atmosphere that highlights the quality of the French craftsmanship of the subcontractors.

So rude! I came to Paris and wanted to buy a bag. I waited online and went in. After seeing the bag I wanted I waited for someone to help me. A small Old Chinese employee approached me and yelled can you just wait until someone can help you! That's what I was doing. I just walked out. The worst experience...rather just go to Americana, get great service and sip champagne! Don't come here. Spend your money in the United States!

Louis Vuitton Paris is a 3 level complex selling every conceivable bag, briefcase, shoes and wallets. You can easily spend a good hour there. Staff are very helpful and do not force themselves upon you to buy they are happy to pass on their knowledge and give you freedom to choose. Of course being on the Champs main road you can enjoy a coffee and baguette after shopping

a pleasure to come and make these purchases in this LV. The welcome is just perfect we feel that the customer is king. Special dedication to Karine who is excellent advice see you soon.

This brand brings together all the faults of luxury leather goods; expensive and fragile products. Customers clearly do not get what they pay for.
