Well. I was in line to get into curiosity, but Hull was all Oriental ... As people passing by looked at me, it was embarrassing that this Louis Vuitton was all bought by Oriental people. I do not like the service, I just do not like it.

I expected more from a premier luxury brand. Waited in line to get in and no one offered to help. Bought a couple of bags but the salesperson seemed to be in a hurry and seemed annoyed when I asked to see a few different items for comparison. I ve had much better experiences in local stores in other countries.

LV's flagship store, 1-3 floors, from leather bags, shoes, all kinds of accessories, luggage, clothing, jewelry, etc., regardless of men and women, the goods are quite complete, we met a kindhearted French male shop assistant, actually brought us It was really worthwhile to have a detailed brand tour, which was really beyond imagination.

Fortunately the saleswoman was great because I am really disappointed by the reception that we have a hostess. After standing in the cold for 30 minutes this Sunday she told us that the product I wanted to buy for my daughter's birthday was not available, she was haughty and absolutely not commercial and took us from above. I had to insist to point out that it existed in other colors. Finally, it's still a 1000 purchase ... maybe for her it's not important for me it was. This is the first time that I receive such a welcome to make all my purchases on this shop.

Unfortunately I looked for a sneaker but size (12) was not a available in any of the stores in Paris and it could not be ordered

Poor Customer Service!
First time visit to France and decided to treat myself. I waited on line about 20-25 minutes. Majority of the items I wanted was out of stock. I finally made a purchase. Since 1st time traveling was unaware of tax free with USA passport. So I paid the tax and was told I can come back with passport. When I did the store was closed. In an attempt to regain tax, I stopped at global blue at airport. They informed me that they would stamp my receipt, just to contact Louis Vuitton to obtain the global blue tax free form and I can submit my request by mail.
I contacted Louis Vuitton but they refuse to assist me or mail the form to me. The rep was politely condescending. I was completely shocked as Louis Vuitton prides themselves with customer service as I find that to be the complete opposite.
Not to mention the store experience but if you were not making multiple pricey purchases, there was a huge lack of attention or assistance. But hey, I guess that's how they make there money!

From outside first have a look to this pure 1930 architectural style building ... impressive! Inside take the long escalator which will brink you to the last floor and from there you can tour the building. All collections including textile are on display which is rare. Be ready to queue for entering . In 1Q2019 to prevent damage from each Saturday yellow vest "protesters" LV was heavely protected the premise with impressive high iron windows grates...

I don't want to give one, there is a female service staff, the attitude is very poor! Very bad! very bad! It is very impatient to ask her to show it to me! Am I not going to buy it? I don't know what I am doing.
Don't do it if you don't want to do it. Go home and eat yourself!
Since I was angry in September last year, I really thought about the consumption memories every time I thought of it, so I decided to rate it.
Fortunately, the next day I found another room nearby. I would rather go a little farther. The service attitude is really much better.

Very beautiful, and of course, very busy location. It's fun to walk around and see everything, and to appreciate the beauty and detail in the store.

Staff speak French, English, and usually a third or fourth language.

Worst Experience ever! How do you call yourself a luxury brand when you cannot offer high-quality customer service? I Waited in line, in the cold 45 degree weather for 30 minutes. When I went in, I asked for someone to help me. After another 20 minutes a sales person comes to me and first thing she says is, "you have 10 minutes to tell me what you want as we are closing" I asked her, if I did not come find someone to help me, would you have had me wait in line in the cold for 30 minutes and then tell me I couldn't see anything? What is the point of this line? This sales person then tells me, Our staff told you outside in the line. I told her, there were 3 guys outside talking among each other and telling anyone new trying to stand in line, that the line was closed. Dear Louis Vuitton, you really need to do a better job of training your team and understand how to deliver high end service to those paying high end prices for your merchandise.

Staffs did not introduced me toilets inside but outside acrossig Louis vuitton. When I asked where is exact place of toilet, they couldnt guide me and just introduced me another place which was in Mcdonalld. So I had to use a toilet in Macdonalld with long queue. They make a fancy bag, but I dont't think they are concious and moral even they make a millions. I had to buy one bag for my wife but I didnt like any people in this store. I didnt like my expenditure to this kind of store without a toilet. But I did it for my wife. Such a contradiction.
