Poor Customer Service!
First time visit to France and decided to treat myself. I waited on line about 20-25 minutes. Majority of the items I wanted was out of stock. I finally made a purchase. Since 1st time traveling was unaware of tax free with USA passport. So I paid the tax and was told I can come back with passport. When I did the store was closed. In an attempt to regain tax, I stopped at global blue at airport. They informed me that they would stamp my receipt, just to contact Louis Vuitton to obtain the global blue tax free form and I can submit my request by mail.
I contacted Louis Vuitton but they refuse to assist me or mail the form to me. The rep was politely condescending. I was completely shocked as Louis Vuitton prides themselves with customer service as I find that to be the complete opposite.
Not to mention the store experience but if you were not making multiple pricey purchases, there was a huge lack of attention or assistance. But hey, I guess that's how they make there money!
