Extremely disappointed with my purchase on the web...

Extremely disappointed with my purchase on the website it said to be excellent condition but when I received it, it was in the worse possible condition the hardware is terribly scratched and the leather of the bag is super worn out, hard and the colour does not what it seems on the website. It is heartbreaking to pay such a huge amount of money and to know you cannot return it because the shipment came after the 14 day return policy. The box that came with the bag was also in a terrible condition.... this was my 1st buying from a consignment store and it ruined my experience for me and now never again will I buy from this store. I am now stuck with a bag I don't even want with a hole in my bank account. I wouldn't even give this company a star.
