I was very disappointed with this bag ! It was more worn and saggy than the pictures showed, and it was also incredibly heavy. I ve been very pleased with other bags from Love that Bag in the past , but not this one.
Every step in the layaway process went so smoothly, they were very professional. They respond in a timely matter and are so nice! I bought an LV Neverfull and the pictures online matched exactly what I received in the mail. The even provide a certificate of authenticity which is very important if you re buying on the preloved market. I love my bag and I loved the service they provided. I bought a brown suede Gucci Ophidia small shoulder bag from this company - first experience with them and first designer purse. I wanted this purse for 2 years but Gucci no longer carried it anymore, so when I was finally ready to take the leap and buy it I had to search for it HARD in consignment shops online. I stumbled upon Love that Bag etc and I was lucky that they had the purse! Let s just say I am SOOOO pleased. I chose to do a layaway plan which is such a stress-free option, as you pay only 30% upfront, then choose how much you would like to pay per payment after that and the payment schedule that works best for you as long as it is paid off within the 3 month time frame. I did the 30% down payment and then decided to pay it off entirely a week after only because I was so excited to get the bag aha! They answered all of my questions by email within a day in a very friendly way, the purse arrived neatly packaged + in its dust bag, they left me a handwritten note, the included tags + certificate of authenticity etc. The purse is PERFECT. It is in amazing condition. I had such a pleasant experience with the service from Love that Bag etc and I m definitely going to be buying more from them. It s also great that they are a Canadian company based in Montreal and the shipping was lightning fast to Ontario. I highly recommend this shop.

I bought my first authentic Gucci bag & I love it.The quality of the pre-owned handbag was in great condition. I had a great customer service experience, especially during the holidays. The only thing is the bag did look a little bigger on the online pictures but still fit my needs. I was expecting some sort of proof of authenticity, papers or bill, which did not come with it. I had the dust bag given & red about how identifying authentic brand handbags so I based myself on that & reading about Love that bag & the great positive comments. Extremely disappointed with my purchase on the website it said to be excellent condition but when I received it, it was in the worse possible condition the hardware is terribly scratched and the leather of the bag is super worn out, hard and the colour does not what it seems on the website. It is heartbreaking to pay such a huge amount of money and to know you cannot return it because the shipment came after the 14 day return policy. The box that came with the bag was also in a terrible condition.... this was my 1st buying from a consignment store and it ruined my experience for me and now never again will I buy from this store. I am now stuck with a bag I don't even want with a hole in my bank account. I wouldn't even give this company a star.

Recently purchased a Longchamp Black Bamboo Leather Wallet from Love That Bag. I got it for travelling and make my purse a little more organized.
The wallet arrived a few days later via courier and was in perfect condition. No wear and tear I could see and the leather was smooth, soft, and looked to be in mint condition. It's the perfect size too - small enough to tuck away in a mini bag, but large enough to hold cash, my license, and top 10 cards. The little gold bamboo closure is understated and I love how this wallet goes with every kind of look. Similar wallets retail for $350 CAD and I got this one for about $140 CAD. Since its in mint condition, I feel its good value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it on my upcoming trips.
