Came in for their Gatlinburger, the food was amazing even the nacho for the table had some great dips. The place is hidden above Johnny Rockets and recomend giving the place a try.

Some of the best Mexican food I have eaten in a while....... super friendly staff and delicious food!!!
Always good and huge portions! Love the rooftop seating.
Surprisingly good Mexican food in the mountains. Wish we had one in our home town. If you're in the mood for Mexican food you can't beat this place.
It sucked ass! Service was horrible, food was cold and the silverware was dirty! The waitress were running around like a chicken with their head cut off!!! Will never go there again!!!
Food is delicious and that sour cream is delicious. Family friendly, clean, and has a mechanical donkey to ride. Escalator is avalible so no climbing stairs
We were there on 5/9/15 and despite being very busy and crowded, Sammy and Claudia took great care of us! Food and drinks were excellent as well!
Bucking bull and nice decorations. Food was great too. Corona chandelier
The salsa choices were amazing! The food was amazing and at a decent price. Service was not super fast but they were slammed busy and we werent in any rush, or we would have eaten mcdonalds.
The best place ever , where u can share with friends!
Food is good, service was Fast.. Prices are reasonable on food and beer.. Neat place to grab a quick bite. You can have fresh Guacamole made table side which is neat.
Good service: we walked in at 7pm expecting a wait for the top floor outdoor area and were told a 20 minute wait. 5 minutes later we were pleasantly surprised that they had cleared a table. The food was good and about what I would expect from a Mexican restaurant in gatlinburg. I can only attest to the margaritas as far as drinks go--they were great. Will definitely come back.
Definitely not the best Mexican place to go in Gatlinburg. It was average, but nothing to write home about. I've been to a lot of Mexican places, and this is on the lower end of the spectrum.
We love this place and get the 5 pound burrito everytime we are in Gatlinburg. My family of 4 can't even finish it!
Another great spot in Gatlinburg, TN. Really enjoyed the patio and the weather we had while visiting.
Had a rough experience, but was handled with care by management. Thanks for the assistance and will definitely be back to try again.
Very touristy, ok food. I had the steak nachos and wasn't impressed by them. Margarita was good though!
Waited over an hour for roof top table, which we agreed to. However another younger couple who came in waited about 20 minutes and was offered chips as an appetizer. They then took us both to the roof at the same time. There were about 4-5 empty tables when we were seated. We assumed some tables were only for parties that were pulled together, and empty. However, not happy knowing we waited over an hour and watched a group of about 5 women with food in Togo bags sit down have a few rounds of shots and leave. Also not long after leaving we noticed from the street the table pulled together that we thought were reserved for large groups, was now pulled apart and turned into 2 four top tables. Our perception was that we waited for over an hour for something that could have potentially been available alot sooner. Unfortunately, I may have been more critical because the longer the wait, the higher the expectation....
The food was great and our waitress Mel was incredible!!
Been here a few times over last couple of years. Really good service and food this time.
This place was AWESOME!! Best Mexican food I've ever had!!
We went there with a party of 4 and each got one glass of margaritas when we ordered a pitcher of Margaritas which was half ice and half margaritas for $30. If I am getting a pitcher, I am not wanting a pitcher filled with ice with almost no margaritas. Food was bland and very overpriced. Service was good. Will not be coming back.
Fantastic place!!!!! The best fajitas we have ever eaten
I know Mexican in Gatlinburg. Yes, rooftop too! A nice break from all the fried comfort food. Really nice menu, super decor and great staff.
Blueberry Margarita was excellent. On a semi-quiet Monday evening, sitting at the bar, it took a while for the bartender to get to us. We were bar hopping so did not order any food.
Food was excellent. Especially for a tourist town.
Their food was horrible. Everything had the same taste. I will never go there again unless it's just to drink
Service was a bit slow, But this also during Covid.
Awesome place for Mexican food. Really good food. Highly recommend the steak fajita. Cooked exactly the way you like. The salsa and chips perfect. The rooftop dining area is so relaxing and scenic. Great bars and all that goes with them. Highly recommend to anyone hungry for good food.
I enjoyed the the whole experience from the awesome rooftop with comfortable conversational arranged furniture and very pretty fire pits enclosed in glass with pretty stones in burning oil, to the fancy cocktails and the great food. We thought the service was fabulous. I'm glad we didn't miss this enjoyable fun spot. We are from Chicago and usualky find service slow in other cities but this wad great!
Glad we didn't read some of the reviews ahead of time or we might not have tried this place. We thought the food was delicious and our waiter Lorenzo was fantastic!!! He kept our drinks filled and chips and salsa coming. The food came out hot, fresh, and in a timely manner. We will definitely come again the next time we visit!!!
Food was good but service absolutely sucked. We had a large taco salad and asked for another dressing cup. It took 3 times to get it and nearly 30 minutes. He didn't care at all about smiling and talking friendly to us. I doubt we'll ever go back!
Food was amazing! Service fantastic! Ambiance perfect! Will definitely go back.
The cold beer was on point and the food was so delicious!!
-Delicious food
-Slightly pricier than average
When I tell you Vange is the best waitress ever must try rooftop bar
Loved the food here. The bathrooms are a little rough but otherwise it's a great place
Food options are good. We ate at the balcony view of the town. That's entertaining. Tasty food!
Tex Mex cuisine. Great views of the strip, especially on the 3rd floor. Food is ok, just standard Tex Mex.
