Thank you so much for your easy return policy. I purchased a beautiful bag but decided to return it, as the size of the bag was not exactly what I needed. I emailed on a Sunday and heard back from Alice within the hour. Alice was wonderful and explained how the return process worked. A couple of days later my refund was processed. I look forward to purchasing another bag in the very near future.
