I used to come to this place for gifts to my wife or some luxury items I want to offer. The place is an amazing work of architecture and you can see mostly all that Louis Vuitton can offer. The staff are very professional and competent and always at your service to the best they can. I ve never left the place without thinking how the service was amazing.

Horrible customer service: number of consultants obviously much less then needed to deliver positive experience from shopping. And when you are going to spend 7-8 k euro on piece of branded leather, you expect to at least a little comfort. Strongly discourage to visit this place.

Depending on the staff seems to have variations in the level of response. If you want to buy something, you need to get a salesperson assignment (?), And it takes longer than you expect to see the goods. The biggest advantage point that offers a variety of models.
Waited outside in the queue for about 30 min in which i completely understand why and have no issues with.
However, when you get inside you will have to wait AGAIN for at least 30 min and you will have to chase for the salespeople (whom
will be treating you very badly).

This Saturday for a simple exchange, I had to wait 30 minutes. I knew what I wanted ... which got the item in 15 minutes. From there, the checkout mobilized 3 people for 15 minutes to edit the ticket, and created the queue for other customers. One hour report to exchange an accessory.

Wow. What a beautiful store. It was worth the trip even without the intention of buying anything. I think the tough part for most Louis Vuittons is that they have so much merchandise available but not nearly enough floor space to showcase it all. This one, however, does. There's a handful of associates that are standing in the front ready to help point you in the right direction or put your umbrella in a bag to keep it from dripping. It's also the only retail store I've been in that checks your bag and uses a metal detector to wand your body before you enter.
The store is absolutely massive and it's just amazing to see so much of their product showcased in one single location. The store was busy when I was here (a Tuesday afternoon) but there still seemed to be enough associates in the store to help if I had needed it. If you're into luxury shopping and are in the area, I'd highly recommend stopping by (especially if you're a fan of Louis Vuitton).

You must wait more than half an hour for a salesperson. There's no restrooms in this place which has several floors of merchandise. The other store on Saint Germain Des Pres offers a better service. I was really disappointed.

The wait to purchase is ridiculous. If I'm paying thousands to make a purchase, I expect them to have enough staff on hand to actually handle the purchase demand. After waiting 20 minutes for an associate to complete our purchase, we left and went to the Avenue Montaigne store, where the associates were exceptional and we were attended to immediately.
The biggest LV store i think? Sometimes we must queque. But i think this store is one of the complete model. You can find any bags, shoes , accessories and apparel too..

Very impressive building and with beautiful architecture. The location of course is on the most famous street in Paris. Did have to line up outside to enter the busy store. Was not disappointed when entered - employees were of course meticulously dressed, polite, cordial and very helpful. Displays were clean lined and well organized. Price and quality of merchandise were as expected. One of the most beautiful stores in terms of visual attraction and attention that I have ever seen - inside and out.

Fantastic and one of a kind LV, they certainly do not understand a tube of Italian there should be more qualified staff in terms of languages, we waited 30 minutes because they made the wrong belts, but while waiting they make you sit in comfortable sofas and they offer you drinks. They are nice to accompany you with the envelope until the exit.

I have an interesting experience in Louis Vuitton's flagship store in Paris. We originally purchased our LVs in one of the Milan's store. I had a student visa in France, but was returning to my home country for good. I asked the sales assistant if I could have a tax refund with my status and situation, and she said that there shouldn't be any problems, so we made a tax-free form with my information. A couple weeks later, I happened to ask a staff of the tax-refund service in Galeries Lafayette in Paris, and he mentioned that it wasn't possible for someone who holds a temporary visa that has a validity for more than one year.
