Extremely disappointed in this location. i traveled all the way from the United States to purchase a specific bag from the Louis Vuitton Champs Elysees store. To my bewilderment, the bag was allegedly sold out, yet, the store personnel stated they could not sell the bag on display. Perhaps i am used to customer service experience in the USA, however, it would seem to me, being a current owner of several Louis Vuitton bags should not matter what location you shop in the world. Louis Vuitton should have a policy to take care of their customers if it is within their ability to do so. Sadly, this did not take place.
