Worst Experience ever! How do you call yourself a luxury brand when you cannot offer high-quality customer service? I Waited in line, in the cold 45 degree weather for 30 minutes. When I went in, I asked for someone to help me. After another 20 minutes a sales person comes to me and first thing she says is, "you have 10 minutes to tell me what you want as we are closing" I asked her, if I did not come find someone to help me, would you have had me wait in line in the cold for 30 minutes and then tell me I couldn't see anything? What is the point of this line? This sales person then tells me, Our staff told you outside in the line. I told her, there were 3 guys outside talking among each other and telling anyone new trying to stand in line, that the line was closed. Dear Louis Vuitton, you really need to do a better job of training your team and understand how to deliver high end service to those paying high end prices for your merchandise.
