Had the most wonderful experience with my daughter today in this store. Valerie Herrmann, our sales specialist, was so patient, kind and understanding. A truly memorable day. Thank you Louis Vuitton Paris store and all the staff

There was a Chinese shop assistant who was a racist and threatened me and my friend, used a lot of bad words in French to insult us, the whole incident was more than that and I tried to complain to the manager and via email, no respond

It's L.V......it's Paris....dont really need to say more...Right? (O.K....maybe just a little bit)

Walking up...saw a line out the door....but it is only LV security controlling the flow in the store, because this location is popular. It is a massive LV with just about everything the brand offers.....inside one store.

Love the staff and professionalism.....you will need a little patience to initially be assisted with all of the people requiring attention. But once they are helping you.....you too will get the royal L.V. treatment.

Amazing service! Being the flagship location on the Champs Elysees, it is a very busy location but the service I received from Corinne was worth the wait. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Celebrated my purchases with a glass of champagne. Very satisfied and glad I visited this historic location.

Friendly staff. They do speak English. They may not ask if you need help, so you have to let them know you need something. Great selection of products. I believe this is their main store, so they have a broad selection of items over 4 floors. There was a line to the store, but it only took about 7 minutes. The salesman said the line can get pretty long during peak hours. Overall, a good experience. Prices were on average are about 15% cheaper compared to the states. Plus, you get taxes back when you go through customs. Be sure to have your passport handy at the store if you plan on filling out the form to get taxes back.

Extremely crowded !

Extremely crowded !
Had to wait for like 30 minutes to get in there , if you don't have too much time to explore Paris maybe you should avoid it and go to another brunch !

Due to the limited number of models sold per day, ...

Due to the limited number of models sold per day, it is often said in the evening that this model is already sold out today. It is better to go to Japan's top selling items early in the morning, if possible. It is against manners to touch products without permission. It is necessary to have a clerk guide you. Some French speakers speak Japanese. New products and hot sellers may be hidden behind. The clerk checks our customer's quality, and if it is judged that the customer is suitable for the store, it will show you from the back. At the main store, the initials are engraved on the product you bought as a special service. I felt the tradition and quality maintained by the brand, and the dignity of the French people who kept their status and never sold cheap.

Always very well received! Service at the top regardless of the reason we came! We feel that the staff seeks to please and satisfy the customer! Very pleasant experience ... The shop gives the impression of a small museum essential detour at each Parisian weekend

Very nice and special LV.

Very nice and special LV.
Unfortunately we were not able to buy anything despite the wait and repeated requests from sellers. We would always just put up with the same and have finally gone unfulfilled.

Depositing the strap of a bag for a simple replace...

Depositing the strap of a bag for a simple replacement of broken carabiner (billed when it is clearly a design or manufacturing problem since I bring it back for the 2nd or 3rd time!) And it is the drama: lost shoulder strap. Louis Vuitton's after-sales service is unable to tell me where this strap is located.
Contacted by email AND by phone to invite me to retrieve this article, I moved 2 times: the 1st time, after research and apologies, I was promised to remember when locating my article, the 2nd time I promised to send it directly to me.
I dropped this strap on October 5, 2017, it is January 26, 2018!
A priori, the sale is the only concern of the brand since I am a regular customer and that I never had any problem at the time of purchase! At the expense of after-sales service and customers ....

I would like to rate NO STAR if there is! They ruin my Paris trip! The staff are very rude and untrained. Not what you want to be treated if you are paying for an expensive brand! I immediately went out feeling mad. I went to Galeries Lafayette and buy there instead, I was greeted and assisted accordingly. Don t bother to go to Champ Elysee, the store is beautiful but staffs at Mcdonals are better customer service than them!

Good service and fantastic products. Only downside is that the employee asked me what I wanted to drink and I chose water. The customers who came after me and behind me in line were given their drinks twice and were given priority over me. I really do not know why that employee did this. I told him that my glass of water was not there yet and he helped two customers who came after me for me. I asked why and his reaction was, you just have to wait. So I went shopping without buying anything. I did it online afterwards. I still give it 3 stars because the store is beautiful, products are good, but the customer service and customer service was unfortunately very bad to me. I find that very unfortunate, because I spend a lot of money on Louis Vuitton.

