Great place. Andrei is an amazing person and much more than a server!

Good selection of Mexican beers. But the food was very very very salty. I couldn't finish it because of this.

The best margaritas in Gatlinburg. The rooftop patio is so fun and definitely something to see. They usually have live music going. The food is fresh and tasty.

It's worth a visit, ask to sit on the rooftop. Live music and fireplaces make for a great Friday night.

It pains me to give this place a bad review. We have been here many times and everyone has been nice and the food was always good until now. We told our friends this was a great place so they decided to eat here with us this time. None of our friends liked the food. We also did not like our food this time. We decided to salvage the night by having drinks on the upstairs patio. The bartenders gave us a scowl when we arrived and then took their time getting to ask for our drink orders. We sat at the lounge area with the fire pit enjoying our drinks. Then, one of the employees turned the music on so loud, it seemed as if they wanted us to leave. Well, they got there wish and it will be a cold day before we EVER recommend this place or eat here again.

Margarita was on point and my fish tacos were delicious. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burrito. Fun atmosphere as well.

This place was delicious all of the salsas and white queso as well as the fajitas!

Only concern was that the wait was really long for the rooftop bar, almost an hour...long even for 3pm. But the view was very much worth the wait. Definitely worth it for the view. I got grilled chicken fajitas and my husband got pollo diablo, which were both very delicious and a generous portion. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice inside and outside.

We arrived an hour and a half before close and were treated like we arrived 10 til close. They even refused to seat us upstairs so we bypassed the rude hostess and went to the bar. The bartender then seated us upstairs without a problem. The waiter on the deck was much nicer but the food was disappointing. Salsas were watery and lacking spice and the food was bland. Maybe they were just having a bad night, but they won't get another chance at my money.

Awesome atmosphere with rooftop dining and amazing views. Fun place with a mechanical bull. We had a photographer give us a picture of our family. This is always on our Gatlinburg must do list!!

Great food and service! Glad we listened to reviews on this one. You get to customize your burrito, along with other meals. Loved BOTH salsas that were given when seated.

Don t think I d be back anytime soon. A lot of roaches running around. Literally. Someone at the table thought they were seeing little mice or something at first. The salsa tasted absolutely horrible. But you have to eat it or leave. It is pretty much a bowl of water that your dipping your chips in. But also ordered a small order of something on the menu for everyone to share even though one person was eating and it was a large on the bill instead of a small. Had no idea we were going to be treated like that so that alone not ever coming back. You would definitely treat someone a type of way if they robbing you but if your robbing the customer you act like nothing going on. Principle. There was just one person eating, my wife. I was just chilling and drinking with my dad on Father s Day with my wife and enjoying our trip together. I wish it was a lot better experience. I feel bad for the employees that care and make income to pay for their expenses here they should do something

It was okay. Went late at night and it wasn't busy. The food was cold and we never got any drink refills. Our server never even checked on us except to bring the check. I probably wouldn't recommend them. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from so why would I go to one with not so stellar service. I believe in second chances though, so we'll see. Great place. Great Service. Greeter was not so pleasant but ok. Food was Excellent! and lots of it! There's a roof top patio and second level balcony to sit and eat outside. Plenty of room inside and comfortable.

They sat us down an waitted 20 mins, got up an stared to leave an notice there were at least five waiter at the bar doing nothing but talking. (They were not busy at that time.) Service sucked!

Nice roof top bar on the gatlinburg strip. Beautiful views . Good drinks But the food is not very good. All in all still had a great time.

After a couple of days eating comfort food we decided to try some Mexican. Not as good as the Mexican restaurant's back home. Way over priced! The portions aren't that plentiful for the prices. I got the shrimp tacos, don't get them. They put shrimp on a pineapple pico slaw that doesn't go good together at all in a taco. My wife got the chicken quesadilla which was not a lot of food for like 12 to 14 bucks. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Great Mexican establishment, unlimited chips and salsa, liked that. Big burritos you could easily split. Went here for $40 family of five all full no problems. Really would come back definitely don t skip this place! Great seating and view of Gatlinburg from the top. Seating on roof too! I ve been to Monterrey and this comes very close! Would come back!

My wife and I enjoy sitting on the roof top Terrace. We have eaten here every time we come to Gatlinburg and have never received an item we didn't like.

I am very picky about my Mexican. This place is a must for me when I come here. The food is always great and the atmosphere is great also. Food is very decently priced and the proportions match it. I have no broad complaints about them just me being picky is the main thing. However, they lost a star due to the ice rink on the first floor balcony. It was insanely slippery. There may be a reason for it. You will slide around in your chairs and the table will slide also. Other than that, go check this place out, well worth it.

My group of 3 people sat there for over 15 minutes without a waiter coming over to take our drink order. At least 3 other larger groups of people came in after us and were immediately given chips and salsa and asked for their drink order. Several waitstaff walked past us multiple times.

Fun place, good location food good but nothing special

I m from Houston Texas where there are a lot of great Mexican restaurants. I was reluctant to try this one in Gatlinburg. After all- what would they know about good Mexican food? Was I mistaken!! Food was excellent and our waiter, Danny was superb !! I highly recommend Loco Burro and the prices are reasonable.

Sat on the beautiful rooftop in the late summer heat, was worried it would be hot, but the cannopies and the umbrellas covered the hear perfectly. Ordered the steak and chicken fajitas, the chick was amazing, but the steak was even better. The flavor was the best fajitas I've ever had. I'm not just talking this up, I put my name on this one.

Magnificent mex joint right downtown Gatlinburg. Service was second to none, Robbie hooked us up as soon as we sat down with drinks, chips, etc. huge portions that tasted fresh and awesome. Would recommend to everyone.

Came to Gatlinburg to site see, and of course to get legal moonshine. The 6 of us were starving by 2pm seen Mexican and jumped on board for what we thought would be subpar food. Nothing like I thought it would be, hands down the best Mexican food I've ever had, nothing will ever compare! The large chicken fajitas feeds 2, chicken was juicy, the veggies were tender and crisp at the same time. The queso?amazeballs!
Seated quickly service was amazing and revived our food fairly quickly. My friends are coming to Gatlinburg next week, and I told them they had to eat here!

Everytime we are in Gatlinburg we have dinner at this resteraunt. Always good food and service. Large amounts of food and prices are right.

In my opinion is more like 3.5 stars but it wouldnt just do half a star. It was one of recommendation from our rental person. It is busy great location awesome terrace and views. We sat outside and the nice touch is that when you are on way to the table water and chips and salsa is waiting for you. Staff is nice and attentive. I ordered the vegetarian fajitas which i didnt care much for. It is grilled squash and zuchini not necessarily greatly spiced. I had same dish in Mount Dora and it was oh my god sooo good. Peppers onions corn well spiced. But it wasnt bad just not what i was expecting. My gf god chicken fajitas. She said was good average mexican restaurant dish. Portionsons are plentiful and views are great. If you wanna catch a game in terrace or have a relaxing drink. Food is average not bad not great.

I love the rooftop . Their guac is awesome. Their drinks are good too. Service is bad. They think they are doing some kind of favor. Nobody came to us after sitting down for 20 mins
