This Louis Vuitton on Champs Elysees is extremely disappointing. I have been treated w the worst customer service imaginable. I have shopped at this location and many others many times but I will never buy another LV product ever due to their poor customer service and poor response once I contacted the store to tell them about the problems I had w their sales representative. I hold one person responsible for this problem and her name is Julie Betrand. Julie and I had a conversation four days ago and she promised me she would get back with me the next day to resolve the issue. As of now I have emailed her multiple times and I have received zero response. I would not recommend LV to anyone.

I will be returning the items I purchased from LV and never will I walk in their store again.
