Even just entering the store will be a wonderful sightseeing.
Much cheaper than Louis Vuitton in Japan.
However, although the price is important, it is very valuable to buy at the main store in Paris.

The best Maison I have been able to visit.

The entrance is a bit heavy on the part of the security people, if you have an appointment with someone in particular it is preferable that you notify that you are there so that they will wait for you at the entrance and you do not have to try to convince someone to enter.

The store apparently has five floors, but the entrances inside the store are a bit confusing but comfortable.

More than a luxury store, architecturally it looks like a museum, taking care of every detail and handling of its items.

My particular experience my visit was quite pleasant, the person assigned to me was attentive at all times and showed me the entire store completely, in addition to helping me manage my purchase.

They have the service of taking the purchase to your hotel or security bags to go unnoticed, who knows Paris knows that this can be a hook for the owners of others.

If you do luxury tourism, this Maison is a must, around Paris you can find other LV stores but this is the main one.

The items are really beautiful and quality. The reception is really professional!

I understand that it is mostly busy. But when I went there the lady asked me to wait for 10 minutes to bring the item and after waiting for 1 hour another man suggested to help and found out that the item is not available

C Hotel is very, and Luffy is less than zero. I gave it at 12 o'clock. I did not find my reservation ready, and I waited until 5 pm and on the second day I was asked to leave before 11 o'clock and the text without compensation what was the previous transaction

Employees are unfriendly and do not respond to calls.
I have to call and wait for a while to say what I want, but I'm just looking at other things.

Very busy place. Be prepared to look rich and well to get any attention. No system for servicing customers on the waitlist . All salespersons are friendly and professional, but there are way too many so called managers are just walking around and pretend to be busy. Again, bad service and management system and you need to be patient and set your expectations to low in order to enjoy the shopping experience here. We had much better experience in LV stores in the UK and US.

Reception and services always impeccable. However two different information on the after sales service. I still left a little upset.

Had been there yesterday with my family. One lady and the staff were extremely rude and arrogant and behaved as if they owned the store. They should remember they are just salesmen who are employed there. We bought one belt and sunglasses but still treated us with so much disrespect. They somehow think they are superior to us. I had to wait half hour just to get the sales lady to attend to us.
Overall the store is just wow and a great experience ! Worth visiting the worlds largest LV store !

This location has 4 floors i believe? Might be the biggest in paris but to get in, you have to wait in line (outside) once ur in, there is another wait for someone to help you. They do have the engraving for free (while you watch too). I have spent a total of more than 2hrs here and it was not worth it. Because all of the items i was looking for are all gone. I was looking for 4 different types of hand bags and all are gone. 3 types of wallet and none, had to go with a different pattern. They offer vat refund just make sure you have your passport. If u have bought LV in US you can also provide your name and they can see it in the system. The lady that assisted me was so patient and nice. I ended up going to another LV store with a few mins of wait and was able to find what i wanted.

An infernal tail sellers who are very slow or there is a lack of salespeople I do not know but it is better to go to the Avenue Montaigne

A beautiful store, but quite a bit of originality in interior design. Mainly aimed at a foreign clientele which leads to confuse the account managers with the customers, so there are accountants of Asian origin. Nevertheless remains a beautiful showcase of French luxury on a mythical avenue.

Surprise it closes at 18h instead of 19h when we come from far, we did not let in without updating their site

Usually I have a great experience with Louis Vuitton all over the world including the ones in Paris. However today one of the staff members, Margo, was extremely rude. I asked for a glass of water as I was buying a bag, and the way she spoke as well as her answer was extremely rude. I am very disappointed at their service and their choice of employees. Margo should learn how to deal with customers.

The first time I was denied access because too many people, the second time the same. Today more choice in men's wallets.

Service is terrible. We stood in one spot and ask for help for a good 30 minutes. Don't waste your time. Also have to wait in line just to get in.

You have to stand in a long line before you get inside. Expensive items, not worth it. you may find more elegant identical items for less price tags.

Only certain amount of guests allowed in the store, so you may be waiting in the line but worth it. Attentive staff and a complimentary glass of champagne if you so wish.

I bring my friends to shop ..they sale brand remember and proud..if you have fashion must shop .. anything for you just a step..I taken refund at Vienna Airport..after check in counter carry your luggage if things you bought inside it to custom tax refund to get stamp then the luggage send from there..if things you bought in hand carry you have to get stamp after you check in passport..you will find tax refund money and stamp you hand carry ..don't forget to write your name .. address.. passport number..in form tax refund..they will give you all countries money if available.. custom random check your belong ..when you shop from Galleries Lafayette after stamp in Vienna Airport you have to mail the envelope on back custom pass the door go down on left the mail box

Get there more than an hour before closing or else the a**hole manager won t let you in regardless of your intention to buy. This is the second Louis store I visited in Paris with intentions of making a large purchase but never had the opportunity given the customer service is terrible.

I was not impressed with the quality of the merchandise nor with the designs that were in the store. Louis Vuitton used to be such a classic iconic brand but I am not happy with the modernization that they are implementing. I am quite young, so it is not the thought of modernization that puts me off, it is the cheap look to the merchandise. It has become too normalized, too fashion conscious, when it is supposed to be classic and iconic, something you could used for decades not months. The staff were fine here at this store and helpful. The brand, I believe is just going in the wrong direction.