What is the attraction of shopping at a place? Whe...

What is the attraction of shopping at a place? Where you have a brigade of rented security bullies in a face off at the store s entrance? It s like the military directing and commanding you to go to a line s end outside the store? Wow. I wasn t doing anything threatening. I was now at the front of the queue patiently waiting to enter their beautiful enclave building. Once inside, the very pretty blonde I had asked where the women s scarves were gave me loose instructions on getting there. I eventually had figured out on my own. This is an upscale luxury goods brand flagship store? And, then finally once you ve waited and waited outside the store, you re treated with even more arrogance. I had the presence of mind to just leave at that point if it weren t for my spouse enjoying some of their items. The treatment from their people I was initially getting, was so so and there seems to be a person for each specific function. So, it s one LV associate after another passing you along for services you d imagine being coddled while inside. With potentially spending the equivalent of a second home mortgage! Here s a great example. You see these LV associates floating around serving glasses of champagne, orange juice and glasses of water. When I had asked this younger gentleman serving these that I d like to have one, he curtly responded that I must defer to my sales person. Excuse me? I don t have any sales associate yet, I m still waiting in this queue. Add to the fact a LV supervisor just had told me he was helping me, but only to hook me up first with one of his available busy colleagues OR constituents . That was a lengthy process in itself. I must of waited another 15 - 20 mins. just to get a sales associate! Oh wait... just a minute here! Isn t this precisely why the security bullies made you wait outside this flagship LV store in the first place? So that once inside you d get that stellar attention? Apparently NOT. Once I had a very courteous attractive and pristinely dressed younger LV woman, she knew the item I was wanting to buy from her colleague supervisor who had asked what I was seeking to buy initially. Then she checked the item s reference number on her store issued iPhone, offered to show me it in an exhibitor or demo like model. Then the brand new real McCoy LV item would miraculously surface in another several minutes later. Oh yes, it was so attractive in their signature box and blue bow encompassing it. Don t get me wrong here, all of the LV staffers are quite respectful in their responses to your inquiries. It s just the little bureaucracy and arrogance here that irked me. It s like spinning your car s tires and gaining little traction. Just for a chance to spend your hard earned money on their following of in demand luxury goods. Albeit, these world wide sold luxury goods people run after. Obviously, there are some well heeled clients that shop here, but then those Uber wealthy one s probably have people shopping for them! All in all, it must ve taken close to 1 hour once inside the store after already waiting outside initially just to get there. And, then to top it all off and after queries to the LV staff about having to use a restroom were met with, Sorry monsieur, it is closed for security reasons . What?! I just drank a glass of water and a champagne I was finally able to get waiting another 15 mins., and now you deny me comfort of relieving myself?! What a racquet and a carefully thought out system Louis Vuitton has crafted here. And a following barring none through out the world. I wouldn t come back here. Not for this kind of treatment. By the way, my spouse was so appreciative when she found out what I had to go through. Which is why I had married her. I m on a business trip in Paris, and she s back home. Save your hard earned money! Despite the good exchange rates. It just ain t worth this hassle. These other reviews describing this treatment is also accurate.

So excited to make a special purchase here. Forced to wait on a line behind a hulking security guard. Upon entry, the store was beautiful, but crowded. No greeters. We knew the item we wanted to purchase, but were told we were fourth in line for a salesperson. My repeated attempts to have the supervisor find a salesperson to assist us were unsuccessful. This store takes all of the fun and excitement out of a luxury purchase. PS, this is "off-season". When our salesperson was finally presented to us, we were told that she has a further appointment just sixteen minutes later. Trying to complete our purchase, but their new computer system is not accepting our passport. Geez, I hope we don't impede on the associate's next appointment, which is fast-approaching During the delayed checkout, my son needed to use a restroom. He was told that there is none in the entire store, and suggested we use the public one in the street. Avoid this horrible experience at all costs. True disservice to the brand.

Line to get in to pay thousand of dollars. No Thank you!!! I was looking for a particular model purse which had not found in other stores. I asked the person . at the door if they could tell me if they have it so I don't have to stay in line. She said that I have to stay in line. I did for about 20 minutes before getting in. When I finally saw the sales person, one look at the picture of the model on my phone and he told me that they are sold out. Why couldn't they do that with someone at the door. Ridiculous!!!!
