This was my first time purchasing from a consignment store and I couldn't be more pleased. Emails by Alice were answered promptly and I felt at ease in making my purchase from the first email correspondence. Bag arrived promptly, packaged well, and as described. They offer a return policy which is really wonderful and quite rare for consignment (which always had me hesitate to purchase from other consignmennt stores). This was an added bonus allowing to make a purchase with peace of mind. Hoping to be a repeat customer!
