Very busy place. Be prepared to look rich and well to get any attention. No system for servicing customers on the waitlist . All salespersons are friendly and professional, but there are way too many so called managers are just walking around and pretend to be busy. Again, bad service and management system and you need to be patient and set your expectations to low in order to enjoy the shopping experience here. We had much better experience in LV stores in the UK and US.
