This is mine and my son's favorite place to eat when we are in Gatlinburg. Whether we are fortunate enough to be seated on the rooftop for an amazing view, on the balcony for a close look of downtown or even inside the nice AC, we have an awesome experience. The staff is kind and very attentive and y'all, the food is amazing. We cannot get enough of the queso and both salsas are out of this world. I hope y'all enjoy as much as we do!!

Best Mexican in the area, the nachos are really good and the burritos are delicious. Victor was an amazing server, even though he was extremely busy he was constanly checking on us and was super friendly and delightful. Definitely will be back.

One of the locals stated this was great Mexican. Unfortunately we did not get to try the food since it took 10 minutes to get our drink order, then they did not come back by to check on us and our chips and drinks ran out. That was the last straw, and my husband just wanted to pay for drinks and leave. We left hungry and Unhappy, and the manager didn t seem to care.

This place was so disapointing! I took my family to eat here. And as we were ordering, the waitress said they DIDN'T have like 3 things available because they were closing.Your in a tourist city! Why would you start putting things up 30 minutes before closing?! Then they DIDN'T have salsa for my girlfriend's food because the ppl in kitchen threw everthing away according to waitress. I'm suprised they were still giving us chips. I should of just ate a turkey leg and called it a night.my money was not worth it at this place they are expensive and the food is not even all that. Wish i can rate them a ZERO

Gratuity added automatically to a party of 4, and service was inattentive (drinks empty) and not deserving of 18%. I ordered a large steak fajita to split, and a tablemate ordered a medium fajita combo (steak plus chicken). We got the same amount of food including just four little tortillas. When I asked the waitress she said that's because he ordered the combo and they only ever come with four tortillas. Not happy to have paid $10 more for the same amount of food and no extra tortillas.

A little overpriced for my taste. Didn't really enjoy the food. Did not look to be handicap accessible inside. Don't go here if you have a baby in a stroller they only have an escalator to get to the second floor where the restaurant is.

Great spot for Mexican however I didnt try much of the menu, because of closing time I order a taco and nachos to go. It was good, wished I'd stop by sooner to try the rice and other items. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed the decor. Interesting place to go with family or friends. They have a donkey ride like (Bull ride) not sure when they operate it but I would love to give it a try.

I would prefer to give zero stars but as you can see that isn t an option. I am in Gatlinburg on a vacation with friends. We stopped in for margaritas and a quick bite to eat. We ordered a pitcher of margaritas, queso and guacamole as well and four meals. All was going well until our over an hour wait for food. After this we waited and waited for the bill to come. I decided to go to the restroom, in the hallway between the Restuarant and bathroom I found an entire hallway full of vomit. At this point I was dumbfounded and speechless. I returned to the table to found our checks but found the dining experience to be unexeptable. I asked three different employees to please send a supervisor to my table. After continuing to ask a female manager finally came to my table. I explained the situation and she explained she would look into it. Our server returned to ask if he could take our bills and I calmly explained that I would be waiting for the manager to return. At this point I became extremely upset because the server then started to argue with me and his tone and volume were both unacceptable. The manger said I guess I can give you a 30% discount. She also was positive the mess in the hallway wasn t vomit but didn t know what else it could be. While both mortified and disgusted I wanted nothing more than to leave my more than 180 minute dining experience. What a disappointment and with so many other choices close.

This restaurant was okay. Atmosphere felt very cold. More like a burn them and turn them. We ate here late. The food was okay at best. Probably would not revisit. The service was friendly and curious. Did not like we had to wait for 10-15 min for a table that was empty when we arrived.

A very good example of a REAL Mexican restaurant. This place approaches to the real Mexican food more than any other place around. The chips and salsa are excellent, the staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and the location is close to downtown.

Pricey Mexican, however the flavor and proportions are great.

There is a mechanical bull, well really donkey, that you can ride 3 times for $5. It's quite a show.

Overall price hurts, but if youre hankering for Mexican it's a hit.

Good Service. Friendly staff. Excellent food. They have a rooftop bar and balcony sitting area as well. Food was a bit pricey for what you get but it is understandable for the location and this being in tourist location. Although expensive the quality and quantity was food was very good. They also have loco burro t-shirts and other little souvenir thay they sell. My only complaint was the tables were seated too close to each other and that the escalator to go up to restaurant was broke and didn't work but these aren't deal breaker for me and will definitely be coming back here when in town again.

Got our to-go order wrong for the most part. The taco shell and chips had a weird smell and taste. The taco salad had mostly lettuce and just a few of the other toppings. The burritos were average as well, definitely not worth the price. Do not recommend.

Ate here on an impulse while visiting Gatlinburg, and we were not disappointed. Three of us ordered the chimichangas and two ordered the burritos - all with different meat choices. Everyone loved their dish, no one had any complaints. I ordered the steak fajita chimichanga, and I swear it was the best steak I've ever had in my life! The person who cooked my steak should open a steak house restaurant! I had my husband try a bite and he couldn't get over how good it was! Perfectly cooked (medium) and perfectly seasoned! The chips are thin and crispy, and everyone raved about the two salsa options! Both were very tasty! The tea was good, and the service was excellent! The sour cream is mixed with cilantro and even my husband who hates sour cream loved it! The restaurant is a little pricey, but still reasonable for a tourist area. Would definitely eat here again when we come back to Gatlinburg!!

Good food, great environment but service was not so great. Get that fixed and it's 5 stars from me.
Came to eat here again and service was a little better this time but food is too good to not give 5.

I'd give it a half star but the app will not let me. Food was just not good. Our group was 7 people not one of us was happy with our food. If your on a salt free diet this is not the place for you. I think the guy with the salt shaker was blind with no taste buds. To say the least good was not good.

Food wasn't bad, service was good when we first sat down. Unfortunately we had to wait about half an hour after we finished eating to receive our check, would have been longer if I didn't flag down our waitress.
Entertaining place when people are riding the donkey (think a mechanical bull but more ridiculously).

Best of the Kennedy Concepts owned restaurants that I went to. The others were all a 1 star review and I regret I can't give half a star or even none to the others.

The food was tasteless. The waiter Danny at the bar was rude. He didnt even ask why my whole party left their plates full. Then I asked for the military discount and he told me " if you say so." when I showed him my I'd. Never in my whole time visiting Gatlinburg have I met a ruder server. If you were to ask me what Mexican restaurant to go to definently not this one. Taco bell is better.

It is loud, and some of their servers shirts, and signs, and stools are not appropriate for kids. The food is good overall, but nothing amazing. The green salsa was just a pile of wet salty yuck. The avocado fries were interesting.
