I had a very good shopping experience from this LV flagship store. We went there on March 4 and it was rainy that day, so there was no line outside the store. When we walked in, no one is available to assist us, so we walked around to check if the bag that I want is on display. I didn't see it on the shelves, then one of the sales people approached me and asked me if I need help. I told her I was looking for a specific bag design. She asked me if I don't mind waiting for few minutes, and she referred us to another assistant finishing up a transaction. I think we waited only 5 minutes, then this lady, Caroline, assisted us. I told her the bag design that I want, then she got the item and showed it to me. Expect that they will upsell their new collection, but if you already know what you want, it will be easier. I asked if she can bring out some more bag designs so I can compare and make my final choice. She brought out the Turenne, Speedy, Alma, Graceful, Tuileries and some from the new collection. Make sure you know the bag design that you like, because some designs are not displayed in the shelves.

We ended up buying the Turenne and a matching wallet. Caroline was really helpful and knows a lot about their products. She even gave me free samples of the perfume from their new collection. Also, if you are a tourist, make sure you bring your passport so that they can process your paperwork for the tax refund when you leave the country.

Oh, and they also offer beverages while you are shopping. We had pink champagne :) It was indeed a good experience!!

This was my first LV purchase (men s wallet) and I was in Paris, so figured why not go to the flagship store. I ve been to other stores, but this was my first time purchasing. Thankfully there was no line outside, but the inside of the store was very busy, especially on the first floor where most of the men s wallets are on display.

I had to put my name on the wait list to have a sales associate help. I ended up waiting for like 25 min, but was given champagne while I waited. The associate who helped was very nice and knowledgeable. He also guided me through the VAT tax refund process and provided all the paperwork (FYI if you are from outside the EU, make sure you get the tax refund when you leave the country. You will get 12% of the purchase back).

Overall my experience was good. I ve shopped at other LV stores since, both in Paris and in the US. The main difference with this store is it s massive and very busy. It s honestly more of a tourist destination. I definitely felt more rushed. They try and turnover customers as quickly as possible due to the volume of people. Be prepared with the item number you re interested in.

Although it was nice visiting this store, it s definitely hyped up. There are so many other really nice LV stores in Paris. If you can get your item at one of those, I d suggest going to a different store.

Too much tail (which I never do, since if I pay tens of thousands of euros has a mark it's probably not to queue), service inside is pitiful. Change Louis Vuitton, that is not worth the detour, especially if you are not a tourist.

To believe that the events do not hurt the CA because they spit on their client who arrives 2 minutes after closing time (for reasons that are legitimate to me) while the store is shielded world. It's stupid to lose more than 1000 of CA for a few seconds especially to see the broken front they should not refuse the world. This is how we have 3 stores for nothing while the saleswoman has repeatedly claimed that the article in question was in stock. The best of all ... The second store saleswoman called the store at the right price to reserve the product in question for us. Once there, the sellers tell us that the product is not available.

The sellers are overwhelmed haughty as not possible my god they are snobs and petty no smile nothing punished I always come back from the reception.
Opt for avenue Montaigne if you can the service is not comparable we offer you a drink they are very pleasant and simply polite.
