First time here and I absolutely love this place. Everyone is always so friendly and most importantly there is never a long wait. My hygienist Kait was even more amazing. She was very informative and also took her time doing a great job. This is definitely my new dental family!

Outstanding!!! From the moment I called, to walking in the door to having the work done on my teeth. Everyone at Wells Family Dentistry is professional, friendly and very experienced. After moving to WF from NJ, I tried many other dentist - I can now call Wells Family my dentist. They are very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable with every step of every procedure (I have TMJ). Their office has the most advanced equipment I have ever had the pleasure of being treated with - they have TV's that you can watch while you are getting a cleaning or work done!!! This is great because I am such a big baby - it really took my mind off of things. A+++++

Anyone coming into NC beware! I will say I have no complaints about the Dentist or Dental Assistants for they are amazing & honest but the front desk staff is far from professional & honest. Due to this my family will not be returning back. The front desk staff also does not relay massaging to the Office Manager or the office manage is just refusing to not return phone calls? Sad because I really liked the back of the house staff and hate to go but due to the cercomstances of front desk treatment we will just no longer be returning.

I just visited this morning and had a wonderful experience with my dental hygienist Shannon and Dr. Walker. They answered all of my questions and took the time to go over any concerns I had. They were very professional and the atmosphere was very pleasant in a super clean facility.

My first time visiting the dentist, EVER! I was worried that my teeth were in terrible condition. I am 30 years old, so as an adult going to the dentist for the very first time, I was nervous and anxious with many concerns about properly taking care of my teeth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was also very clean. Mrs. Rhonda was very welcoming and professional. She completed all of my x-rays and also gave me a first time patient welcome gift. My doctor (Dr. Weisner) was very enthusiastic and welcoming and very excited that I had chosen this facility for my first visit. He reassured me that my tooth hygiene was better than expected, and gave me excellent information and treatment recommendations. He made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable all the way around. Lastly, Amber checked me out and explained all of my billing and coverage information. She had great customer service and service with a great smile. I will definitely be back to visit soon and I ll be bringing my husband with me to register him as a new patient as well! Thank you Wells Family Dentistry and Staff!!!

Very thorough cleaning by Courtney. The presence of what appeared to be an air filter device in the room was also reassuring given the covid-19 pandemic going on. The desk staff were all very pleasant, as was the dentist. If you are looking for a good dental office I recommend Wells Dentistry.

BUT. These people make it possible. Hear me out....
I chose Wells Family Dental on Louisburg Road purely based on convenience of location for me. I hadn t been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time, but decided to get my act together and make sure my mouth is healthy and bacteria free, as my husband and I began the journey of planning our family. I dreaded my appointment...
Right away, I was met by friendly staff on the phone and at the desk. Rhonda was the first to see me, and she was so wonderful! No guilt trips, no lectures, no condescending comments about how long I had gone without seeing a dentist. HALLELUJAH!! I genuinely enjoyed talking to her quite a bit, and left feeling like I had made a new friend. Next I met Alicia, for the much feared Deep Cleaning (which everyone knows is just code for, We re gonna rip your mouth apart now ). Except that s not what happened at all! Alicia was AMAZING. Her technique is impeccable, and I can be confident in saying this because she had to do one whole side without any anesthetic- and I barely flinched. Again, I really genuinely enjoyed talking to her and she made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for. I felt like I d known her for a long time. Somewhere in the mix, Dr. Weisner touched up an old filling for me; and he, too, was kind, efficient, and very real/down-to-earth. Needless to say, I have found the best dental practice ever, and I am beyond grateful for them!

Courtney - my hygienist - was great! We have enjoyed Wells Family Dentistry since coming here in early 2018. They have always been very hospitable to our needs.

I have been a patient at WFD for 8 years. My daughter came in and was very apprehensive about going to the dentist because she always had issues with her teeth. Shannon was amazing talking her through everything and calming her nerves. Afterwards she started asking questions about becoming a dentist and is actually pursuing her dreams now at ECU. Thank you again Shannon, Dr. Weisner and the rest of the WFD staff for your words of wisdom and encouragement! We will forever be patients at WFD!

Wells Family was a great experience!
Each staff member was welcoming and accommodating. One thing that stood out, which is missing in many other dental offices in the area was personalable touch. Each member was not talking to you while looking at a screen. They genuinely caring for their patients.
Another huge plus is their ability to reschedule within days, not weeks (or even months like the previous office I went to told me).
I had the pleasure of working with Alicia, who did an awesome job with my dental care and cleaning. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've been going here for several years and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office was recently remodeled and expanded and the environment is very inviting. Courtney has been cleaning my teeth the last few time I have been in and she has done a wonderful job.

I absolutely love this dentist office and location. My oral health has come a dramatic way since I first started coming here 2 years ago! Courtney is an excellent hygienist and I m fairly certain I ll follow her anywhere. They recommended an electronic toothbrush and waterpik be added to my routine and it has made all the difference in the world! They re not just trying to sell you something, they legitimately care about your oral health! Highly recommend this group!!

I have one of the best hygienists in Lindsay.She makes me so comfortable on the dental chair that sometime I do feel like I am flying first class on an airplane.She is so gentle with her dental tools that I never felt any pains while she working with my teeth.I thank her for being a true professional.I like my hygienist.Keep up the good work Lindsay.

