Was given wrong price info of a bag after a long long wait of staff to assists us. (There are 2 staff serve on 1 customer while we are waiting beside). Maybe we are chinese, or maybe we may not be a BIG customer to them.

I came to the store on Monday, and I wanted to see RTW, so I asked one of the staff in the shoe department if anyone was available to help me because I had wandered around RTW for a few minutes and saw no one around. She told me to just wait until a SA shows up in RTW, so I went back, waited, still no one. I went back to the SA I asked before and asked her if she could let the RTW SA knew I was there waiting for her. She said they didn't have phone. I shopped in LV, etc a lot. Excellent service. I told the sales girl I purposely left my passport at the hotel so I wouldn't impulse buy and she still showed me everything I wanted to see, answered all my questions and gave me no attitude and was super friendly and helpful even though I want buying that day.

Very large shop where you can find all the LV products, you have to queue to enter but it's worth it. We were proceeding with the purchase of a bag but they asked for the original passport that we did not have, neither the driving license nor the identity card was good, with the taxi we returned to the hotel to take the original passport and returned to the store the bag is no longer available, they only made us lose time and offered old models as alternatives to free up stock.

I can't count how many of these glasses we had but north of 2 bottles.... shopping is an unforgivable experience... of course prices are LV's but the quality and the originality are outstanding. Try the clothes section and the Library. Hidden gems....
No sales associate wanted to help. All standing around, acting like us customers should be bowing down to them. The only time someone attempted to speak to me was when the SA told me not to cross an imaginary line behind the counter. When I eventually asked for the exit since the place is quite big and confusing, the SA didn't even make eye contact and quickly walked past, when we were the only customers in the particular section of the store. Retrain your snobby, unhelpful and unprofessional SAs please
If you want to buy the lv explosion, you can go to the queue to try it, otherwise there is nothing particularly good to visit, it should be the busiest in all lv stores, the service is not good.
Nice shop, it is quiet shopping for everyone. Nice clothes, bags and accessories. I could recommend it to everyone, the quality is good. I liked the service, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back there with my friends. The only downside is that sometimes it can be busy and I don't really like the queue.