First of all we waited for a hostess for 5 minutes when there was an empty restaurant. Then once seated it took 15 minutes for a server to come to our table.
We ordered. Food was fantastic. (Salsa that comes with Chips was ice cold but good)
The server checked on our table once (when the food was brought out) she then sat down at the bar and folded silverware and we had to get her attention to ask for a box and the check.
When she brought the check I couldn t help but laugh because her name was Patience and she sure was testing mine...
Food is really good. Service not so much.
Very good mexican food, excellent pricing and large portions. Margaritas are very good too.
Fun atmosphere! WE ROAD THE DONKEY Mexican pizza was yummy
Loud and boisterous atmosphere due to sound system, party groups, and people screaming on the mechanical donkey ride. Food was ok. Daisy's service was good.
Looked good and fun at first. They told us a 25 to 30 min wait. We waited 45 min and still nothing. At first I did not say nothing as other familys walked in and was seated immediately. But we kept waiting even after our phone texted us that our seat was ready 20 min earlier. Lady did not even looked at us and we waited in the restaurant the whole time.
Went here for lunch and sat on the rooftop, I had the best Chimichanga I've ever eaten! Great views as well!
Was super busy, still great food, great service from Daniel and great manager Larry.
Great Tex Mex place to get away from the hub bub of the walking crowd.
Wait was short but the service was poor and we only ate half our meals. Seasoned beef was very greasy. They did take half of the price so that was fair. We we'll not be back.
The only positive thing was the basket of chips and salsa waiting for us when we were seated. The waitress charged me for the largest beer without asking which size I wanted. The veggie tacos were not good at all. Picture dried out eggplant in a tortilla. Also, somehow these veggie tacos cost MORE than chicken. I will never eat here again.
We usually visit 1-2 times per year and this was our first bad experience. The chips and salsa is absolutely gross we did not even eat it. The round tables were so close together that every time a waitress walked in between them she would hit me. Our waiter was barely attentive and more focused on being the bartender. Food was ok and prices are high. I m not sure what happened to this place within the past 6 months but our last visit was awful and I no longer recommend.
We had a really nice dinner on the rooftop with entertainment. Out waiter was very attentive but not overly so. His name was Bohdan. We had drinks, pink sangria for my wife, top shelf margarita for me followed up with a beer. The portions were good and the flavor.... Excellent. Definitely a good choice. Recommend shrimp brochette.
had lunch on the terrace. I was hoping for more shade, because it's a hot day,but the clouds helped us out. Sever was good.food really good! Portions very large. Took home half my meal. I will definitely come here again.
Great food and great service. I will eat there again for sure.
It was a terrible experience. The food was not good and the service was even worse
Great, fresh table-side guacamole. Queso is awesome. Mexican street corn amazing. I had the el Cerdo burrito, which was great. My family of 6 was seated and served quickly. The price is slightly above average for a sit-down Mexican restaurant. Unsurprising for a popular tourist destination.
Pathetic place I have ever been. We were sitting on the rooftop and when our order came the waitress accidentally dropped our food in the glass stones kept on the rooftop. I confirmed many times with her after seeing this to give us a new dish. But when our dish came my daughter was eating the beans and she got the same glass stone which was kept as a decorative item behind us where the waiterss had dropped our food. That stupid lady gave us the same dish and when I showed that to the waiter and she just did not admitted. I am never ever going to this place in my life. My daughter could have died eating at this stupid disgusting restaurant. They should close down because you cannot trust them at all
Great staff, the selection was of your common tex mex places. The portion sizes were large and the average price was $16 per person. I enjoyed it and would go back again.
Had the veggie fajitas and they were excellent. Sweet tea, not so sweet. Soft drinks were flat. Nacho chips were thin and crispy, but the mild salsa although tasty was way over salted.
Atmosphere in outdoor seating was cozy on the couches by the fire. Get a seat next to the railing for a great view of the crowds below.
Took about 35 minutes to get seated but I was there on Halloween so the area was a bit busy.
Once seated service was a tad bit slow but once again it was busy.
A bit pricey for the total quality of the meal but portion sizes were good.
Would probably go back.
Enjoy
Excellent food. The waiter busted his own burro for our large party. He was top notch. Fresh made flour tortillas. Everything that was ordered was enjoyed by those who ordered. You can't go wrong here. Although there is nothing listed on the menu, there were several items the waiter offered for the children. From cheese quesadillas to chicken strips, the children were able to find something to eat.
Stopped in for a couple beers while the wife was sightseeing and shopping. Food was good authentic mexican and wait staff were awesome.
Great environment but terrible service. You'll be there for a very long time before u get any service. Once u do get service, it will be very slow.
Stopped in for drinks and appetizers. Highly recommend the rooftop bar!! Typical Mexican fare. Ordered the pitcher of margaritas and surprisingly it was not so watered down like you would expect.
Under staffed. Waited forever to be seated. Then waited forever on our waiter. Pretty bad for a Friday at 3:00.
Great, well seasoned Tex Mex cuisine! Chimichangas, grilled shrimp are so so good. The view from our top floor patio over looking Gatlinburg was amazing. And our server, Ashley, was quite simply a gem. Very attentive and engaging, great personality, love her! She's my new bff! Cant wait to return to eat here again, and hopefully have her again!
Rooftop deck is nice, but the food was really awful.
