Too many strangers also the sellers but magnificent shop

The wealthy people are selling a lot, so it's a little neglected for us to buy one hundred. Because it is large and there are many products, you can watch it and buy it somewhere else.

Line up was long outside and also waited another 30mins for someone to serve. I got service by guy name theo, he was polite and friendly. He found the last bag alma bb that I wanted.

Before your loved one or sibling drags you here, be very calm and remember that if you are a visiting national (non-European) you can get VAX back at the airport for your purchases. Keep your receipts and report it at the airport to customs to get your VAX returned.

There is a good selection of handbags and accessories at this location. The staff were multi-lingual and tried to speak to us in several languages before realizing our native tongue. Since it was before Christmas, our host was even kind enough to gift wrap all of our purchases so we did not have to do it later. Overall, a great experience.

Amazing 3 story of handbags, jewelry, shoes and clothes. For the shopaholics it's a little taste of heaven. The amount of bags flying out the door you think there's a huge sale...lol. Awesome service from the sales reps all are 5+ stars. Whether you're shopping for a keychain or a handbag the service remains top quality.

Very big store with great collection, probably one of the biggest LV stores I have seen. We had to wait around 15 minutes on Saturday evening to get in the store and around 10 minutes to get someone to help us. Chloe was really easy to communicate, showed many bags and helped us get the hot stamping done for our bags. Prices I believe are less compared to states and the big benefit is you would get 12% VAT refund back on your credit card after you fill the form in-store.

Went in with my wife to buy her third Louis Vuitton bag. So shocked at the lack of customer service. We have come to expect more from Louis Vuitton. I understand that this is a tourist attraction in its own right, with a 40min wait to get in. But the sales associates we encountered were so completely rude, and disrespectful it was astounding. If you must, there are other Louis Vuitton stores scattered around the city.

Fortunately there was no line when we visited the store, but it might take a while to be assisted! Overall a very good experience and prices much cheaper than in U.S. so it was worth the wait. Michele Lo helped us and she was very nice, helpful and patient with us!!

We already know what we want we just wanted to pick it up and pay! Shame! during the whole wait even none of the staff asked us if we would like to drink something! I will never ever buy this brand! Super crowded, not enough staff to handle customer. So i buy around 6/7 item i forgot at there and the staff name (if not mistaken Hiro ) help us with our purchase. But i fell very uncomfortable when he assists me and my family to buy the item. First he seems like forget what we take and i ask him to prepare before continue to other product and guess what... we wait like 20-30 minutes for a key chain and when i want to proceed to payment, he is super slow. And seems not serious about his job, im really sorry to say this but frm all Louis Vuitton store that i go this is one of the worst shopping experience. Slow , Hiro seems tired to help us with our purchases with a lot of deep breath i mean cmon.

Long line to get in but well worth it. They have everything you ever wanted but you came to Paris and still can t afford it. Feels like the designer louvre, and it s honestly the biggest Louis Vuitton store that I ve been to. Make sure you have enough time to explore the entire store.

I have visited on multiple occasions this store during my stay in Paris. The vast majority of times it's a disappointment dealing with sales associate/client advisors as they only present exemplary service if you dress the part (if you look like you have money to spend). I will spare you negative rants.

Throughout my encounter she remained courteous and professional, whilst presenting EXEMPLARY services and manners. She is a true gem, in this lavish establishments and I sincerely believe she deserves a raise or perhaps a coaching position. . .

A lot of people. Lots of waiting but otherwise well received .. fortunately we had something to drink otherwise the experience would not have been the same.

The biggest Louis Vuitton store with the biggest selections. There are multiple floors. Allow yourself some time to shop. At times there is a line to get in. Best to go before 3pm and not on weekends if you want to avoid the wait line

My mother wanted to exchange a wallet that my brother bought for him in Geneva. Judging a little big for her taste, she decided to go directly to this shop to conduct an exchange with her sister-in-law.

Arrived on the spot, my mother explains to the staff that she wishes to exchange her article. The staff says it's not possible to exchange it and it has to be done in Geneva since it was bought there. This is scandalous because my brother had already asked Geneva staff if it was possible to trade anywhere in the world in a LV shop and he said it was possible within 30 days (the exchange deadline does not apply). was not outdated).

I then made a complaint to LV on their site and knew we agreed to a meeting to discuss it. We did not understand why discuss it because it was not possible to exchange but we accepted the appointment to see what will happen.

On the day I, the staff was very welcoming. We discussed and I mentioned that it was engraved but the lady who received us said that she did not know and that it was not possible to exchange. Following a few exchanges, she offered us a LV card holder and LV perfume samples, which was a good gesture on her part.

I visited the shop for the first time and was amazed by everything there was but unfortunately I can not afford to buy an item there.

I do not know if I will come back.

Very nice store, but only 2 stars from me. Far too few sellers, chaos prevails. The lady who served us was great but extremely overwhelmed. The first saleswoman, a young Russian, was not helpful at all, behaved like a sleeping princess. Basle is better in viiieel, there you are treated like a king.

I found the official website inventory to the site told me no, they did not see after double check, then, items disappeared. The store is laid out in 4 floors with all the LV accoutrements, accessories, etc , making it a unique flagship store. Go early, as in the afternoon, potential customers tend to queue up outside around the corner. it is a very confusing store, and the staff not particularly nice. Also, the security at the entrance are everything but professional and nice.

Home excellent ... kindness and availability of staff ... er the glass of champagne to finish!

Beautiful building that bling bling! At the entrance a doorman who invites you to access the store. It feels like a test passage to be validated and have the right of access. Everything is artifice ... and .Many tourists to pluck! who come out proud with their shopping.
Disappointing and light when you hear a salesman slip to his colleague "It's crazy what people put as cash while it's not even leather on the LV print! I'll never buy it!" ....
At least that has the merit of being clear and honest!

Bought a Louis Vuitton handbag during my trip to Paris. Quite a bit cheaper than the States. If you are in the market, this is the place to go. Don't forget there is a VAT tax included in the price that you get refunded back when you leave Paris. Store was sooo busy but staff spent time with us for this luxury purchase.

Cannon shop, sellers are at the top! Always a little care with a glass of orange juice or champagnes offered! I had a very good dialogue with Councilor Alice! I recommend the shop!
