I bought a brown suede Gucci Ophidia small shoulder bag from this company - first experience with them and first designer purse. I wanted this purse for 2 years but Gucci no longer carried it anymore, so when I was finally ready to take the leap and buy it I had to search for it HARD in consignment shops online. I stumbled upon Love that Bag etc and I was lucky that they had the purse! Let s just say I am SOOOO pleased. I chose to do a layaway plan which is such a stress-free option, as you pay only 30% upfront, then choose how much you would like to pay per payment after that and the payment schedule that works best for you as long as it is paid off within the 3 month time frame. I did the 30% down payment and then decided to pay it off entirely a week after only because I was so excited to get the bag aha! They answered all of my questions by email within a day in a very friendly way, the purse arrived neatly packaged + in its dust bag, they left me a handwritten note, the included tags + certificate of authenticity etc. The purse is PERFECT. It is in amazing condition. I had such a pleasant experience with the service from Love that Bag etc and I m definitely going to be buying more from them. It s also great that they are a Canadian company based in Montreal and the shipping was lightning fast to Ontario. I highly recommend this shop.
