I was not impressed with the quality of the merchandise nor with the designs that were in the store. Louis Vuitton used to be such a classic iconic brand but I am not happy with the modernization that they are implementing. I am quite young, so it is not the thought of modernization that puts me off, it is the cheap look to the merchandise. It has become too normalized, too fashion conscious, when it is supposed to be classic and iconic, something you could used for decades not months. The staff were fine here at this store and helpful. The brand, I believe is just going in the wrong direction.
