Same feeling of "gener" if we ask 3 questions !!!! In France it is almost normal to be badly received but I imagine the foreigners! What an image of France in this store, I went to Chanel and LA not at all this feeling that it seems that the management does not read our comments or downright laugh at it ????? It would be enough to ask after purchase or information for a note on the seller, it would quickly turn the contemptuous!

Store fantastic, the decor is wonderful, the brand products are very well developed. The staff is very nice and competent. It is very knowledgeable, aided in our choices when hesitates plus they respect their customers. Customer service is perfect, repairs bags and customization is very neat. Even if you do not buy this store is a must see.

I purchased some items at the Via Roma 320 store in Turin, including an "Artsy MM" model bag with a braided handle, which currently costs 1,490 euros. A serious and expensive company like this, should ensure that the materials used are robust and quality, one of the characteristics for which you buy this product. After a few years the bag, used with the utmost care, began to show cracks along the upper edge of the skin at the height of the seams holes. In this regard, I took the bag to the Turin store in via Roma 320 where I had purchased it, showing it to the assistant who collected it saying that they would send the bag to the company for verification. After a couple of weeks I was contacted by the same store which informed me that the product was out of warranty. It is true that the dress does not make the monk and I can guarantee that other bags much less prestigious than this one have been replaced out of warranty for much less. I strongly advise against buying a poor quality product like the one sold by Louis Vuitton.

This is the worst Louis Vuitton location. People line up to enter and customers are treated like a ticket number not human beings. So very disappointing. Rome has a much better experience as do locations in the United States. Save yourself the disappointment and enjoy your time in Paris elsewhere.

Grand store in front of which you have to queue to enter, we are already far from the House of luxury; discriminating practices (I was stopping I had a medium-sized travel bag with me that I was asked to empty at the entrance) the security guards allow you to ask your origin .. Ashamed.

Very positive customer experience. Of course there is often the tail in front, but the courtesy of the house is that they do not leave, in the cold, women with babies out long. Once inside, the service is courteous, personalized and end-to-end. The shop honors the image of the house, a quality that is becoming rare.

It seems that it usually takes up to 40 minutes to enter in a queue of tourists. The inside is very wide and it's gorgeous, so it's quite fun just to look around. And it seems that the price of the product is a little cheaper than buying it in Japan, so if you like it, you should buy it here in commemoration.

I had to go past this place one day when I was on the Champs Elysees. A temple of bad taste bling-bling which one wonders how he could become the image of French chic. This is exactly the kind of place I will never go to. I have something else to do with my money. That said, everyone does what he wants.

Exclusive showroom of Louis Vuitton in Paris. The ambience of the is great. The display of the items are kept in a such a way to attract the customer. It is known highend brand, so all the items are made to perfection and best quality. The staff is good. If the crowd is more and the staff are limited, people have to wait in line to see the products. The staff gives personal attention to one person, family or group at one time

Was so disappointed here when I visited yesterday. There were too many people that it felt like a market place. It took 30 mins to get someone to assist us. When we were looking at a bag near this bottle of champagne, a manager joked not to touch his bottle. My goodness.