One of friendliest and most professional dentist offices I have been to. Courtney has been wonderful, and the staff is fantastic.

I was very pleased with this practice. I haven't been to the dentist for awhile so my first appt was a comprehensive to see what services I would need. Everyone I spoke to was excellent from receptionist, dental hygienist, dentist and billing. I didn't have to wait long &everything went smoothly. They have all modern equipment which was really amazing and made everything easier all around. The dentist didn't rush&went through everything by showing me on the screen my x-rays&explained what services I needed. Since I have TMJ going to the dentist has always been very uncomfortable. He understood & explained best options for sedation. I don't have dental insurance and was grateful that after my visit w/dentist I was brought in to s/w billing privately who went through all options, I liked that I didn't have all my questions or info being discussed near waiting room. Overall I'm very pleased, the entire environment was great. I highly recommend.

I usually dreaded going to the dentist as a kid. I joined Wells Family Dentistry on Louisburg Rd about 3 years ago and I have been smiling before and after every visit. They are simply awesome. If you re lucky, you ll get Hygienists Alicia. My teeth are not perfect but she completed the cleaning without any discomfort! Dr Woll is a true professional and I now have a plan to fix a couple of teeth that I ve put off far too long! These guys and gals are Awesome!!!

Came in as a nervous mom , concerned about my daughter s tooth, they were able to get us in right then and there, explained what could happen, and very helpful.

Had an excellent trip for a cavity filling! In and out within minutes and was able to watch a Netflix show while there. Great customer service!

I ve been coming here for four years , and I couldn t be happier. I ve always had a rather bad phobia regarding dentistry, and used to have to be sedated for even the smallest procedure, but I ve grown so comfortable here that I m now able to do routine procedures without sedation, and without much of the anxiety I used to get. Everyone is so friendly and warm, always making sure you are comfortable and happy. I bring my daughter here too, and they are so great with her! We ve had Courtney as our hygienist for years, and she is so amazing! I would definitely recommend Wells to anyone looking for a great family dentist!

First let me start by saying I have been coming here for years.....and one of my biggest fears has always been public restrooms. Not sure why I included that here but it felt good admitting it. This place is not a great place to bring a first date BUT is an amazing place to get your teeth cleaned, pulled, added, bridged, etc... All the dental hygienists are hygienically superior. They smell great and do great work. If Courtney is in and you can beat her in arm wrestling the visit is free (I just made that up but it would be totally cool). The office was just remodeled and the craftsmanship is near prefect (except they moved the front door). The entire place looks amazing with restrooms out of the lifestyles of the rich and famous, rich carinthan leather seats in the waiting room and new PlayStation 13 (and don t ask Dr Wells about that.... it s kinda top secret). The foliage they keep in the office is managed by a woman (an incredibly beautiful one at that) named Michelle. She personally dusts every leave (leaf?) and is environmentally conscious when she waters them. I guess this stops icebergs from melting or something? Dr Wells is amazing, Dr Wolls is amazing and has freaking perfect hair, and Dr Gladwell is awesome and has an amazing husband (cheap plug for Gladwell Ortho)....Do yourself a favor and dump your old dentist and go check out Dr Wolls hair... you won t be disappointed. This review was unsolicited and is based on my (humble) opinion....

I had an amazing experience at Wells Family Dental. I was checked in quickly and taken back promptly. I often experience anxiety about going to the dentist, but my hygienist Savanna did everything in her power to change that. She made me extremely comfortable in the chair and had Friends playing on the t.v., my favorite show. At the end of my visit Dr. Wells came quickly, rare in a dentist office in my past experience. Finally when I was leaving Samantha, Amber, and Michelle at the front desk ensured that I had everything I needed and were super accommodating to my busy schedule. We finally found a date that worked and I had a great conversation with two lovely ladies. GREAT experience overall and I can't wait to return next Tuesday.

Just had a regular clean at the office this morning, 8450 Louisburg Rd #130, Raleigh, NC 27616. Alicia did great job. Feel so fresh after the clean. I felt like she really care for what she does. I appreciate it. I asked to make appointments with her for the future visits.

I've been going to Wells Family Dentistry since 2008. My whole family and I love our experiences here. I've had the same hygienist, Courtney, for all that time and she's excellent! I would highly recommend asking for her. When I come in the office it's more like seeing old friends than getting my teeth cleaned. Everyone is very professional and kind. I found them on the web and was intrigued of the prospect of getting a crown in 1 day. I went and the procedure took less than 2 hours. Friendly staff and dentist. I went back for cleaning and Mrs. Rich did a great job!

This place is an amazing place. I cannot stress enough of how much I hate going to the dentist, but they treat you well and keep me laughing. It is well run, clean and the staff is very professional. On my recent visit I was helped by Alicia (hygienist) and Amber (front desk). Please check them out. You will not be disappointed. They also have late appointments for us working folk.

Great to come to an office that greets you warmly and very welcoming. Newly renovated office and you get to watch Netflix to give you a nice distraction while your teeth are being cleaned. I just got my wisdom teeth out here. The most pleasant experience I could've asked for, given the circumstances. The two nurses were very sweet and answered all of my questions, and kept me calm when I got nervous! I wish I could remember their names, they were amazing. The surgery was quick and I am only feeling minimal pain 24 hours later. The medications are not excessive and do not make me feel loopy, which is nice. Would definitely recommend this place!
