Went in with my wife to buy her third Louis Vuitton bag. So shocked at the lack of customer service. We have come to expect more from Louis Vuitton. I understand that this is a tourist attraction in its own right, with a 40min wait to get in. But the sales associates we encountered were so completely rude, and disrespectful it was astounding. If you must, there are other Louis Vuitton stores scattered around the city.
